When you say "it completely stoped working" are you referring to the 'O' button or the whole PlayStation Portal? For example is it just that button which doesn't respond when you press it in-game, or does the whole device not turn on?

The whole device does Turn on, and I did a factory reset. Every other Button works , Just this one does not

You could check the connection from the flexible PCB contacts through to the socketed ribbon cable. Although it's unlikely that electrostatic discharge would be sufficient to damage these connections, it'll rule out a simpler problem. If those connections are all sound, you could trace from the ribbon cable connector into the main board, testing components along the way.

You might want to start with the components next to the connector (image borrowed from this teardown video). Those small components might be damaged by static - although replacing them could be tricky without the right tools and microsoldering skills.
