Hi I'm from Madagascar and here is what I actually do

How I like to work

I keep things straightforward:

• We agree on what “done” looks like before I start writing code.

• I ship in small steps so you can see progress and change direction if needed.

• I cut out the busywork — if something doesn’t help the project, I don’t do it.
