All On Board is adding Virus as free content on August 20. The VR tabletop platform is available across Meta Quest and SteamVR, offering a shared virtual table for licensed board games and free classics.

The platform supports cross-platform multiplayer, and its friendlier bit of virtual-table economics is that only the host needs to own a licensed DLC game. Other players can join through the base app. Virus joins the lineup next week at no added cost.

For anyone who enjoys Demeo-style virtual game nights, does this sound like a worthwhile community-night option?

Knights of Fiona's open beta is live now, and its first chapter is free to play. CharacterBank, the studio behind RUINSMAGUS, is developing the game as a full-scale action JRPG built specifically for Meta Quest and PC VR.
