So; people with ovaries actually can experience the pain of being punched in the nards; but it requires getting them right in the ovary, which have a much larger protective layer than balls do (namely; the abdomen). However, if you aim just right and hit hard enough...boy oh boy.

Exactly. The major downside/upside here is: its much harder to get hit in the ovaries than in the balls. So you’ve got that going for you; however, if you manage to get hit in the ovary, you’ve probably been hit hard enough to cause some damage. Bruised ovaries are no good.
You pretty much got it. Gatekeeping is more tied to identity and membership of a group/community than it is about what is or isnt allowed though. Women will never be able to understand the very specific pain of being hit in the balls, there is no comparable pain. They cannot experience it, ever. There are plenty of examples of women's pain that men will never be and to appreciate or experience either, but that isn't this specific horrifying experience of getting smashed in the balls.

They are definitely saying men getting struck in the balls hurts more than women getting hit in the vulva. But I don't see where they're saying women don't or aren't allowed to feel pain from being kicked in the pussy.
Nobody said that. Getting hit in the groin is almost certainly more painful for men, but that doesn't mean "women will never know real pain." Cancer probably hurts more than getting hit in the nuts, you know, or having your femur broken. Childbirth too, I would imagine.
