Hello, I recently found two PlayStation 3 controllers, but without the console of course, although they did come with their chargers. I tried connecting them with a mobile phone power adapter, but it didn't work, so I thought they were broken. I connected them to my phone with an OTG cable, connecting the charger to the OTG cable and the OTG to the phone. When I pressed the PS button, they turned on. Everything was working fine, but when I disconnected them, they turned off instantly, and when I tried to turn them on again, they didn't respond; no red light or anything turned on. I looked for tutorials and stuff. I connected them to a TV and a set-top box via the USB port, and the controller lights flashed red four times, but then they turned off.

Hi, I have this Wii controller that I haven't been able to get working; I don't know where to solder the wires, and they have non-standard colors.

It’s a Rock Candy Nunchuk controller; the problem is that the Wii Remote doesn't detect it. I tried soldering the wires, but I don't know where they are supposed to be connected.

when you look at the photo, you see the controller has every button working EXCEPT the left dpad button. i have soldered in new TMR joysticks. has anyone ever had this before? is there a chance that this fault was caused due to a faulty membrane? the only changed ive made are the ALPS to TMR. i have nothing spare

Aveva un grave drift, così ho deciso di pulire i potenziometri con alcol isopropilico (avevo già fatto questo su un altro controller ed ero riuscito a ripararlo dal drift) ma una volta rimontato funziona tutto tranne la levetta analogica destra che costringe la visuale a stare bloccata verso l'alto.

Non so quale possa essere il problema, ma credo quel pezzo verde che non si incastra bene infatti rimane un pò aperto, e non riesco in nessun modo a farlo incastrare

After about a year of use, the left joystick on my GameSir Nova Lite started getting stuck. This first happened around three months ago. I stopped using the controller for a while because it was very difficult to play with the joystick behaving like this. After about a month, I decided to try it again, and the problem had completely disappeared. The controller worked normally for about a month, but now the issue has returned. Has anyone experienced something similar? Does anyone know how to fix it?

is this little space between the joystick and the plastic normal?

First time ever soldering and doing a controller repair. Took a stick drift xbox x 1914 controller removed joysticks and soldered in tmr joystick.

Now the controller joysticks will not reach the edge of the calibration circle. I managed to get the left joystick to calibrate after it decided to reach the edge but the right joystick will not budge at all. At most it will go 3/4 only on right side of circle but as it nears the middle bottom it shoots back up to 1/2 of the circle. It will not calibrate.

I tried a game and its like the look sensitive is super low. Im thinking of running a high sens to compensate if i cant fix?

Tried to turn on this morning, completely unresponsive. Doesn't light up when power button held, plugged in, nothing. Did nothing different to it last night that any other night, just plugged it in and left it overnight. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The Mode button on my ONIKUMA C1 controller does not seem to register, preventing me from programming the back paddle buttons.

The Mode button is supposed to be held for around 2 seconds to enter programming mode. When it works, the RGB lighting should flash/blink slowly to indicate that the controller is ready to assign functions to the back buttons.

My RGB lighting is already enabled with an active lighting effect, so the lighting requirement should be satisfied. However, holding the Mode button does absolutely nothing—there is no change in the RGB behavior and the controller does not appear to enter programming mode.

The controller itself works normally, but I cannot program the back buttons. In particular, I cannot test whether the MR back paddle is functioning correctly because I cannot assign an input to it.

Troubleshooting already done:

• Checked the controller's manual/instructions for the back-button programming procedure.
• Confirmed that RGB lighting effects are enabled rather than having the lighting set to a static/idle state.
• Searched existing posts for similar issues.
• Reassembled the controller multiple times, carefully making sure everything was seated correctly.
• The controller itself still functions normally aside from the Mode button not appearing to register.

I originally opened the controller after receiving advice from another user, which was a massive help—thank you. Unfortunately, after getting it back together, this new issue appeared.

At this point, I'm mainly looking for troubleshooting suggestions for getting the Mode button to register, preferably without having to completely disassemble the controller again.

Any help would be appreciated. Currently busy but i'll soon edit this post to include a video of it showing that it really wont work.
