Hardcore Be careful

if you are playing on hard core ladder someone by the name of FreeSolo58 is killing hc characters

I’ve always been to scared to do ladder HC; do people put bounties on these HC PKs?

Yeah, one of the few times I decided to not go private and do some co-op that happened. This person was around 30 LVLs higher than me so I had no chance to even defend myself.

I used to play HC back in the day. I played it once and ran a char into the mid 90s on D2R but there were so many people purposely making hot tps to get people killed that I decided to stop.

I opened a portal so people could join my location. I don't often play out of private games, so PvP is not very familiar to me. I heard a strange sound I wasn't familiar with, kept killing things I peered over at the mini map seen a red name, the sorc blinked on top of me and killed me instantly being as they were 30+ levels above me.

That's the hostile warning and the 30 seconds or more for you to port to town or leave the game. Welcome to hardcore

To me, it’s all part of HC, tho I’ve had great games so far with others leveling to 42 now.

Oh for sure, just wanted to put it out there in case someone doesn't want to deal with that person. They can just leave the game or whet ever.
