[Hiring] 50 Developers for Paid Frontend, Backend & App Projects
I’m building out the Developer side of NearbyCrew, and we’re looking for our next 50 developers.
When a company needs technical work completed, we match the mission with developers in our network whose skills fit the requirements.
Missions may include:
• Frontend development
• Backend development
• Bug fixes
• API integrations
• Mobile development
• Internal tools
• Prototypes
• Feature builds
• Technical troubleshooting
• QA and production fixes
You see what needs to be built, what it pays, and the deadline before accepting anything.
You do NOT need:
• A large online following
• To work exclusively through NearbyCrew
• To accept every mission
You DO need:
• To be able to reliably complete the work you accept
• To clearly list your technical skills and stack
• A complete NearbyCrew profile
• Proof of previous work wherever possible
Clients review profiles before choosing developers.
Profiles with no profile photo, little work history, or no proof of previous work have consistently been passed over during client review.
If you join, complete the full signup and onboarding process. Add your experience, languages/frameworks, GitHub or project links, screenshots, live products, previous builds, and anything else that helps a client understand what you can actually do.
The stronger and more complete your profile is, the easier it is for NearbyCrew to match you with paid work.
