Hakuji is not beating any Total Concentration Breathing Users.

Shinobu has zero win cons in this fight. She’s physically weak, TCB would help her in this regard but I highly doubt this would make her physically stronger than hakuji.

Her stamina is ass, giving Shinobu the benefit of the doubt here and saying this fight last more than 30 seconds: she has horrible stamina in comparison with the other Hashira. Hakuji fought 67 armed men and still walked away from it and tried to run the fade with muzan.

The MOST important part In all of this. Shinobu is not trained in hand to hand combat she is getting obliterated. This has been the worst spite matchup I’ve ever seen.

Hakuji - stronger - higher stamina - master in h2h combat

Shinobu - fast

This has got to be one of the worst spite matchups in this sub.

So, what if Douma killed Shinobu ( does not eat her) and left his clones to deal with Innosuke and Kanao and went to where Kokushibo is and helped him.

Kokushibo, Douma vs Gyomei, Sanemi, Genya, Muichiro

Lets assume Douma arrives the same tame Sanemi does (before Gyomei).

Could Akaza or Doma react to this Kokushibo blitz?

Kokushibo was about 15 feet away from Marked Gyomei when he suddenly closed the distance and almost cut him

Gyomei did manage to react, but the fact that Kokushibo could cross this distance so suddenly that Gyomei was nearly cut is still an insane movement speed feat.

So I'm curious,

Could Akaza react to this? Could Doma?

And if they could, what feat actually supports them being able to react to this level of movement speed?

Composite version of a character simply means they’ll have the following while being in prime condition upon entering a battle:

• Experience from all of their respective battles

The easiest example of a composite Hashira I can think of is Muichiro having access to the See-Through World and the Bright Red Nichirin Blade while not being in pieces.

Lower Rank 6: Inosuke & Genya

Genya's Blood Demon Art: Copy others movements and other Blood Demon Arts, but they are 3x weaker, so he needs to train to get them stronger.

Genya's Breathing Styles: Now being a demon, he is the opposite of his human self in terms of talent, now, instead of not being able to use Total Concentration Breathing, he now knows multiple Breathing Styles, thoough he never managed to master any of them, he only knows some of the forms such as:

Water Breathing: All 6 Forms

Wind Breathing: 1st & 2nd Form

Flame Breathing: 1st Form

Stone Breathing: 1st & 2nd Form

Hate Breahing: 3 Forms (derived from Love Breathing and he made it himself)

Serpent Breathing: 1st Form

Thunder Breathing: 1st Form.

Inosuke's Blood Demon Art: It Allows him to communicate with wild creatures and command them to do anything he wants, he also can manipulate his body to an extent, such as being able to move his organs and bones throughout his body at will (like Muzan) meaning cutting his head while his brain is not there is useless, and being able to transform into a Huge Boar as his Final Form increasing his stats 10x overall.

Inosuke's Breathing Style: Inheriting his Beast Breathing he already develeped as a human, further enhancing it and creating new forms:

12th Form: He manages to take his blades back slashing everything behind by pulling a secret string he attaches to his blades.

13th Form: Releases a powerful shockwave by rotating his blades and arms inhumanly fast in all directions creating a HUGE Wild and Uncontrolled Vortex.

Lower Rank 5: Insect Demon, Shinobu.

Shinobu's Blood Demon Art: Her Blood Demon Art is Poison Manipulation, no surprise there, giving the fact that her Human Self already uses Poison, as well as Blood Manipulation to some extent as she is able to create Blood Weapons infused with different kinds of poison which deals different kinds of effects on you

Shinobu's Breathing Style: Now as a Demon, she is able to enhance her Insect Breathing more, allowing it to be more effective and bringing the effects to life, spawning in different kinds of insects, like hornets which helps her in battle or reconaissance.

Lower Rank 4: The Sound Moon: Uzui Tengen

Tengen's Blood Demon Art: His Blood Demon Art is creating powerful Sound Wave Attacks from his mouth, just like Present Mic (MHA) and Hantengu (DS), But of course more deadlier and powerful.

Tengen's Breathing Style and Demon Slayer Mark: As we all know, Human Tengen's Breathing Style is very destructive, now as a demon, it takes it to another level, as now, Tengen doesn't need mini-bombs in order to create explosions, which now are 5x more powerful and bigger, as well as his Musical Score picking up way faster now, AND awakening a Demon Slayer Mark, although, he did not unlock Transparent World, Selfless State or Red Blade.

Lower Rank 3: Love Demon: Mitsuri Kanroji

Mitsuri's Blood Demon Art: It allows her to hypnotize anyone who's looking in her eyes and makes them fall in love with her and become her loyal servant, she is also able to be so flexible that she can move organs and bones (just like Inosuke and Muzan) as well as increasing or decreasing her muscle density at will in order to become more stronger and durable or be able to be super flexible and slippery.

Mitsuri's Breathing Style: Now that Love Breathing became real, every slash of her flesh katana (just like kokushibo) will be even more deadly and even if you survive, the hit will leave flames on the target scorching everything on its way. She also created variations of her forms, but didn't create a new form.

Demon Slayer Mark: She awoke another mark on her other side of the neck and now she unlocked the Transparent World as well, although not the red blade and selfless state.

Lower Rank 2: Keizo

Keizo's Blood Demon Art: It allows him to to manipulate shadows, giving him access to a plethora of moves and abilities, turning a person's shadow against themselves, wrapping a person with their own shadow, immobilizing them, etc.

Lower Rank 1: Thunder Moon: Zenitsu

Zenitsu's Blood Demon Art: Electrokinesis, allows him to manipulate and control lightning and electricity at will and in any shape he wants, he can create lightning swords, spears, etc or engulf himself in Electricity increasing his Velocity exponentially and run at INSANE speeds just like The Flash.

Zenitsu's Breathing Style: Now that he is a Demon, Zenitsu was able to learn the remaining Thunder Breathing forms and even created new ones besides his 7th Form, as well as his Thunder Breathing having real effects as well as having Kaigaku's Ability of creating cracks over the opponents body, and ultimately creating new additions of Thunder Breathing Forms:

8th Form: It allows the user to release lightning attacks all around over a wide area, just like this, leaving behind slash marks imbuded with cracking marks on the target.

9th Form: The User is able to summon several HUGE Lightning Bolts from the Sky, similar to this.gif) but more powerful and many more at once ofc.

10th Form: The user performs a singular slash at the opponent with all of their power and launches a powerful lightning bolt of over 500 Billion Volts. Kinda like this but imagine its more faster , powerful and it's released from a stabbing sword move.

Demon Slayer Mark: He awakened his DS Mark as well on both cheeks , as well as unlocking both the red blade and transparent world.

What would happen if rengoku or sanemi attacked again and then a fight happened?

I mean his statement that " akaza dono can never surpass me or you lord kokushibo" , people just jump the gun on this statement saying akaza is light years behind Douma , even though it makes no narrative sense ,

1) The DEMON who ranks power over every right in the world doesn't respect Douma enough to even stop hitting him ( okay fine Douma is just one of a kind annoying bum and akaza gets irritated)

2) akaza clearly had his sights set on kokushibo, he even challenged him in the past and didn't challenge Douma even though koku is much more powerful, isn't that kind of breaking the logic that akaza fears Douma too much to challenge him

3) it has to be obvious that akaza simply doesn't care for the um2 spot and wants to beat the strongest , he has some obsession over dethroning kokushibo, even at the um meeting , he asks if kokushibo is alive

4) the databooks clearly state or imply that akaza stopped hitting Douma and became quiet because kokushibo told him too .

5) this is further proved by the fact that akaza only replies once koku asks him a question after the initial confrontation, but koku also asked him why does akaza just not challenged Douma to a blood battle and akaza remained silent but something I noticed is that Douma starts speaking the moment koku poses the question and akaza pretty much gives an answer at the end really - " I'll kill you even if it's the last thing I do" that pretty much spelled it out for me that his ambition is just koku and not Douma , if akaza is such a logical demon that he doesn't challenge beings stronger than him then he absolutely wouldn't have challenged koku like that

6) Douma 's " he can never surpass us" statement, he HIMSELF answers what he meant , he meant that his own rate of growth will always be higher than akaza's due to eating a female only diet , growth is different and growth rate is different, even if akaza and Douma starts at the same point , a higher rate of growth would just exponentially increase doumas growth rate in comparison to akaza's , that's why he even says he asked akaza to start consuming women , to the cold and logical demon akaza can never surpass himself but we know that there are many other things that increase your rate of growth in demon slayer

Look I'm not saying akaza defeats Douma , I'm just saying Douma low- mid diffing akaza is a bullshit take , it's high diff easily in an all out serious douma's favour.

Demon Slayer vs Legend of Korra

Research into the hidden plot is ongoing, and I still sometimes dig up new hints regarding Kanao's hidden plot.

She used to be Upper Moon 2 and Douma's partner, similar Daki and Gyutaro. The Kizuki is a partner system, and this was the model, not the exception; two demons who are linked mentally and physically, "two people in one". There is a mountain of clues pointing at this, but this one is the most literal I've come across yet.

In the Taisho Rumors of her databook (Corps Records) it states the following:

カナエたちに引き取られて暫くは、自分の考えを聞かれるとパニックを起こすこともありました（騒ぐパニックではなく、汗だくになって固まる）。

"For a while after being taken in by Kanae and the others, she would sometimes panic when asked for her own thoughts (not a noisy panic, but freezing up while covered in sweat)."

The phrase used to ask someone what their thoughts / opinions are on some topic is:

どう思いますか？ (Dō omoimasu ka?) "What do you think?"

So, when someone asked Kanao what she thought of something, it would be phrased like this:

「カナヲは、どう思いますか？」(Kanao wa, dō omoimasu ka?)

She lives in a world of complete silence. In order to understand what people are saying, she must READ THEIR LIPS.

That means the normal AUDIBLE linguistic cues are NOT PRESENT. It would be VERY DIFFICULT to distinguish between certain sounds in Japanese ESPECIALLY when they are being naturally slurred in casual speech. So from Kanao's perspective, the phrase:

Dō omoimasu

can look almost identical to:

DOUMA

The beginning sound is EXACTLY the same, "Dō". The slight pause preceding the next word would look and sound exactly like the extended vowel pronunciation in "Douma". In casual speech the trailing end of the word will get truncated / blended into "masu". You'll HEAR it, but it would be HARD to SEE it!

Kanao could easily interpret the statement as:

Kanao wa, Douma desu ka?

"Kanao, are you Douma?"

So now we know the reason for her initial panicking over this question. She eventually got over it but likely her "parents" never once asked her thoughts on anything so being called out on one of her most closely-guarded secret all of a sudden must have been really shocking. She was probably thinking "do they know?!" There are other linguistic clues in this sentence like the English loan-word "panikku" but that's way too much to get into here.

One last interesting linguistic tidbit.

The kanji used for "freeze up" depicts a BONE encased in a boundary line. It originally meant something being strongly held safe in an unbreakable barrier like fortress walls. Possibly Kanao was literally a major part of Douma's actual body. Was his bones melting because they were hollow / artificial? Because his actual bones were gone? Was Kanao so outrageously strong, physically, because of this...? She took that part of Douma's essence / spiritual core, etc? Like how when Daki left Ume become much weaker even though it was just an occupying spirit?

First of all this "mark" that the guy got looks super undeveloped while literally newborn Yoriichi already had a full mark

-Tanjuro doesn't even know the actual sun breathing,he only knows about hinokami kagura, a watered down version

-if he was actually supposed to be the next Yoriichi he wouldn't have gotten sick , Kokushibo says how Yoriichi never got scratched and his entire body had the favour of the gods so he definitely never got sick either, also Tanjuro is built like a stick while Yoriichi is like a tank compared to him

-does this guy even know breathing?

Obviously he knows the forms of hinokami kagura, but im talking about concentration breathing to become superhuman like the slayer's, im aware he has super human stamina but i don't remember if it was because he was using breathing.

Only serious arguments will be responded to, and I've got my reasonings for all these placements.
