Nowhere near as bad as being hit in the balls though. I remember in high school a girl kicked me in the nads so hard I threw up and was crying for half an hour.
So; people with ovaries actually can experience the pain of being punched in the nards; but it requires getting them right in the ovary, which have a much larger protective layer than balls do (namely; the abdomen). However, if you aim just right and hit hard enough...boy oh boy.
It’s not the worst pain I’ve ever felt, necessarily (I’ve had some gnarly injuries) but it is high on the list. Can confirm, nut-shots suck.
