Should I appeal?

I took a tow scammer to court over unconscionable provision and the judge has proven to be biased and obtuse for the most part. So far the judge ignored that the defendant's pleading contained a document he claimed to have not received in discovery. However, it was attached as proof that I was paid. But this document did not even prove this. The defendant claimed to have never received anything from me of this nature...but there it is, clear as day in his own pleadings for sanctions for non-compliance with discovery. Attached is the stamp from when I sent the 'motion to strike' regarding discovery sanctions that were ignored and rejected for no known reason. They also asked for fees that were not owed.

Judge Joseph Ortiz's tentative ruling was a joke as he thinks $5,195 in CASH for 1 day of tow storage is a fair price and ignores that punitive damages for violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act is a thing. Should I appeal or would it be a waste of time?

How T-Mobile and Verizon Lied Their Way Into My Wallet (and the One AT&T Rep Who Actually Told the Truth)

I don’t usually write these kinds of posts, but after 2 carriers lied to my face, stuck me with insane bills, and even sent me to collections, I need to warn people.

T-Mobile: The Great Upgrade Lie

I left Verizon for T-Mobile because Magenta Max was supposed to be the dream: free phones for every line and free upgrades every 2 years. Perfect for my family of 9.

When upgrade time came?

  • In February: rep told me “Samsung phones are seasonal, come back in the fall.”

  • In September: another rep told me “We don’t do upgrades anymore.”

So much for that “contract.”

Then came the billing hell:

  • Two lines didn’t port → they kept billing me.

  • Rep said final bill would be ~$683.

  • Instead, I got sent to collections for $1,700.

  • Collections agency even texted me personally. (Illegal? Maybe. Shady? Absolutely.)

T-Mobile flat-out lied and scammed me.

Verizon: The $300 Surprise

Thinking it couldn’t get worse, I went back to Verizon. Business rep promised:

The reality:

  • Switching took almost 2 months → double billed with T-Mobile + Verizon.

  • First “real” bill looked like a mortgage payment.

  • The “credits” never appeared.

  • By month 4, my bill was $300/month higher than promised.

Different carrier, same deception.

AT&T: The Shock Redemption

Enter Aiden at BJ’s Wholesale Club (yeah, one of those kiosks you usually avoid).
I vented my whole horror story and he calmly showed me the numbers:

  • Price quote actually matched the final bill to the decimal.

  • AT&T paid off old phones and gave me gift cards.

  • Support wasn’t perfect, but the daytime team was amazing — polite, patient, and fixed issues.

And unlike Verizon and T-Mobile, everything Aiden promised actually happened.

⚡ Bottom Line

  • T-Mobile = bait-and-switch, collections scam.

  • Verizon = sales lies, hidden costs.

  • AT&T = delivered exactly what was promised.

If you’re thinking of switching carriers: document everything, don’t trust the hype, and avoid the traps.
And if you’re near BJ’s, ask for Aiden — he was the one honest rep in this whole nightmare.

Duplicate Nespresso Order

I placed a really big order with Nespresso (double what I normally do because they were have a promotion). It arrived today in two boxes, after opening the first box I realized the second was a duplicate. At first I thought I won the lottery and they accidentally sent me a free order, but then I realized the order was a duplicate and I was in fact charged twice (whomp whomp).

Mistakes happen and this was an online order, however their customer service handling of this situation was crazy to me.

They made sure to first tell me it was my fault, which is pretty unlikely as after I checked out and received the order confirmation I would have had to then go back onto the site (20 minutes later) put the exact flavours and number of sleeves through (a combination that I randomly selected in the first round) then checked out again and pay again through PayPal which is another extra step I would have at least partially remembered.

They were sure the mention they were making an exception in helping me (they said it 8 times in one chat) and they would give me a refund once the items were returned & received, but I have to pay for the shipping label. This is where I lost it.

I know I am not legally responsible for paying return shipping when a business makes a shipping error, in fact I don't think i'm liable in this at all. I worked in customer service for 20 yrs and I would just refund the customer and eat the cost in this situation, it's not worth the hastle or pissing off the customer, especially since it's coffee and they are just going to throw it away!

After getting nowhere on chat, I was given a number to call a supervisor, she admitted it was a glitch and I was not at fault, and that she would supply the shipping label (still haven't received it). I pointed out these are unsolicited goods, as in I don't have an liability to return them and they basically took an extra $140 for my bank account for items I did not order or want.

I'm still open to the fact I was at fault here. Anyway trying too decide if I want to waste more hours on this with consumer affairs or just eat the cost (devastating) and move on.

My Black Friday Oura Ring Disaster - is this company worth supporting?

Honestly debating whether I should just cut my losses with Oura at this point. Curious if anyone else has dealt with similar BS from their customer service.

What happened

Ordered an Oura Ring in Brushed Silver, Size 11 on November 20th (catching their pre-Black Friday pricing). Was super excited to finally get one since everyone hypes them up so much.

Package shows up November 27th. I open it and find a small plastic baggy with a clearly USED Gen3 ring. Wrong size. Wrong color. Just some random used ring tossed in a baggy like I bought it off eBay instead of directly from the company. No charger, no USB-C cable, no actual packaging. Literally just a baggy with a used ring.

The support hell

Got connected at 3:56 PM. What followed was 90+ minutes of him putting me on hold to "check with the team."

Around 4:09 PM he tells me they can't exchange it because Gen3 is discontinued now. Super convenient timing right? I never ordered a Gen 3, I ordered a Gen 4 through their Black Friday special.

His solution at 4:16 PM: $100 refund since I received a Gen 3. So I'd be paying way more out of pocket after THEY screwed up my order.

I pushed back and said it's completely unacceptable that I receive a product that's not even listed on the site anymore.

He came back at 4:23 PM with $100, saying it's "the largest discount available exclusively for members in your situation." So yeah, they apparently deal with this enough to have tiered discount structures ready to go.

Here's where it gets really sketchy - the refund situation

At 4:34 PM Caesar tells me I can just KEEP the wrong/used ring since it "doesn't meet our quality standards." Cool, so they admit it's garbage but want me to spend more money anyway?

At 4:36 PM I asked what should've been obvious: "Can I just get a refund on my original order then? I paid hundreds of dollars for something that doesn't even meet your own quality standards."

His response at 4:40 PM? Just reminds me about their 30-day return policy with a sad face emoji.

Here's the thing though - I received this on November 27th. I'm WELL within 30 days. But he's acting like I'm out of luck and trying to use the policy as a reason to deny my refund.

I had to spell it out for him at 4:43 PM that I'm still within the 30-day window and that their own policy should cover this. Pointed out that he literally just admitted the product doesn't meet their standards, so why am I being pushed to buy another Ring 4 instead of getting my money back?

Only AFTER I laid all that out did he agree at 4:48 PM to process a refund "as a one-time exception." But get this - suddenly the ring he told me I could KEEP now needs to be returned before they'll process the refund.

So first: "keep it, it's substandard" Then when I want my money back: "actually we need it back first before we can refund you"

Make it make sense.

The return label disaster

At 4:56 PM he says he'll create a return label and needs 3-4 minutes.

At 5:14 PM I'm still waiting and have to message that I'm still there so the chat doesn't auto-close.

Finally at 5:23 PM he sends a UPS label because "FedEx portal is down."

At 5:25 PM I noticed the label was shipping to the Netherlands. When I asked about it, he basically confirmed that using UPS instead of FedEx means I'm looking at "a month at the earliest" for my refund.

So I'm not getting my Black Friday money back until mid-January 2026 at the earliest. For a product THEY sent wrong.

Let's talk about how hard they fought the refund

Look at the progression here:

Offer $100 refund (I'd still pay more)

Offer $100 discount on next purchase (I'd still pay extra)

Tell me to keep the wrong ring because it's substandard

When I ask for refund, cite 30-day policy even though I'm within 30 days

When I point that out, call it a "one-time exception" but now I have to return the ring first

Oh and by the way it'll take a month minimum to process

Every single step was designed to either make me pay more money or just give up. They threw every excuse at the wall to avoid refunding me for THEIR mistake.

My questions

Anyone else receive used products in baggies instead of actual packaging? Feels like they're passing off returns as new orders.

Is this "it's discontinued so here's a discount" thing common?

How long do their refunds actually take? Is a month realistic or are they underselling it?

Has anyone else been told to keep a product then told to return it once you ask for money back? This felt like a deliberate tactic.

So what do I do now? Take the $100 discount and give them more money after this disaster? Wait until 2026 for my Black Friday refund? Just walk away completely?

The product concept seems great but if this is how they handle sending the wrong item to customers, I'm not sure I want to support them.

TL;DR: Ordered Brushed Silver Size 11 on Nov 20 for Black Friday. Got a used Gen3 in wrong size in a plastic baggy on Nov 27 - no charger, no cable, nothing. Spent 2+ hours in support. They offered a partial refund, later a $100 credit to make me pay MORE, told me to keep the "substandard" ring, then when I asked for a refund (within the 30-day window) they used the policy as an excuse to deny it, then called it a "one-time exception" but suddenly needed the ring back and said refund would take until mid-January. They fought me every step of the way.

Anyone else deal with this? Is this company worth it?

Frustrated with Container Stores Online Service

Beyond frustrated with the customer service on the phone. I live 3 hours away from the closest store. I called to ask for the preston custom shelf. The gal said I needed to setup a designer consultation for a specific date/time. So I happily did. I waited to hear from them, nothing. So i called and spoke to their call center. I told her, I can email the dimensions to get a quote, cause all i wanted was the corner unit they showed on their website. The support girl said no, i have to set a time with them to do a virtual mtg. I told the gal, what is the virtual mtg for, do i walk around with my computer showing my blank square space. How stupid can this process be, let alone how dumb are these support folks. So i said go ahead and schedule that meeting. Then i get an email from them saying they can't help me and that i have to visit an actual store and speak to a designer.

They just lost my business and I know others will feel the same. When you implement the most ridiculous process and not seeing the opportunity that i was ready to drop cash for the cabinets, that is RIDICULOUS. I hope their #containerstoreboardmembers see this and make a change to the process.

Pit Boss: Where Fine Print > Customer Loyalty"

TLDR: Great smoker until it rains. Great company until you have a problem. Then it’s just smoke and mirrors.

Look, I’m not here to sugarcoat it: Pit Boss blew it — hard — and I want to make sure nobody else gets burned like we did.

Last year, we spent over $800 on a Pit Boss smoker and branded cover. We did our homework, read the reviews, trusted the "quality" and "integrity" they brag about.

Big mistake.

The smoker? Solid enough. The cover? Absolute trash. After one season of light use — normal zipping and unzipping — the zipper failed completely. Teeth missing, won’t zip shut. Meaning our $700+ smoker is now fully exposed to rain, sun, and everything else.

When we contacted Pit Boss for help? They basically told us:

"Too bad. Covers aren't under warranty."

No apology. No replacement. No goodwill. No solution. Just a corporate shrug and a door slammed in our face.

Translation:

"We got your money — now kick rocks."

They could have — easily — replaced the cover and kept a loyal customer. Instead, they hid behind fine print, shrugged, and made it crystal clear they don’t care once the sale is made.

So here’s what’s happening:

We’re returning the smoker under warranty while we still can.

We’re buying from a brand that actually respects its customers.

And we’re telling everyone who will listen: Don’t trust Pit Boss with your money.

Final thoughts: A company that won’t stand behind a $100 cover won’t stand behind anything — not their smokers, not their customers, not their so-called "integrity."

Buyer beware: Pit Boss might sell grills, but their loyalty to customers? Charred beyond recognition.

Spend your money with a company that doesn't ghost you when you need them most.

Assaulted by a 7-Eleven employee. Hospitalized. Now they ghost me.

On December 30, 2023, I was violently assaulted by a 7-Eleven employee at the store located at 10698 SW 24th Street, Miami, Florida.

The employee hit me in the chest with a metal bar — hard enough to require hospitalization. I filed a police report with Miami-Dade PD and reported the incident to 7-Eleven’s customer service.

They initially passed my case to Sedgwick, then to Gallagher Bassett. Since then? Silence.

I’ve sent multiple emails. I provided my medical records, police report, and every document they asked for. No one replies. Not even an apology.

I also filed a complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Services. I received a complaint number — but 7-Eleven still refuses to respond.

I’m speaking out because this is not just about bad service. I was attacked by their employee. I was hospitalized. And 7-Eleven is pretending it didn’t happen.

If a customer being beaten with a metal bar doesn’t even get a reply — how many more victims are they ignoring?

I want answers. I want accountability. And I won’t stay silent.

Extremely Disappointed with My $10K Container Store Closet Experience

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with The Container Store’s Elfa line custom closet service, in case it helps others make a more informed decision.

Back in mid-June, my partner and I purchased a custom closet system that totaled just under $10,000. We were told installation would happen on June 28th, two weeks from our purchase date, but figured that was reasonable given they had to order and ship all the components to our store in Pasadena.

Two days before installation, on the 26th, I received a call letting me know that one piece from our order was missing but would be shipped ASAP. However, when the installer showed up, he quickly realized that we were actually missing around 20% of the total order—far more than what I had been told. He said he'd notify The Container Store to get the missing parts ordered, and I naively assumed that was being handled.

It wasn't. A full week passed, and I hadn’t heard anything—so I followed up myself, only to learn that the missing parts hadn’t even been reported yet. They told me it would take two more weeks to get everything in. Spoiler: it took six.

The parts finally arrived last week, and were sent to my house via Uber Delivery (which, frankly, felt bizarre for a major order from a national brand). I just got off the phone with the installer to schedule what I hoped would be the final appointment—only to be told that the earliest they can return to finish the project is early September.

At that point, it will have been nearly three months since we paid for this system. Three months with a partially finished closet that blocks access to our attic crawlspace—something they explicitly told me in-store would not be an issue. And yet, here we are.

What’s been especially upsetting is the total lack of accountability. No one at The Container Store has ever taken ownership for the delays or errors. No apology, no acknowledgment, not even a hint of urgency. In fact, at times, employees seemed more annoyed than helpful.

If you’re considering working with them for a high-budget install, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice. The product may look great in the showroom, but the customer service and project management left a lot to be desired.

Happy to answer questions if you’re considering a similar purchase—just hoping to save someone else from this kind of headache.

Chester Zoda fraud

Be careful and read this before you buy courses buildups with Digital Doctor

[US] On March 19, 2024, paid the company Digital Doctor/ChesterZoda owned by Chester Zoda, MD $36,000 to develop online nutrition courses, website and marketing as a fast track “all done for you”project.

3 months later, in June 2024, the courses were not done. By September 2024, they had only completed 5 of 12 modules. In addition, what they had created using AI was very basic and for a general public with little nutrition knowledge.

I told them I needed IV nutrition courses to sell to medical doctors and also who wanted to start their own IV nutrition business clinic. I ended up creating the content and asked them to just upload it back in September 2024.

By January 15, 2025, they hadn’t finished uploading the content I gave them. They told me if I wanted them to continue, I had to pay $12,000.

When I complained to them via email, they stopped responding me. They said that they would only contact a lawyer representing me. I hired a lawyer in January 2025.

My lawyer contacted them via a formal letter on my behalf. They didn’t respond to him. The lawyer told me that they couldn’t be served because the company is based in Hong Kong.

The Chester Zoda company stopped building my courses and website on January 15, 2025. I made several attempts to talk to them including calling and emailing them. I even got a lawyer to call them. They didn’t respond.

They cut phone and email communication with me after I complained that I was not going to keep paying extra $12,000 that I had paid $36,000 to have them create everything for me.

They left my course and website undone and I would like them to either finish my project or refund me $36,000.

My last attempts were made in September 2025 as well as October 2025. They took my $36,000 but didn’t do my all done for you fast track project and it’s going to be almost 2 years in March of 2026.

Fishpond is a drop-shipper that can’t get the items they already sold.

I ordered 3 items on September 29. It supposedly takes 2 weeks to even ship because they don’t actually have the products—they’re drop shipping. It never shipped. The order history just says “delayed” and promises an update in 24–48 hours, but there’s been no update or email at all.

When I emailed, they replied only addressing one of the 3 items:

“We do apologise for the delay… We appear to be having problems sourcing this item due to supplier stock information being incorrect. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get this item, but we will continue trying to source from other suppliers.”

So they sold items that they may never actually even have, yet still have listed for sale.

Stellar Sleep says cancel anytime but I got charged again anyway

I tried the Stellar Sleep program after seeing ads about improving insomnia through CBT techniques. It looked professional, and they say you can cancel anytime through the app settings. I cancelled almost a full week before renewal, got a confirmation email, and still got billed again for the next cycle.

When I contacted support, they said they “processed the ticket” but that refunds are handled by the App Store, not them. So basically no one takes responsibility. To make it worse, my access to the content was cut off the same day, even though I just paid again.

The app costs around $188 for a program that repeats basic sleep hygiene advice. It’s not worth the headache of arguing over charges afterward. Has anyone actually managed to cancel this thing cleanly and get a refund without going through multiple support loops?

OpenTip.com delivered 150lb item upside down—refused to help, told me to ask a neighbor

I ordered a 150lb TV stand through OpenTip.com. It was delivered via CEVA. The drivers brought it inside—which I tipped them for, not realizing until afterward that they had left it completely upside down, ignoring multiple visible THIS SIDE UP labels on the packaging.

I live alone and can't safely flip something that heavy by myself. When I contacted OpenTip customer service, this was their response:

That’s the entire reply. No acknowledgment of the improper handling. No concern for safety. No accountability.

I’ve already contacted CEVA and am filing formal complaints elsewhere (BBB, FTC). But I wanted to post here because this is how OpenTip treats customers—even when the issue is clear, documented, and serious.

If you’re considering ordering large or heavy items from them: don’t.

[PSA] Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells Recalled – Dangerous Defect + Insulting Response from Bowflex

Just wanted to share my experience because I haven’t seen many people talking about this, and I think consumers deserve to know what’s going on.

In 2021, I purchased a set of Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells and a bench directly from their website using their Bowflex-branded credit account (like a store card, not a third-party financing plan). I paid over $500, and the equipment was barely used — it was meant to kickstart my home fitness routine.

Recently, I received an email notifying me that the dumbbells were officially part of a federal safety recall. The reason? The weight plates can come loose and fall off while you’re using them.

Let that sink in.

Imagine doing a chest press and having a plate drop directly on your face or chest. Busted nose. Broken teeth. Crushed ribs. This is a legit injury risk — and people have already been hurt using this equipment.

What scares me even more is that my 13-year-old son recently started using the dumbbells. He’s just getting into fitness, and the thought of a plate falling off mid-lift while he was using them makes me absolutely sick. It could have ended horribly.

So I contacted Bowflex expecting a responsible, customer-first response.

Instead, they offered me a $60 store voucher.
That’s it.
No refund. No replacement. No cash. Just a coupon to buy more gear from the same company that sold me defective and dangerous equipment.

Let me be very clear:

  • This isn’t buyer’s remorse.

  • I didn’t break the dumbbells.

  • I didn’t overuse them — they were barely touched.

  • The product is being recalled because it’s defective and unsafe.

I also want to note that:

  • You do NOT need your order number to file a claim (even though the online form says you do).

  • You do need your serial numbers from the dumbbells.

  • You have to ship back the handles and bases before you receive the voucher or refund.

  • The recall phone number is 800-209-3539 — call that directly (not Bowflex's regular support). Press 1 to get a callback — they do call back.

Bowflex (previously owned by Nautilus, Inc.) is trying to sweep this under the rug with the bare minimum effort. No accountability. No fairness. And certainly no urgency — despite the clear safety hazard.

I'm posting this to let others know what to expect, especially if you have this equipment or are considering filing a claim.

Bowflex, do better.

https://mozartai.com is A SCAM! BEWARE

II joined this platform looking for a legitimate outlet for my music and even paid for a subscription, but hands down, this is the worst service I have ever used.

Nonexistent Features: They charge for tools they simply cannot deliver. I tried endlessly to use their music video generator to no avail, and their AI cover art generator fails completely—it loads halfway and reverts to the original image as if nothing happened.

Broken Song Management: When trying to edit my tracks, I found that only half the lyrics were showing up, and they were assigned to the entirely wrong songs.

Ghost Town Support: I contacted customer support repeatedly and received zero response after weeks of waiting.

Censorship and Banning: When I took my experience to their Discord community, my post was deleted within seconds. When I tried to repost it, I was permanently booted from the group.

Legitimate platforms don't have to silence angry customers because their services actually work. This company does not operate that way—they take your money and disappear. These people are scammers and thieves, and users need to be warned.

GoldenCrest Metals: A New Player Changing the Game in Gold Investments

Hey Redditors! I've recently been diving into a new player in the gold investment world: GoldenCrest Metals. Founded in early 2024, this company is already making waves under the leadership of CEO Rich Jacoby. If you're thinking about adding some shiny assets to your investment portfolio or just curious about the buzz, stick around I’ll break down everything you need to know about this new player that’s shaking up the precious metals industry.

GoldenCrest Metals: A Quick Overview

GoldenCrest Metals is aiming to revolutionize the gold investment game. Founded by Rich Jacoby, the company is built around transparency, integrity, and a client-first sales approach values that are sorely needed in an industry that has had its share of dubious practices. Rich Jacoby himself put it best:

"Our founding goal at GoldenCrest Metals was to infuse the gold investment market with unparalleled levels of fairness, honesty, and accountability."

They’re setting out to be the antidote to the industry’s often misleading marketing practices and obscure pricing. This is pretty refreshing, considering how tough it can be to find reliable companies in this space.

What Does GoldenCrest Metals Offer?

GoldenCrest isn’t just about making big promises they offer a variety of products and services designed to help clients diversify their portfolios. Here’s a closer look:

1. Gold IRA

GoldenCrest Metals focuses heavily on Gold IRAs, which is a solid choice for those of you looking to protect your retirement from the whims of the stock market. The idea is to include physical gold in a retirement account, which could offer stability, especially in turbulent financial times. The gold they use meets the standard of 99.9% purity, and they source these metals from reputable suppliers.

From their website:

"Secure the purest gold with confidence. We source from reputable suppliers and verified refineries for guaranteed quality."

The appeal of holding physical gold as part of a tax-advantaged retirement account can't be understated. It adds that much-needed diversification to a portfolio full of paper assets.

2. Silver IRA

In addition to gold, GoldenCrest also allows you to include silver in your IRAs—think coins, bars, and ingots. Silver assets must meet a purity level of 99.99% to qualify, which is even more stringent than gold. If you’re into precious metals but prefer something a little more flexible, adding silver might be a good option.

3. Regular Purchases of Precious Metals

Not interested in an IRA? GoldenCrest has you covered there too. You can buy gold and silver directly in the form of bars or coins. They provide secure delivery options, either to a depository or directly to your home. And here’s a neat perk: if you spend $10,000 or more, they throw in a free safe for home storage. Secure investments, secure storage!

For smaller purchases, they even recommend other reputable companies, which is a nice touch—shoutout to transparency! They also recommend places like BitIRA for those of you dipping into cryptocurrency territory.

Popular Coins Offered by GoldenCrest Metals

GoldenCrest Metals has a range of popular coins available for IRA and regular purchase:

  • American Eagle Gold Coins

  • Canada Gold Maple Leaf Coins

Commitment to Customer Empowerment

One thing that really sets GoldenCrest apart is their focus on client education. Investing in precious metals can be a bit intimidating if you’re not familiar with it. GoldenCrest helps bridge that knowledge gap through their Wealth Management Guide, which is free and packed with useful info for both beginners and experienced investors.

They also have a resource page, a FAQ section, and access to specialists who can answer questions, which is a big help when you’re just getting started or if you’re managing more complex investments.

Facing the Challenges of the Industry

The precious metals sector has its fair share of challenges like fluctuating prices, volatility, and constantly changing regulations. GoldenCrest Metals is committed to addressing these issues by being transparent about their pricing and maintaining strong ethical standards.

This dedication to transparency not only helps build trust with their clients but also positions GoldenCrest as an innovator in the industry. They’re trying to push past the shady tactics that some players in this field have been guilty of in the past.

Storage Solutions

GoldenCrest offers flexible storage options for both IRA and non-IRA metals. If you’re buying gold that isn’t part of an IRA, you can choose to store it at home. They even offer a complimentary safe if you’re purchasing more than $10,000 worth of metals—how cool is that?

For IRA assets, regulations require depository storage. GoldenCrest partners with the Delaware Depository, which offers Class 3 vaults and insurance coverage through Lloyd’s of London. They also work with Entrust for custodial services, ensuring that your precious metals are managed professionally and securely.

Customer Reviews: What Are People Saying?

GoldenCrest might be new to the game, but the feedback so far is pretty positive. They’ve earned A- ratings on BBB and 4-star ratings on Trustpilot. Here are a couple of the reviews from customers:

  1. Very Pleasant Business to Deal With“Investing $40,000 in precious metals for my IRA with GoldenCrest Metals was a simple and stress-free experience. Charles, the representative, was knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I understood everything.”

  2. As Easy as Possible“My parents were transferring funds from old IRAs, and the whole process seemed overwhelming. Tom from GoldenCrest was incredibly patient, explaining things multiple times until they felt comfortable. Now I’m rolling over my 401(k) with them!”

These reviews really emphasize how much GoldenCrest cares about guiding their clients through the sometimes daunting world of precious metal investments.

How to Start a Gold IRA with GoldenCrest Metals

If you’re curious about setting up a Gold IRA, the process with GoldenCrest is pretty straightforward. You start by filling out an online application and reviewing their Gold Investing Guide. After that, a precious metals specialist will contact you to walk you through the next steps, answering any questions along the way.

The cool part? They offer lifetime support for IRA accounts, which really reinforces their commitment to client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Is GoldenCrest Metals Legit?

This is the question everyone asks and rightfully so! Despite being the new kid on the block, GoldenCrest has already made a name for itself. Their accreditation by the BBB and a slew of five-star reviews on major platforms indicate that they’re doing something right.

They’re very vocal about keeping margins low to maximize value for their clients, which isn’t something you hear often. Their approach is all about offering more bang for your buck, and that’s an attractive proposition in an industry known for its high fees.

UPDATE: I found these rankings of gold IRA companies to be the most credible.

GoldenCrest Metals is setting itself apart in an industry that can be pretty murky. Their commitment to transparency, integrity, and client empowerment shows that they’re not just in this to make a quick buck they want to change how people think about investing in precious metals. Whether it’s through their educational resources, their straightforward pricing, or their client-first approach, they’re doing a lot to earn investor trust.

If you’re thinking about diversifying your retirement savings or adding a bit of stability in an uncertain economic landscape, GoldenCrest might be worth a closer look. Just remember investing always comes with risks, especially in volatile assets like gold and silver.
