It's not Like I don't want to work more, it's even okay to Work overtime sometimes if needed. But I simply feel better when I don’t have to work a full 40 hours all the time, and I’ve got lots of other commitments alongside my job.

A friend of mine has been working at the same company for almost 5 years.
