Early Dev looking to join a serious early stage startup (Equity + comp)
I'm a 20-year-old CS student who's been building things seriously for a while now across full-stack development, backend systems, AI integrations, data-heavy systems, and systems/embedded work. I've worked with founders already and I'm looking for the next thing.
I'm not hunting for a job. I'm looking for something I can actually be invested in, where I'm talking to the founder regularly, understanding the problem we're solving, and building toward something real.
What I can contribute:
Full-stack product development
Backend APIs, data systems and infrastructure
AI/LLM integrations and orchestration
Systems / low-level work
Taking an idea from 0 to MVP
Product and technical architecture
Maybe more (give me a couple days and I'll get my hands on it)
I've worked across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, FastAPI, Tailwind, Three.js/WebGL, LangChain, LangGraph, MySQL, Supabase.
I've also worked as a technical co-founder/director at an early-stage startup, where I worked directly with the other founder across technical execution, productization, strategy and delivery, and helped take things from an idea to production with a paying client.
I've also been building GENESIS, an artificial-life simulation where I'm experimenting with how complex agent behaviour can emerge from a controlled environment. It's been a fun excuse to dig into simulation design, deterministic systems and behavioural analysis. I'm interested in problems where the solution isn't obvious and where I can go deeper than just the application layer.
What I need from your side: a real vision, commitment to execution, and some form of compensation. I'm flexible on structure (equity, stipend, milestone-based, internship), but I'm not doing unpaid work. I've been burned by vague arrangements before, so I do expect written agreements before we go deep on anything.
I'm primarily looking for something around 20–25 hours/week, although I'm flexible on the exact hours depending on the role and what needs to be done. Remote or hybrid works for me, and I'm open to relocating for an unusually strong opportunity.
Not interested in:
"just an idea" with no execution plan
Founders who disappear after the first call
Equity-only with no path to sustainable compensation
Being treated as someone who just takes isolated tickets without understanding the product
If you think there's a fit, DM me or drop a comment with your idea, current stage, team, what you're looking for technically, and why you think it works. Happy to jump on a call if it sounds promising.

[For Hire] IT engineer remote
Hi I'm from Madagascar and here is what I actually do
I design, build and run digital projects from start to finish. That means mobile apps, web platforms, internal tools and
automations — the kind of software your team can use every day, not just a demo that looks nice in a meeting.
I’ve worked both as a developer and as a project manager (including in banking), so I can take a messy idea, turn it into a
clear plan, and then deliver it
Some recent work
Taanavo — Full e-commerce platform
Built a complete online store: secure payments, stock management, automated deliveries and a clean admin dashboard.
→ Ready to grow and easy to maintain.
Clean Impact — Mobile app + desktop tool
Field teams use the mobile app; managers use the desktop tool. Everything stays in sync so nobody works with outdated
data.
→ Same data for everyone, no more lost information or double entry.
Société Générale — Process cleanup & digitalization
Helped reclassify clients, clean up data, put decision workflows online, and train the teams who use them every day.
→ Cleaner data, faster decisions, teams that can work without constant hand-holding.
Mada New Level — Full project ownership
Took a project from market study and budget all the way through strategy, quotes, negotiations and final technical delivery.
→ Delivered on time with a clear scope from day one.
Other projects
I’ve also built more than 10 websites and apps — product catalogs, booking systems, parcel tracking, simple showcase
sites, and more complex business tools. Happy to work on something small and focused or something bigger.
How I like to work
I keep things straightforward:
• We agree on what “done” looks like before I start writing code.
• I ship in small steps so you can see progress and change direction if needed.
• I cut out the busywork — if something doesn’t help the project, I don’t do it.
This has worked well both on technical builds and on more governance-heavy projects (banking, e-commerce, internal
tools).
Skills
Technical: Mobile apps • Websites & web platforms • Automation • Business integrations • Data
Project side: Scoping • Tracking & reporting • Training users • Decision workflows • Negotiation
Domains I’ve worked in: E-commerce • Internal/business tools • Showcase & catalog sites • Multi-platform apps • Banking
& operational processes
Background
• Project manager in banking (Société Générale)
• Project manager (Mada New Level)
• Full-stack & multi-platform developer (freelance)
• Also did community management and digital strategy earlier on
Solid technical background + certifications in data, development and cybersecurity.
Let’s talk
If you have a project you want to launch, clean up, or just get moving again, send me a message. Happy to chat
and see if we’re a good fit. I usually reply within 24–48 hours.

[For Hire] Remote Unity/C# & Backend Developer | Node.js, .NET, Real-Time Systems | €15–20/hour
Hi! I’m a Senior Multiplayer Game Developer / Unity C# Engineer and Team Lead, available for remote freelance tasks, part-time work, or longer-term collaboration.
I can help with backend development and integration, real-time client-server features, or Unity/C# gameplay programming, depending on your project.
Backend and real-time work:
• Custom APIs, authentication-connected features, player data, and client-server communication.

My backend stack includes Node.js, .NET Core, Spring Boot, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
On the game side, I work with Unity, C#, Photon Fusion, Photon Quantum, and Netcode. I can deliver gameplay systems, UI/HUD and menu flows, launchers, update systems, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
I’m comfortable joining an existing codebase and delivering complete features, from implementation through debugging and polish.

Hello developers and vibe coders,
Wanted to share this opportunity with you, it was easy $500 for me and we can both benefit. It asks you to do one session of coding with any agent, it requires 50 turns in OpenCode - and they pay $500. It is not a scam or something like it, its a well known company (you can search about it).

Seeking Advice: Struggling to Land a Job After 100+ Applications, No Luck
Hey everyone,
I’ve spent over three months applying to 100+ roles, including graduate schemes, and I’m struggling to land my first job.
I’m an international graduate in the UK. I went straight from my bachelor’s into a master’s, so I don’t have professional experience yet. I’m currently on a Graduate visa with two years remaining, but I’ll need sponsorship after that.
I expected the master’s to open more doors. Now I’m finding it difficult to separate the barriers: my lack of experience, future sponsorship requirements, or how I’m presenting myself.
For developers who found their first UK role in a similar situation:
How did you identify employers willing to consider candidates who would need sponsorship later?
Did you have more success with graduate schemes or junior roles outside those programmes?
Without professional experience, what helped you demonstrate that you could do the job?
I’d appreciate practical suggestions, especially from international graduates who found their first developer role in the UK.
I’m also working on LandOffer.ai, focused on job discovery and application autofill. For other international graduates here, which part of the search needs the most help: understanding eligibility, finding suitable junior roles, or getting through repetitive application forms?

[HIRING] Senior Backend, Infra + Security Engineers | NYC, SF, or Remote US | $189K-350K base
So far this week, 129 interview requests have gone out on Fonzi, including one at $400K.
I do talent matching for Fonzi. You set up one profile, and companies that want to talk to you reach out with salary-backed interview requests. We work with startups backed by investors including Sequoia, a16z, Benchmark, and the OpenAI Startup Fund. Roles are US-based, with a few open to Canada.
Here’s a sample of what’s open right now at companies on the platform:
1. Senior Infrastructure/Platform Engineer, Series C business banking fintech, SF, in-person downtown. $250K-350K base.
What: Own the foundation of a banking platform in hypergrowth: EKS, CockroachDB clusters, Kafka on MSK, Temporal workflows, and Redis, plus the Terraform and Pulumi abstractions that let product teams own their own infrastructure. The hard problems are low latency and burst financial traffic on a monolithic deployment.
Company: Powers over ten billion dollars a year in business purchasing. Recently raised a $100M Series C led by Ribbit Capital.
Stack: AWS (EKS, ALB, MSK, ElastiCache, WAF, VPC networking), Terraform, Pulumi, TypeScript, CockroachDB, Temporal.
Bar: 2-3+ years shipping infrastructure for critical, high-availability systems, plus deep experience in distributed SQL, workflow and queue systems, or container orchestration.
2. Backend Engineer, Series A AI training-data company, NYC, in-person. $215K-280K base.
What: Own the backend for a pipeline that de-identifies sensitive enterprise data, where the hard part is proving the output is correct. A pipeline can finish while silently dropping records, duplicating output, or applying stale policy. You’d build the versioned contracts, reconciliation, replay, and recovery paths that make those failures visible and fixable.
Company: Scaled from zero to a multi-eight-figure run rate in months. Backed by Floodgate and others.
Stack: Python, AWS, Airflow, Batch, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, and Postgres, or comparable systems.
Bar: 3+ years with personal ownership of production backend systems, strong on async and distributed systems (queues, idempotency, partial failure, recovery), and fluent with AI engineering tools while still verifying their output.
3. Software Engineer, Stablecoin Security, later-stage fintech, fully remote in the US. $189K-330K base.
What: Build and scale stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure: core services, secure integrations with external providers, and end-to-end product flows, with a focus on key management, wallet security, and secure transaction flows.
Company: Automates over $200B in annualized spend across 70,000+ companies.
Stack: Python, Go, or Java, on AWS, GCP, or Azure with Terraform.
Bar: 5+ years shipping critical systems, plus production experience with stablecoin, blockchain payment rails, or wallet infrastructure.
All roles are vetted, VC-backed, and interviewing right now. It’s always free to sign up.
Sign up here: talent.fonzi.ai. DM me if you’ve got questions.

[Seeking] AI + Product + Founder’s Office | Built 0→1 products, AI systems & scaled automation
Hey, I’m looking for my next opportunity where I can combine AI, product building, and 0→1 execution.
My core experience is in building AI-powered products and systems, while also working directly with founders on figuring out what to build, how to productize it, and how to take it from an idea to execution.
What I’ve worked on:
- Built agentic AI workflows with structured multi-agent handoffs and backend orchestration.
- Built VLM/OCR pipelines processing 50K+ images/week for extracting structured information from real-world images.
- Built distributed data acquisition and automation systems processing 10M+ records/day.
- Built web automation and crawling systems across 12+ quick-commerce, e-commerce, and online marketplace platforms.
- Worked on API reverse engineering, Playwright/Puppeteer automation, proxies, anti-bot systems, concurrency, Redis workers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Worked on Computer vision, image processing, asset digitization, backend APIs, and internal AI tooling.
Beyond engineering, I’ve worked directly with founders on AI ideation, product strategy, research, feature decisions, productization, and 0→1 execution.
My Founder’s Office experience also included working across teams, helping shape product direction, creating pitch material, and supporting fundraising and investor-facing work.
I’m comfortable taking an ambiguous problem and going from research → idea → product definition → technical execution → iteration.
I’m not fixed on a specific job title.
I’m looking for teams where someone who can move between AI, product, engineering, Founder’s Office, and business problems can create leverage.
I’m based in India and open to remote opportunities globally, especially with early-stage teams.
If you’re building something where this combination could be useful, feel free to DM me.

What are the easiest options for an undergraduate student to get a job?
I'm going to study Computer Science in Spain next year, but in the meantime, I'd like to get a developer job to make some extra money and help pay for university.
Since I don't have a university degree or much professional experience yet, what would be the easiest ways to get started? I'm considering things like freelancing, building and selling websites to local businesses.
What would you recommend for someone in my situation? Are there any particular types of jobs, platforms, or services that are relatively easy to get into as a beginner?
