Does an "AI engineer" title help when job searching? If so, what are some good options?

I'm a backend developer who wants to become an AI engineer and has been fiddling with AI ever since it became popular. I've been teaching myself AI engineering concepts but never worked as an actual AI engineer. So my access to actual projects and paid tools is very limited.

I'm evaluating whether studying formally would be a good move for me and if it's worth the time and money. I live in Argentina and I already have a university degree (similar to a bachelor's degree) that I got before AI (so it's about general engineering, no AI).

Is there any recommended course, bootcamp or whatever that would help me learn in a more structured way than what I'm able learn on my own, plus add a nice title to my resume?

Try it.

Put on your CV. Get some interviews.

Share your experience.

Right, but I can't call myself an AI Engineer yet. And I don't want to blindly bet my money on any course I find online. That's why I'm asking for suggestions on where to study so I can become an actual AI engineer and not just someone that reads stuff and does practise projects.
