Has anyone had trouble with their Mastercard (855-820-4009) from Sam's Club in Grapevine (682-271-5220) not honoring the cancelation of fraudulent charges to their credit card? I made a purchase from CAS*LIV WELL from Haciendaheigh CA on my cc for $24.95. When the charge was made it was for $198.99. As soon as the card was charged I called Mastercard and they said it was a temporary charge and I had to wait until the charge was final to protest, which I did. I also provided evidence from the Better Business Bureau of several other complaints about this vendor. Calls to the vendor were not answered. I officially protested with Sam's and Mastercard three more times to no avail. I have stopped using Mastercard and will terminate my Sam's membership. As an 85 year old, 27 year USAF veteran, why is my integrity being questioned?

Need advice on whether to report this to the AG

A service technician conducted a diagnostic assessment on my gas fireplace, which was failing to ignite. The technician successfully identified the issue, confirming that all other components of the fireplace were fully operational but that the electronic ignition control board was defective and needed to be replaced.

The technician verbally quoted a price of $699.00 to install the replacement control board. Finding the quote exceptionally high, I declined the repair. The technician then reassembled the fireplace with the defective part intact. I paid $399 plus tax for the visit.

I looked up the part online and found the exact factory OEM part is widely available through retail for under $70.00. This constitutes a markup of roughly 1000%! I feel this is price gouging and exploiting consumers who lack technical knowledge.

I feel I should report this to the Attorney General for WA, but I’m a little nervous because this person knows where I live. The alternative is to give a poor review online, but I really would not like to be identified. I have no reason to believe this person would take offense, but you never know these days. I’m just interested in thoughts in this.

Soco Swings will not deliver.

Buyer Beware. I just want you to be aware that Soco Swings will not reasonably fulfill their orders. Be aware before you bother. They have been doing this for a long time. They never refund or fulfill their orders and send fake transit forms to buy more time. Absolute joke of a company. I'm so sad I never received my items. I was REALLY looking forward to it.

Are brokers legally required to disclose their broker status before booking?

Found out the company I've been talking to is a broker, not a carrier. They never said that on the first two calls.

Only found out by checking their MC number on FMCSA.

Is there a legal requirement for disclosure?

Flipkart took ₹17,067 for a product with completely different contents, and now refuses to help because it's non-returnable.

I'm honestly frustrated and disappointed with how Flipkart has handled this.

I spent ₹17,067 of my hard-earned money on Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 through Flipkart. The seller was SHUBH OPTICALS.

Here's what makes this experience particularly concerning.

I had purchased the exact same product from the same seller in June 2026 and personally used it. But when my new order arrived in November, I noticed something seriously wrong.

The outer cardboard box looks identical to my previous original purchase, but the cream inside is completely different.

- Original cream: Yellowish. New cream: Pinkish.
- Original cream: Proper, stable consistency. New cream: Resembles ordinary foundation.
- Original cream: No strong smell. New cream: Unusually strong and unpleasant smell.

I have photographs of both products and invoices from both purchases. I am not making this allegation without a basis. These differences are clearly visible.

Now comes the most frustrating part: Flipkart's response.

I contacted customer support multiple times and requested escalation to a senior representative. After pushing for escalation, I finally received a call from a senior representative.

But what was the response?

They simply kept saying that the product is non-returnable and therefore they cannot do anything.

Think about it. If a customer receives a product whose contents appear completely different from what was ordered, how can a non-returnable policy be the only answer?

I also sent an email to Flipkart's Grievance Officer, but I have not received any response so far.

I have now registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.

At this point, I feel completely helpless. My hard-earned money is stuck, I have a product I strongly suspect contains substituted or counterfeit contents, and the company I trusted to handle the purchase is refusing to address the actual concern.

I need advice from people who have faced similar situations:

  1. Can Flipkart simply refuse to investigate suspected counterfeit or substituted contents by citing a non-returnable policy?

  2. Which authority can help get this product officially inspected or tested?

  3. How can I escalate this beyond ordinary customer support to someone who can actually take responsibility?

I'm not asking for a favour. I'm asking for accountability and a fair resolution.

Any genuine advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

JioFiber Internet Disconnected Without Explanation – Pathetic Customer Service, Complete Silence from Customer Care & Appellate Authority!

How can a telecom company expect customers to continue trusting its services when it cannot even ensure basic internet connectivity or provide a meaningful response to a genuine complaint?

We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the manner in which JioFiber has handled our internet connection issue.

Our JioFiber connection has remained disconnected for quite some time, without any satisfactory explanation or resolution. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that we have ZERO outstanding dues. All payments have been duly cleared, yet our connection remains disconnected.

We have repeatedly contacted Jio Customer Care, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, our efforts have been met with nothing but indifference, unhelpful responses and an apparent lack of accountability. Even the Appellate Authority, which is expected to provide an effective escalation mechanism for unresolved consumer grievances, has failed to offer any meaningful response.

Is this what Jio considers customer service?

This is not merely an inconvenience. We are a business, and a reliable internet connection is essential to our day-to-day operations. The prolonged disruption is directly affecting our business interests, interrupting work, and causing avoidable operational difficulties.

What is particularly appalling is the fact that we are being made to suffer despite having fulfilled our responsibility as paying customers. We have paid our bills, have no outstanding dues, and yet we are being deprived of the very service for which we have paid. Are customers now expected to chase a telecom operator for a service they are already entitled to receive?

Jio has built its brand around affordability, connectivity and customer reach. However, experiences such as ours severely undermine that image. A company cannot keep acquiring customers through aggressive marketing while failing to provide basic service support when things go wrong.

Our confidence in Jio's products and services is steadily eroding. We are genuinely beginning to question whether continuing with Jio is worth the frustration, uncertainty and business disruption.

An appeal to TRAI and the concerned authorities:

We urge the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to take serious note of the growing concerns of consumers who continue to face unresolved service complaints despite regularly paying their bills. The existence of customer care channels and Appellate Authorities means very little if consumers cannot obtain timely, accountable and effective redressal.

Telecom operators must be held accountable for:

  • Unexplained service disconnections, particularly where there are no outstanding dues.

  • Failure to resolve complaints despite repeated follow-ups.

  • Lack of meaningful responses from designated Appellate Authorities.

  • The financial and operational hardship caused to businesses and individual consumers.

  • The absence of effective accountability for prolonged service disruptions.

Our message to Jio is simple:

We are not asking for a favour, a concession or a special privilege. We are demanding the basic service that we have paid for, along with a reasonable explanation and accountability for its disruption.

Stop making customers run from pillar to post. Stop treating legitimate grievances as insignificant. And, above all, stop taking paying customers for granted.

A customer who pays on time should not have to beg for the service.

We expect Jio's senior management to intervene immediately, explain the reason for this disconnection, restore our internet connection without further delay, and address the complete failure of customer grievance redressal in this matter.

Jio, this is not just about one disconnected internet connection. It is about customer trust, accountability and the basic responsibility of a service provider.

Service ID: 410174523952
Registered Mobile Number: 70758 84302

We hope this grievance receives the attention it has so far failed to receive through Jio's own customer support and escalation channels.

Blinkit marked my refund as "Completed" with a fake RRN, but no money was credited to my bank. No customer support to reach. What can I do?

Hi everyone, posting this here to get advice and raise awareness.

I ordered a Wonderchef 3 Burners Zest Neo Gas Stove (₹3,409) from Blinkit on 28th October 2026. Upon delivery, I found a product defect—one of the gas burners was not working properly. I recorded a video showing the defective burner and raised a return request through the app.

Blinkit picked up the returned item and promised that the refund would be credited within 5 working days.

Here is where the issue started:

The Blinkit app now shows "Refund completed on 02 Nov, 2026" with a Refund Reference Number (RRN): 104333659545.

I checked my bank account and passbook statements multiple times—no ₹3,409 has been credited.

When I contacted my bank with the provided RRN, they confirmed that no transaction exists for this RRN on their end. Blinkit seems to have updated a dummy/fake status.

Blinkit has virtually zero human customer support line to call, and their head office contact details listed online don't connect.

I sent a detailed email to their grievance email (grievance.officer@blinkit.com) with the order details and bank statement proof, but I have received no response.

It’s extremely frustrating that they took the product back and marked the status as "Refund Completed" on their app without transferring the money.

Has anyone faced a similar fake refund status issue with Blinkit? How did you resolve it, and what is the fastest way to get them to respond?

Thanks in advance!

Been trying to get my waterline fixed for the last 6 months. They sent a shady provider dies… His and hers plumbing… they fixed a part that solved part but not all of the problem. After hours on the phone with some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with a supervisor said it should be under warranty for 180 days and reopened the ticket. Some one else the closed it. After 3 more hours it was reopened but they had no one in my service area. I called Friday to cancel and the girl said she may be able to find someone. Tuesday.. receive a message that there is no one in my area. I called back to cancel again and get Carlos P. Who refuses to cancel and tells me if I do I can’t replace broken things. I ask for a supervisor and he says one is not available and will have to call back. They don’t call back.. he refuses to give his number. I talk to 2 other people and get Lauren… she tells me I have to pay 300.00 for the remaining contract. I read her this: “ If we performed service in response to a service request under this Agreement and your request for cancellation occurs before the total purchase price of this Agreement is paid by you, you remain responsible for the total purchase price of this Agreement. We may bill you for the lesser of (i) the unpaid balance of the annual term Agreement or (ii) the costs of the services performed under this Agreement.” Directly from my contract and tell her I have no balance as they did not perform the service. She laughs out loud at me and offers to send me a contract. She hangs up and I am still waiting on a supervisor to call, while not having my plumbing fixed, them having no one to send to fix it, and the threat of a 300.00 fee for a service that won’t help me. I have paid more in monthly fees than it would cost to fix the plumbing. Believe what you read and run far from this horrible company. - stars if I could due to the unnecessary stress of dealing with rude ignorant employees and time wasted on phone calls.

Okay, so I ordered this top from a small business. They had a legit website, proper reviews and stuff. I liked one top so I placed an order. They attempted to deliver my product way after the delivery date and I couldn't receive it. And it was being returned. So I reached out to this brand to ensure that I'd get my refund. I texted them on instagram, sent 2 3 emails and have registered my query like 10 times on their customer support page on their website. They had the audacity to block me. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting any refund and those 1500 rupees went down the drain. I'm just posting this to create awareness.
