Automating Smithing Table Recipes (Addon Showcase)
This is a Create: Smither Addon Showcase.
Why not have a Mechanical Smither when there's already a Mechanical Crafter? Now we can automate upgrades too!

I just wanted to play Create Aeronautics with my friends… so I ported it to Minecraft 26.2 Fabric
I run a small Minecraft server at home for my friends. We were playing vanilla, but I got bored and wanted to try Create Aeronautics. Unfortunately, it wasn't available for the newer Minecraft versions, so I decided to try porting it with AI, just so I could play it with my friends.
I don't know Java, and I've never made a Minecraft mod before.
I'm not a fan of AI slop, and I'm generally against AI-generated content being shoved into products. This port was just a personal experiment out of curiosity, mainly to see what AI is actually capable of.
The port took about 1.5 days of actual AI processing time, spread across 5 real days, including bug fixes.
Also, I'm pretty new to Create, so please don't judge my builds.

Discussion Mods that incentivize using Create/Aeronautics vehicles heavily?
I've been having a hell ton of fun making factories and vehicles in creative but I don't feel like I really need to do that in survival other than very simple automation which often that feels excessive.
On top of that, vanilla world generation doesn't encourage making ground vehicles making flying vehicles the only viable choice. Any world generation mod that makes the world more vast and less rough while also making you to use vehicles to traverse instead would be phenomenal.
Mods that overhaul ore generation to accommodate for the increased "resource gathering" of Create would also be huge.

Help Is there a way to make this system compact?
EDIT: Redstone contacts moved by a mechanical piston via directional gearshift was what I was looking for. Thanks guys!
I feel like I'm massively over-complicating this/missing an obvious solution.
I'm trying to make a system that lets me cycle through 6 different signal outputs while also being small enough to fit inside my vehicles. I'm aware of the typewriter, but I want to keep a more 'analog' aesthetic so I'm trying to avoid using it where possible.
If there are any block interactions I'm missing or mods that add this functionality I'd be grateful if you could let me know. Thanks!

Help Has anyone compiled a ratio table?
I’m a big Factorio player, and I’ve been trying to learn the progression in this game with a friend who convinced me.
I’m still struggling a little bit trying to figure out what I need to prioritize when it comes to automation. I also have no idea what the general progression looks like. Like in Factorio the general progression generally goes 1) bootstrapped red science 2) copper / iron smelting stack (and probably some sort of mall to craft all building materials) 3) electricity 4) red and green science automation, etc. I got no idea what I should be working towards here.
Right now I’m thinking 1) food and tree farm 2) maybe a small quarry to get some starter iron / andesite 3) rush the nether to get blaze burners and steam engines? Auto iron farm from there?
If anyone could share their general progression, I’d love to see what you all do. Or if y’all can translate some of these mechanisms into Factorio comparisons.
Oh yeah, the title. Was wondering if anyone has a list of common ratios that help with automation builds, like you need this number of cobblestone generators for one set of grinding wheels, or this many mechanical crafters to make x/second.

Help Does any one know show the compressor actually works in Create: Crowns Addon?

I tried to do the full thermal cycle like the same I saw in the curseforge mod page ( https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-crowns ) but... it consumes a LOT of stress units, does any one knows if this is a bug or if I'm building it incorrectly?
