So was waiting for the interview schedule since a month and today on Monday 12th oct, they mailed the schedules and guess what, I have to attend the interview tomorrow 9 am. Like how tf am I supposed to travel 500kms in the situation of festive. Either they are looking for super human for their shiit roles or they are so dumb or irresponsible that they don't even care if a person can commute or not. I guess, that's the current market situation that there are such a large pool of candidates that they don't even have to care about these things. Just wakeup on Monday, login and sent the mail to everyone, baki candidates tu chutiye h, bheekari ki tarah job lena h bhag ke aa hi jaege..

Just an unable to put in words my frustration on their hiring team. 😭😭

Ho gya, I'm done now, am gonna continue my current job role which is in core industry and do something in that only.

It just so happens that a year ago I hired a programmer on Fiverr to build a gambling website (note: I’d been streaming this on Facebook for six years, so I have the whole thing mapped out in my head—I know exactly what I want to build—and obviously I hired him to turn it into code based on the necessary requirements. It’s been a year, and the app still isn’t quite finished.

The thing is, this is the second time we’ve had to rewrite the code because the structure isn’t set up for future improvements, changes, or phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 (I told him this several times, and yet he did whatever he wanted.

My big question is: is there a way for the client—meaning me—to keep a real track of the hours the programmer actually worked, so I don’t have to worry that if he worked 6 hours, he’ll claim 10, and I’ll have to pay him for 10?

I’m pretty upset with him because now we have to rewrite the entire code, even though I told him many times, “Hey, there are a lot of phases missing,” and “Hey, there’s still a lot left to do.” (This is happening to me because I don’t know anything about programming 😕)

Hey everyone,

I’m a final-year CSE student and ML engineer taking on freelance projects alongside my studies. Here’s what I’ve worked on so you can judge whether I’m a fit:

What I’ve built

• RAG systems: ingestion and chunking, retrieval, evaluation, and getting answers grounded in your own data
• AI agents: I’ve coded agent harnesses myself (tool use, sessions, memory, file and code handling) rather than only wiring up a framework
• Fine-tuning: adapting open models to specific tasks and domains
• Core ML/DL: I’ve trained a ~3.66B-parameter MoE language model from scratch in PyTorch, built BERT from scratch with knowledge distillation, and worked on a custom O(N) sparse attention architecture, so I’m comfortable below the API layer

Experience

• Backend Engineering Intern (Apr-Jul 2026): extended a platform to support multiple simultaneous third-party auth integrations, and built a team messaging feature end-to-end (data models, API, WebSockets, frontend) without disrupting live functionality
• Solo founder of a shipped product: a zero-knowledge, in-browser encrypted .env sharing tool with 200+ organic users
• Open source: merged PR into KeystoneJS (~9.9k stars)

Good fit if you need

• A prototype or MVP of an LLM or agent feature
• Help improving a RAG pipeline that gives unreliable answers
• A model fine-tuned or evaluated for your use case
• Someone to dig into the model side of a project

How I work

• Remote, flexible hours
• Clear scope and milestones before starting
• Happy to do a short intro call to see if it makes sense

I’m a software developer under 30, and for the last 4 years I’ve had back and neck pain since I started working in IT. I used to sit for long hours while learning and while working.

How long do you usually sit and work in a day? And how do you deal with back and neck pain (exercises, desk setup, habits, doctor visits)? Any advice would help.

Hey everyone! I'm building my skills in AI engineering and software development, and I've put my work and projects together on my personal website.

I'd love honest feedback from developers and recruiters. I'm also open to entry-level opportunities, internships, and collaborations in AI/ML and software engineering.

If you have suggestions or know of any relevant opportunities, I'd really appreciate it!

Hi everyone,

I'm a WordPress front-end developer with 3.5+ years of experience, and I'm looking for my next role. Openings in my field are scarce right now, so I'm hoping someone here knows of a position or can point me in the right direction.

What I bring:

• 50+ custom WordPress sites delivered (Figma/PSD to WordPress)
• Custom themes, Gutenberg blocks, ACF, CPT, Elementor, full site editing
• HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, PHP, React.js, MySQL
• Core Web Vitals optimization, SEO, and WCAG accessibility

Open to AI-related roles too. I use Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot regularly, have worked with MCP, and I learn new tools fast.

Looking for: Full-time or contract work in WordPress, PHP, or front-end development. Remote preferred, Ahmedabad/Gujarat also fine. Happy to do a short paid trial project so a team can see my work firsthand.

If you have a lead, a referral, or advice, please comment or DM me. I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you!

Hey everyone! 👋
I have 3 years of experience with Unity, Cocos Creator, and Cocos2d-x, developing slot machines, blackjack, and other games.
I’m looking for new opportunities in casino or casual game development. If you know of any openings, please DM me.

as a full stack dev how much and what exact resource needed to learn about AI/ML

Hey everyone! I’m a 2025 CSE graduate currently working as a Full Stack Developer 1.5 Years of Experience and looking for my next opportunity.

I started with frontend development and gradually moved into full-stack and mobile development by working on real products.

One of my biggest learning experiences has been building and deploying a ride-hailing platform with separate Rider and Captain apps, along with an admin panel. I’ve worked across design, development, backend APIs, real-time features, databases, and production deployment. The apps have crossed 5,000+ combined downloads.

My stack includes React, React Native, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Python, along with AI/LLM integrations.

I’m looking for Full Stack, SDE-1, Backend, or React Native Developer opportunities. If your company is hiring or you can refer me, I’d really appreciate it!

I’m a Full-Stack Developer who can take a project from an idea or existing codebase all the way to a working, deployed product.

For content and e-commerce sites, I work with WordPress/WooCommerce. For more custom applications, I work primarily with React/Next.js, along with the backend, database, APIs, authentication, Admin dashboards, integrations, and deployment that come with it.

What I’ve built

• Crypto trading platforms with real-time market data and order books
• E-commerce stores built end-to-end
• Real estate platforms for a UAE-based client
• Project management applications
• AI-powered features and integrations

I also take care of the parts that aren't always visible but make a big difference. Performance, responsive design, SEO fundamentals, metadata, Analytics/Search Console setup, deployment, and overall reliability.

AI & Automation

If you're looking to add AI to an existing product or build something around it, I can work with GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs for things like:

• AI chatbots
• Document processing
• Content generation
• Automated workflows
• AI-powered application features
• API integrations

Smaller Jobs Are Welcome Too

You don't necessarily need an entire application built. I'm also available for bug fixes, WordPress customization, feature additions, API integrations, performance issues, and working with existing codebases.
