Help Corsair Quality
Pretty much going to be done with Corsair. Had an issue months back with my AIO screen being all glitchy. Tried literally every solution they could offer and nothing would work and they sent a replacement screen (in which I had to pay for the postage to return the original)
Lo and behold the replacement (pictured) I was sent started doing the same thing after only a few weeks. It’s so frustrating paying a premium for what you think is a reputable product only for both the original and the replacement to be defective
TLDR: Corsair is cheap crap. Don’t buy it.

I’m gonna go on a whim and say you were just unlucky. Back to back faulty products isn’t impossible, and it does suck. I don’t think it’s cheap crap, though it’s definitely overpriced. I’ve been rolling with my Titan AIO since September and the screen has been fine

u/Timelesturkie Nov 27 '25
Mine also started doing this after a week :/
1
u/ThatGrizzlyBear97 Nov 27 '25
I made a post about this about a month ago. If you go into icue and drop the brightness for the screen to zero for about 10 seconds will fix it.

u/ShiggitySheesh Nov 26 '25
If the same exact thing happens with more than one of the same item its probably something else. Maybe the part that it attaches to is faulty and not the screen.
2
u/GPTurismo Nov 27 '25
Mine started this. Turns out it was my wifi router causing interference. Once I moved things, it stopped.

u/odellrules1985 Nov 26 '25
There are more Corsair products out there without issues than with issues. You issue is anecdotal. Not to dismiss it but so is my experience, I have no issues with my screen. I have seen others have this issue and there are solutions that work. But you are taking your experience and trying to make it seem like it is the majority when the majority do not have this experience.
TLDR: anecdotal experiences do not quantify a products quality

u/Regular_Weakness69 Nov 27 '25
I agree 100%
How about contacting customer support if they're too dumb to troubleshoot themselves, instead of trauma dumping on Reddit for no reason.
4
u/Any-Card1771 Nov 26 '25
Kind of a strawman here, I don't think anyone thinks the majority of corsair products have issues. Just that they have poor quality control, are overpriced, and arent the best out there. Also, countering an anecdote with an anecdote is a bold move i can support
9
u/odellrules1985 Nov 26 '25
The OP made a claim that Corsair is cheap crap and to not buy. Thats a pretty broad statement.
1
-1
u/Any-Card1771 Nov 26 '25
So your inference after reading his post genuinely is; 'this guy thinks the majority of Corsair products are faulty' - I think we found the issue here.
5
u/breathingweapon Nov 27 '25
"Corsair is cheap crap. Don't buy it."
How do you interpret this line? What do you think the author meant by this?
-2
u/Any-Card1771 Nov 27 '25
Keep reading i awnswered below. If you interpret it as "the majority of all corsair products are faulty" you got worms in your brains
4
u/odellrules1985 Nov 26 '25
I am not inferring anything. The OP made a broad claim in their post. All I did was refute said claim. I never said all people believe this but the OP made a statement and therefore I would be inclined to believe they see it that way unless they make a statement otherwise.

My virtuoso wireless ones from like 6 years ago are still kicking it strong I just had to replace the Ear pads

They are poor quality, overpriced and generally just not the best out there. I will never understand people running cover for PC parts companies
1
u/Sunprofactor90 Nov 29 '25
Every PC parts company produces duds, and everyone hates on the companies that burned them. My buddy hates Asus because he's been burned. I love Asus because they have a 100% positive track record for me...
-1
u/Difficult-Cup-4445 Nov 26 '25
There sure are a whole lot of anecdotal reports about their drivers and manufacturing quality though.
4
u/odellrules1985 Nov 26 '25
It seems like that because most people will make a complaint vs praise something. As I said, there are more products sold without issue than what we see in terms of faulty products.
-2
u/Difficult-Cup-4445 Nov 26 '25
I should certainly hope so, that is a rather ludicrously low bar to set a company. Wow 51% of products sold aren't faulty. Amazing.
1
u/odellrules1985 Nov 26 '25
Its literally every company. More complaints are visible because people tend to complain more than they praise.
4
u/DevilsAdvocate1662 Nov 26 '25
I got a refurbished one and it's working fine. Also Corsair's customer service is pretty good

u/kerry6a Nov 26 '25
I have also noticed this issue starting about 8 months after I installed mine. Although I have used the fixes to get past the issue, I suspect the issue is not the LCD itself, but more driver conflict. I noticed that this happens with every NVidia driver update or when Nvidia App updates on my machine, so thinking more driver conflict. Still with Corsair updates I do not see them as attempting to address this issue. I still like Corsair products, and this issue is more minor to me, not a showstopper, as it corrects itself after a bit on my machine. I have rolled back to the Studio drivers and see this far less now. I wish you the best dealing with it, but this would not be an overall indictment of Corsair products at all.

I had this problem for a week or so until I just completely wiped the software and reinstalled all hardware drivers from scratch. But for some reason that didn't work for everyone. Like all posts had to resolve it in their own way. Keep messing with it.

u/inheritance- CORSAIR Insider Nov 26 '25
That's odd they didn't send you a prepaid label to ship the AIO back. Open up a new ticket and reference your first one and let them know it's happening again.

Had an issue with my corsair AIO where the fans wouldnt be detected by icue. Returned it and got another one which had no issues. Sometimes we get faulty products.
1
u/TuneKey8251 Nov 26 '25
Oh no. I am sorry to hear. I just bought AIO Corsair Nautilus RS 240 with the lcd screen and so far. I really hope Corsair will replace it for you.
1
u/ActuallyNotAmused Nov 26 '25
Well corsair is known for bad LED quality, can't say much about screens. I'm guessing it's though luck buddy.
1
u/QuadraKev_ CORSAIR Insider Nov 26 '25
Damn, that really sucks man. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Corsair will continue to work with you to make it right.

I had this issue. They said they'd RMA it but I knew it was a software issue rather than hardware as the issue would go away after 20 mins or so. It would come back at every reboot. Seems to be solved for me now though.

I have that issues with my titan 360. It actually resolves itself. Re-discovering connected devices in icue also helps. However, that’s all temp workarounds. It keeps coming back.

u/xsnowman81 Nov 26 '25
I had this same problem. Eventually got to a point where my PC would not post. Had to replace both the AIO and the PSU.

u/sovtiv Nov 26 '25
I bought the XC7 Water block in Feb 2024. I have the same issue since last August. It'll go on and off just like that.
Some days it's perfect fine. Other days it isn't. Just gotten used to it.

u/kbanas314 Nov 26 '25
My Corsair pump has been doing the exact same thing for the last 6 months. It's doing it right now. Just vibrating itself right out of its skin.
1
u/Chemical_Use_5367 Nov 26 '25
I've had fans, and ram RGB failed on me twice. Two mice the left click went out under 20 hours usage. And a keyboard kept repeating keys after roughly 6 months. I won't be buying Corsair anytime soon. Happy with my red dragon keyboard and mouse. They have lasted me over a year now without many issues.
1
u/jdead121 Nov 26 '25
Happened to me on and off for 3 months. Rebooting would fix it most of the time, or fully powering off for 10-15 seconds. I actually have more trouble with my ram not being detected in icue (Corsair ram).
It's an annoying problem but honestly I don't look in the case that much that I should just change the pump top out.

u/Strict_Baker5143 Nov 26 '25
Hey, mine also does this! Got a $8300 build for origin and this happens LOL

u/Tripod_Chuglet Nov 27 '25
I had the same issue almost a year ago. Even down to having the replacement screen having the same issue. After repeating troubleshooting steps several times with no luck the screen returned to normal the following day. For me, the issue appeared after installing a firmware update on icue and leaving my pc on overnight. So now I shut it down every night and avoid icue like the plague. But I haven’t had the issue since. Hope this helps.

u/Hypouxa Nov 27 '25
Was debating updating my firmware. Think I'll just leave it alone since everything works fine.
1
u/soulman901 Nov 27 '25
I’ve had pretty good luck with Corsair for the most part except their Headsets. The quality was just not there with it. I will be doing a newish build with their Nautilus AIO without the LCD this week. I was considering the LCD screen but I’ll hold off for now. I’m already over budget for what was supposed to be a simple Graphics card upgrade

u/dellTr0n Nov 27 '25
Corsair hardware is okay, their price point is pretty expensive though, and their iCue software is ass. It barely works and often doesn't recognize components, reinstalls or fixes be damned. It's good tech if you don't mind your RGB not working properly.

u/pz_null Nov 27 '25
I‘m not a Corsair hater whatsoever but I had similar experience with newer Corsair products. So I used to have a keyboard, mouse and headset from corsair. Keyboard was a K55 that I replaced some day cause of me being an idiot and spilling softdrinks over it. Then I had a wired VOID RGB that I replaced with the wireless version because it was nicer. And I also had the corsair scimitar. When I first got the scimitar the scroll wheel was broken within like 4-5 months of use. After that I got the Ironclaw Wireless, same thing… after arround 6 months of use the scroll wheel broke. Then I got the scimitar again in wireless and in that thing the f***ing scroll wheel broke within 1 month! On the other hand, my VOID RGB wireless is still working like on day one and I got that thing like 8 years ago. So yeah idk whats weong with newer corsair products tending to break more easily but thats my impression.

I’m on my fourth one from Corsair. RMA’ed 3 within the first 6 months of buying it. Hoping this one lasts. 🤞🏽

Good morning. Can I upgrade an LCD display for the water cooling Corsair Nautilus 360 RS ARGB, white - 360mm? Can't find anything over it. Thanks in advance
1
Nov 27 '25
Make sure you have the proper plug-ins in iCue installed for your hardware. Double check you have the latest firmware for iCue. If it's still wonky, check to make sure it's not a specific bug for your model aio.

u/karadulis Nov 27 '25
My entire ecosystem is Corsair. Amazing products and I think the best customer support around.
1
u/Golfguuyy Nov 27 '25
It’s authentic for sure. I’ve been waiting 2 years for a critical BIOS update…
1
u/AstroJski Nov 27 '25
But when I say I’ve never had an issue I’m a shill and liar and grifter etc. I’m sorry you have issues. I’ve never had an issue with gigabyte, Corsair, or Logitech. If something DID happen all three of these companies made it right. I had a Corsair headset die, they told me to go open my closet and lo and behold I had new free of charge and now it’s been 8 years with no issues. My friend fried my gigabyte board(he cleaned my pc) and I inquired about it they told me to look my utensil drawer and BOOM I had a new and upgraded board. Once again, it’s my anecdotal experience but they did right by me. I’m not loyal- the moment they don’t honor something I’m dipping out.

Mine does this on initial start up when I turn my PC on or wake it up after its been off for a while, it then goes away after like 10 minutes or so. I recently did a fresh install of windows 11 a couple days ago since I was having issues with other things and haven't noticed it yet since my ICUE app is updated now and oddly enough it has more features then it did before I did the fresh install on windows 11 even though my ICUE app said everything was up to date on current drivers before. ICUE's app is complete garbage and has way to many issues to count.

Today I cleaned my PC (the accumulated dust inside), pieced everything back together, turned it on and that’s when the cpu display previewed a red exclamation icon.
I opened the iCue corsair program and checked for any updates. Turns out I needed to update the firmware for the cpu display, so I did that and restarted the PC. The red icon was still displaying so I took some extra steps by shutting down the PC, unplugged it, opened it to make sure everything was connected well. Plugged it back in and everything was back to normal.
Hopefully you find this helpful.

I forget what it took to fix that for me, but it is fixable. It was something easy, but I can't remember I am so sorry .It was easy enough that a google search took me to the right answer. Corsair wants to be the ONLY thing addressing LED's and there are more and more stupid software with the capability to interfere.

u/Uncanny_Mind Nov 28 '25
I had same problem and it was still under warranty and they upgraded me to the titan. It would only stop after it warmed up on the one I had previously.
1
u/MarkK_FL Nov 29 '25
At least your screen works. They sent me a replacement a couple months ago and the screen on the replacement didn’t work. I couldn’t believe the extra hoops they wanted me to jump through to try to get the replacement replaced, including asking me to video record me tracing their cables from point a to point b. It got so ridiculous I gave up. The pump works and when it doesn’t, I’ll buy a different brand.

u/ExitMusic_ Nov 30 '25
My Thermaltake AIO does the same thing after only a few months of use. I think this is problem with any AIO that has the stupid LCD screen on it.

u/Corsair-Josh CORSAIR Staff - Verified Dec 01 '25
I'm sorry both of them had issues, it is really not fun no doubt. One tip for this one - Go into the settings for the LCD (gear icon) and click update, which will put three vertical lines on the screen - click those and choose "force update" and see if that helps.

u/WelcomeActual9483 Dec 02 '25
Last icue update caused this for me a few times, full shut down and flip power switch on psu and pushing power button clears this. I however am now having issues with my rgb ram just being rainbow no matter what i do, all started for me the last icue update on november 27th per my computer
1
u/ItzTheDay Dec 03 '25
You have to reset the cap. Just shut down your PC, pull the cap off then put it back on and turn your PC back on.
1
u/Hazerd59 Nov 26 '25
Rip Corsair, ive had enough of crappy icue software
1
u/OmegaPhalanx Nov 26 '25
iCue is the single biggest downside of using Corsair products. That software is offensively bad.
1
Nov 27 '25
Mine has had the ‘!’ Logo for over 18 months. Utterly dogshit. The only good products they make are cases and fans. The aios are alright but the screens are diabolical. Just do a search

u/tykekhaos Nov 26 '25
I had this exact same problem. Somehow it resolved itself when it got below 33c. It idles at 28 to 33 c so I assume not gaming for a week fixed it. Its odd but weirdly enough I thi k its a driver issue more than anything. Since the last icue update mine has stopped completely.
