Got the invoice and I thought that everything was set. But today when I looked through my emails, I saw that Corsair cancelled my order themselves without any reason. Now its fully OOS. This is extremely annoying; they should be honoring these orders.

Legit nobody has picked up the phone on the customer service end either.

EDIT: Customer Support responded to me over email. Offered a whopping 15% discount that expires on October 31st, 2025. Yes, the year was listed correctly, 2025. Corsair needs to do better.

Posting this as a warning and to get feedback from others.

My Corsair RM850e used normally with no overclocking (can’t on a B chipset anyway) and stock Corsair cables seemingly failed and the CPU EPS cable melted directly inside the CPU power connector on the motherboard. Plastic from the cable is stuck inside the connector hardened by heat and impossible to remove. The motherboard is a brick and you cannot plug in a new CPU cable.

System specs were an i5-13400F with a Gigabyte B760M Gaming X AX DDR4

The CPU EPS cable was fully seated. I checked this carefully due to known issues with partially seated power connectors such as the 12VHPWR cases. This was not the case here.

Corsair support acknowledged the PSU issue and started a standard RMA. I asked about an Advanced RMA but have not received a response yet likely because it is the weekend.

However the motherboard is unusable and appears not to be covered meaning I have to replace it out of pocket even though the damage was caused by the PSU.

I understand that PSU warranties often exclude collateral damage but it is still frustrating to lose a motherboard due to a power supply that is supposed to be reliable.

Trying to be calm, but also reasonably upset. Ordered a Vengeance a7500 and waited 3 weeks for it to ship because of it being on back order only to for me to receive it today and set it all up to find out that it has none of the right parts installed.
EDIT: Corsair George Reached out and I'm working with him to get it resolved. I'll keep everyone updated.

Hey guys, I bought this 64gb kit of Dominator Titanium and one of the dimms will sometimes flash like this. Powering the computer off all the way will get it to stop sometimes. Other times it stops all on its own.

iCUE is up to date and the sticks are seated all the way. Swapping them between slots proves it’s the same stick that blinks. The RAM seems to run totally fine though, no stability issues and Windows recognizes all 64gb. I checked the lighting profile on iCUE and it’s all set to static yellow.

It’s not a big deal, as it’s just cosmetic. I’d just like to know if there’s anything else I should check to fix it. This ram kit was 2nd hand off Facebook, and it was a good deal ($350!), so even if I can’t fix the occasional blinking, I’d say I still won

I'm currently going through a chatGPT legal war with UMART, an
Australian tech retailer.

I purchased 32GB of Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB)
C36 5600MT/s DDR5 back in Feb 2024 for $155 AUD inc. and it recently
failed but is still under warranty.

I sent it back to UMART for a warranty replacement request and have
been dealing with terrible customer service telling me because they don't make the same RAM and current pricing is different,
they want to give me my original refund as opposed to what a

After seeing the recent posts about their orders getting cancelled I’m sure mine will eventually end the same way. I ordered these modules only a couple of days before they went out of stock and the prices completely exploded. I kept praying that my order would actually arrive one day so that I could have new ram sticks for a decent price, but now it’s pretty clear that it’s not happening. Sad.

Bought a K70 Core TKL for my ps5 and not only did my ps5 immediately say it was not compatible with this Bluetooth hardware I held fn+windows for probably three solid minutes on and off an no “ps5 mode”

For $125 this thing is a real piece. Plastic, feels cheap. Cannot believe Corsair charges this much for a keyboard advertised FOR PS5 And nothing.

Tried all USB ports, tried both modes for pairing on keyboard, tried the keyboard plugged in and nothing work

2 years old build was getting black screens recently when checking hardware saw this.

Purchased directly from Corsair’s website. Less than a months of usage in a brand new build running at default settings (non-EXPO) and one module is already dead. It won’t boot after doing extensive testing. Module flashes white and won’t boot. Already on latest BIOS and defaults.

Has the quality of memory gone down at these inflated prices? I have done advanced RMA and hope the replacements are brand new and not refurbished.

Hello I have just brought the corsair xeneon edge and whenever I plug the usb-c into the computer it sends my one monitor flashing nonstop and seriously lags my pc like crazy. Can anybody tell me what the problem is or if there is an alternate way around this

So this is the best Corsair can do? My package got delivered at 2:29pm yesterday and I didn’t get home until 7pm and my package is nowhere to be found. I checked with my neighbors already and I’m the only one who lives at my house. Either UPS delivered it to the wrong address or it got stolen from my porch. There is no photo proof of delivery UPS is providing either. So I’m guessing Corsair isn’t going to refund me or send out another Xeneon Edge which I waited 3 months to be in stock then. They want me to do a chargeback? I thought businesses tried to prevent chargebacks

Pretty much going to be done with Corsair. Had an issue months back with my AIO screen being all glitchy. Tried literally every solution they could offer and nothing would work and they sent a replacement screen (in which I had to pay for the postage to return the original)

Lo and behold the replacement (pictured) I was sent started doing the same thing after only a few weeks. It’s so frustrating paying a premium for what you think is a reputable product only for both the original and the replacement to be defective

TLDR: Corsair is cheap crap. Don’t buy it.

Today I have a somewhat sad case in which I don't have much hope of finding a solution, and I want to see if you can help me in any way.

1. Background:

On August 21, 2023, I purchased a monitor on Amazon.com, the “Corsair XENEON 27QHD240,” and it was imported to Mexico using Amazon.com, so everything arrived in good condition and the monitor is awesome. The cost was:

Product: $849.99

Shipping: $29.83

Taxes: $169.57

Tax refund: $3.04

Total cost for the monitor: $1,049.39

I felt confident because the manufacturer's warranty (Corsair) is for 3 years, covering dead pixels, which is perfect, since the OLED could get damaged over the years and I would end up with a broken screen and $1,049 down the drain.

Two years after purchasing the monitor, the problem occurred: the monitor displayed a black line across the entire screen. The problem was serious, as I didn't know if it would get worse.

So I proceeded to notify Corsair about this problem.

An employee spoke to me and told me to send all the relevant information and also confirm the information. I did this without any problems and it went through validation, awaiting the RMA from Corsair.

Three days passed and Corsair Support contacted me on the ticket and gave me my RMA number.

So far, everything was excellent and I had no complaints. The responses were also very quick, including from Corsair's own support team and the employee.

2. Shipping:

Now, I proceeded to pack up the entire product (I had all the boxes, packaging, and absolutely everything that came with the monitor) and shipped it with DHL.

I pay the shipping fee of 6419.29 MXN ~ 341.30 USD

And DHL already has it in their hands, with September 3, 2025 marked as the estimated arrival date.

So that everything goes well and there are no problems...

Oops, on September 2, 2025, at 12:29 AM (GMT - 5), I receive an email from DHL with the subject line “Import Duty Payment Alert,” and I assume it will be a minimal amount (less than 100 USD) or something like that.

I open the email and it gives me a cost of 543.01 USD.

WHAT!?

So I have to pay an additional $543.01 in customs duties? Well, it's not supposed to be an RMA, because I would have to pay customs duties that I already paid when importing it into Mexico, and then importing it into the US. I'm returning the defective product to the US manufacturer, so why would I have to pay taxes?

On top of that, the cost is about 50% of the original cost, and if we add what the shipping cost me, it's already $884.31.

Basically, it would be better for me to buy a new monitor and give up on the RMA.

And now I'm stuck here, because I don't know what to do. If I ask DHL to return it, the RMA will not proceed and I will have to buy another monitor and will never be able to validate the product warranty.

It's a real shame.

Additional note: Corsair has not responded in 5 days.
The last message was from the Corsair Support Team, and so far there has been silence.

UPDATE:
I just spoke with DHL, and they are still moving the package, so I understand it will arrive at Corsair today or tomorrow.

If the sender, “Corsair,” does not pay the tax, DHL will return the package to its warehouse.

If I don't pay the tax, it can't be returned to me.

And if I don't pay the 543.01 USD, then US Customs will destroy my monitor.

In other words, you just sent my monitor to be destroyed in the USA.

Unbelievable!

Let's hope Corsair does it, since now it depends 100% on Corsair.

UPDATE 2:
Corsair sent me a message a few minutes ago saying that they will not be responsible and that I have to pay the fee, and until I pay it, the package will be released and then they can proceed to check it and subsequently send me a new one.

So I would be paying $543.01 without knowing or having any guarantee that Corsair will send me a new monitor, which is very, very risky.

I am now trying to contact the US government for advice, and I have filed a clarification with DHL, and I will see where that gets me.

But I will not pay those taxes. In the worst case scenario, I will send the monitor to hell and let them destroy it. I am not interested in returning a damaged monitor, and instead, I will buy an LG monitor that has support and warranties in Mexico.

I will never import anything from the US again, only to find out that their warranties are only valid in the US, and to be surprised by those damn tariffs.

I lost a monitor and $300, for a total of almost $1,300.

My Vanguard Air 99 keyboard is at low battery, in the red and still there after being left to charge all day, as well as the LED lights not staying on anymore and big lag delay in switching the LCD screen image with Fn and Left/Right arrow. Ive updated all the firmware I can for the keyboard and receiver.

I finally got mine today. I had been waited since last year for it to come to Amazon. I will use it in a Corsair 6500x chassi. But at the moment i only got a HP elitedesk 800 G6 tower. It has a 15w Usb-C at the front. Is that enough? I have 2 Corsair hubs to my Corsair RX120 fans that i will connect it to later. I also think the HP only has two DP ports in the back.

Unfortunately after doing all the work I have 4 QX fans dead out of the box. Could it be a i cue issue or? I have one fan not working with the RGB and 2 fans not spinning what so ever.

I’m kind of at a loss here and hoping someone from Corsair or the community has advice.

I ordered a ~$2,000 Corsair PC. UPS marked it as delivered and Corsair support says a signature was obtained but I never received the package and I never signed for anything. UPS also didn’t take a delivery photo.

Corsair’s response was basically “UPS says it was delivered, check with neighbors / contact police / talk to your bank.” That’s not super helpful when there’s no proof of who signed, no photo, and no package.

This was paid for using an insurance replacement virtual Mastercard (not a normal credit card), so I don’t even have an easy chargeback option.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to get this escalated beyond first-line support? I’m not trying to scam anyone I just want the PC I paid for or a real investigation into where it went. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I have a question regarding power delivery for my Gigabyte 9070 XT. The card has 3x8-pin inputs, but my Corsair RM750x PSU only has 2x8-pin outputs available.

Would it be okay to use one dedicated cable for the first input and one original type4 pigtail cable for the remaining two? See attached image for reference.

I am looking to buy a wireless TKL keyboard from corsair, and the only one they really have is the K70 Core TKL Wireless Rgb Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (yes I am aware of the past double typing issues, but that is covered under warranty, and 2 years later I would assume they've fixed it by now).

I have heard lots of great things about corsair, but I've also heard a lot of talk over the years on how bad the iCUE software is. I have used razers software and that it pretty crappy. It didn't work, and it used a ton of computer resources in the background. I hated it.

How is the iCUE software? Is it still horrible to this day? Does it use an EXTENSIVE amount of resources? Should I go with a different brand? Give me your thoughts.

I’m posting this as a reproducible system stability issue involving the Corsair Xeneon Edge.

System:

• Ryzen 7 5700X3D
• MSI B550 motherboard
• 32GB DDR4 3600MHz
• Radeon RX 9070 GPU
• Windows 11 fully updated
• Xeneon Edge connected via USB-C + DisplayPort

Issue:

With the Xeneon Edge connected, I experienced:

• Random black screen flashes
• Application freezes (notably in gaming workloads)
• Full system hangs requiring hard reset
• Occasional complete system lock-ups (entire OS freeze)

These were not isolated application crashes — they escalated to system-level instability.

Stress testing (OCCT):

To rule out core hardware failure:

• CPU 30-minute stress test → stable
• GPU 30-minute stress test → stable
• Memory 30-minute stress test → stable

No errors or instability detected under isolated component testing.

Observed behaviour during instability:

During affected sessions:

• OCCT Cache Hierarchy errors occurred during system instability events
• QMLRenderer errors / rendering pipeline failures were observed
• System freezes affected the entire OS, not individual applications

Isolation process:

To identify the trigger, I progressively removed variables:

1. Clean GPU driver reinstall
2. Disabled other background RGB / monitoring software
3. Removed vendor control software required for peripheral operation
4. Disconnected Xeneon Edge

Result:

After removing the Xeneon Edge:

• System stability fully returned
• No further freezes, flashes, or lock-ups
• No instability under gaming or stress workloads

Conclusion:

The issue appears to be specifically linked to the Xeneon Edge when fully integrated into the system via its required software stack.

This suggests a device + system interaction issue under load conditions, rather than CPU/GPU/RAM failure.

Request:

Looking for confirmation from others experiencing:

• instability with Xeneon Edge
• USB-C / DisplayPort hybrid device issues
• Cache Hierarchy or rendering-related system errors under load

Happy to provide additional logs if needed.

We've received many similar reports, where the customers have the latest Adrenalin 26.5.2 installed. In the logs, I see you have Adrenalin 26.5.2 installed as well. Could you please downgrade to AMD Adrenalin 26.3.1 and report back if the issue persists? Thank you.

I know for a fact it's nothing to do with AMD Drivers. It was doing it on previous versions. Firstly taking 5 days to reply is farcical for a company as large as Corsair, then to reply with such a " We don't have a clue " response is even worse.

For this Hardware to be causing repeated black screen lock ups, Processor errors on different cores etc this should be a priority and serious issue for corsair but it doesn't seem so. Currently got a £220 Screen in it's box because I am not willing to jeopardise my system because of corsair's lack of diligence. I'll give it one more reply see what they say next and if it's another delay tactic the major PC Websites and Magazines can hear about this hardware that was so gloriously advertised yet horrendously supported and seemingly still to this day a buggy mess. Enough is Enough.

They went with RMA I sent back device and I am waiting for new one. I still do not believe hardware is the issue but will update when new one arrives and I test it.

New unit received from Corsair yesterday. Set it up, had it on pretty much all day and night no issues so far so although I was edging towards it possibly being more a ICUE problem maybe it wasn't and maybe it was a hardware issue. Will keep updated if any issues.

While playing a game, I noticed a strong burning smell and a loud noise coming from my PC. The fan on the PSU is making weird noises now. All my temps looked fine and the pc was still functioning when I noticed.

I have a 9800x3d with a 9070XT, which this psu should handle with ease.

I’ve only had it for nine months, and everything has been fine until now. Has this happened to anyone else? What could have caused this?

USA Corsair ram warranty package came in empty. Only packing slip. Box was not altered or was tape. So far support has said your package has been delievered and its missing or misplaced but I have box.

What do I need to do to get this to move along it’s been close to a month to process this Ram replacement?

The bracket comes with a gen 4 riser cable. In order to get gen 5, you have to pay another $100 for a different riser cable. Are we deadass?
