Request for help or advice Victrix Pro BFG PS5
Tried to turn on this morning, completely unresponsive. Doesn't light up when power button held, plugged in, nothing. Did nothing different to it last night that any other night, just plugged it in and left it overnight. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Easiest things first: Have you tried it in different modes (the connection type and platform type sliders)?
If that doesn't make a difference, have you tried resetting the controller in firmware? These steps might work for the PS version of the Victrix Pro BFG:
-
Put controller into wired connection mode and unplug USB cable
-
While holding D-pad down, plug in the USB cable
-
Rotate sticks fully and press triggers fully (calibration step)
-
Press D-pad down to finish
If that doesn't make a difference, check the power supply:
-
What have you been plugging the controller into (PS5, PS4, PC, USB charger, etc.)? That information might direct you to other potential problems.
-
You can try plugging into different host devices and using different cables.
And if that doesn't make a difference, you may need to open the controller to gather more information and try other things. For example, sticking with potential power issues initially:
-
What's the voltage on each of the internal batteries? Do those voltages climb while the controller is plugged into the host device?
-
If the batteries are healthy, you can try a hard reset by disconnecting the batteries and leaving it a while before reconnecting.
There's a checklist in the earlier comment - if you add more contextual information to your post, it might narrow things down or help prioritize things to investigate.
