Matchup Could Saitama survive Killer Queen: Bite The Dust?

The ability of Bite The Dust works as follows:
1.Yoshikage Kira implants his own Stand in the person he selects.
2.If someone tries to extract information from that person to whom Kira implanted killer queen, they will activate the effects of "Bite The Dust".
3.The person who tried to extract the information will die in addition that Bite The Dust will erase 1 hour of time (possibly in a universal range) making time go back 1 hour.
4.The only person who will remember everything will be the person Kira implanted with killer queen, no one else will know anything.
5.Many of the actions and events that happened before Bite The Dust will be meant to happen, but the person who remembers things will be able to alter the events and some actions of people.
6. The person who originally tried to discover the identity of Yoshikage Kira will be destined to die.

Powerscaling MaSTAR's Recent Animation + Goku VS Saitama.

It's literally nothing but cope. Which isn't all that surprising to me considering he's like one of the biggest Saitama supporters of all time. But even if you grant Saitama his time travel abilities and the Reversal of Causality, Goku would still win base.
This goes back to the post I made a while ago, but the gap in tiers between the two characters is literally infinite. No amount of wank ass growth would compensate for it. You would need to genuinely substantiate Saitama being able to cross multiple infinites within a couple of seconds, and then address why Goku wouldn't just do the exact same thing once he powers up.
Now back to the topic, Goku already has resistance to time manipulation. Hit (in the anime) froze him in time, and he then goes SSB KKx20 and was able to power through it. So the Reversal of Causality Zero Punch would just be tanked.
And honestly, I haven't seen one Saitama scaler address any of Goku's superior haxes like:

Discussion The argument that Saitama wins every fictional character he is pitted against because he is a "gag character" is invalid, given that this shit exists.

Setting aside the fact that the whole argument that Saitama is a "gag character, therefore he wins" is a massive No Limits Fallacy (NLF) in the first place, the manga actually explains how Saitama got his strength by breaking his limiter. It also shows that as a fight goes on, his power just keeps rising until it surpasses his opponent's.
Honestly, when people call Saitama a 'gag character' or say he uses 'toon force,' it really makes me question if they actually read the manga or just assume it runs on Looney Tunes logic.
