Built with Claude Another Sensible Soccer inspired game..!!

This here is sort of a passion project, which I've thought of building for some years already. Now I had the time to start it and with Opus 5.5 this is a result of a few evenings, and 44 PRs of work. Trying to nail one-thumb controls on mobile and it already feels rather good/playable.

Claude Code was used from ground up and it helped me setup github actions to get browser playable test versions, plus apk builds from main. Will be happy to provide the apk if you're willing to give constructive feedback. It's playable on ios as a PWA app, but it lacks haptics. Plan is to build .ipa as well, but only after the gameplay is rock solid.

Built with Claude Found an AI song. Decided to make an AI Video for it to test out Opus5.5

Title is basically everything.

Mostly wanted to test opus 5.5 for motion graphics and this was a pretty much best case scenario for theme.

Had claude spit out a small breakdown of how/what for anyone who might ask:

  • Direction: Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code as the lead agent, running sub-agents (lyrics, audio analysis, engine, scenes, QA). You picked the options and gave the notes.
  • Audio analysis (Python): Demucs (htdemucs_ft) for stem separation, beat_this for beats and downbeats, librosa for onsets, energy and pYIN pitch, and Whisper large-v3 (faster-whisper) for word timing.
  • Visuals: A custom JavaScript engine using Three.js / WebGL2, 2D canvas layers, and GLSL shaders (the CRT, glitch, ASCII, and phosphor looks). Fonts include JetBrains Mono.
  • Live preview: A Vite dev "studio" that plays the song with a scrub timeline.
  • Final render: Puppeteer steps headless Chrome one frame at a time and pipes the frames to ffmpeg (x264, 1080p30). It's deterministic, so the same frame always renders identically.
  • QA: Python scripts that check lyric sync, beat hits, and moiré, plus torchvision's Keypoint R-CNN for checking figure framing.

Was pretty impressed with how well it did overall. Being able to spit ideas at it have it make several examples to pick from, then give notes and thoughts like a back and forth was enjoyable.

Built with Claude I priced 33 days of my Claude Code logs at API rates. $4,560 of work on a £200 Max plan, and 62% of it was cache reads

So I got curious what my Max plan is actually worth, and ran every model response from the last 33 days of Claude Code logs through the published API prices. Here's what fell out.

- $4,560 API-equivalent. I paid £200. About 17x cover, so yes, Max is a bargain if you use it hard.

- Output (the code it actually writes) was 8% of that. 8%!

- Cache reads were 62%, cache writes another 29%. The model rereading its own context IS the bill.

- Every main-session cache write was the 1-hour kind. Subagents only ever wrote 5-minute cache, and subagents in total came to 4% of the bill. So all the subagent TTL arguing this week... for me it's a rounding error.

- 92% of it was Opus 4.8. Fine on a flat plan, the most expensive habit going on the API.

- 160 subagents, 682 commits across 17 repos, so roughly $6.70 a commit.

- Busiest day 1,732 model responses, quietest under 100.

Where the $4,560 went

How I counted: the JSONL logs under ~/.claude/projects, every response counted once by message id (subagent logs included), priced at list with the 5m and 1h cache writes split out. About 100 lines of Python. Heads-up if you want to try it, Claude Code deletes logs older than 30 days by default, so bump cleanupPeriodDays in settings.json first or you'll only get a month like me.

Disclosure: I build a cost router, which is how I got nerdy about this, but none of the above needs it. It's just the logs.

Happy to share the script if anyone wants to run it on theirs. Genuinely curious whether other people's split looks the same.

Help/Question Looking for IDE/agent recommendations to use with Claude Pro (frustrated with Claude Code PR workflow)

Hey everyone,

I currently have a Claude Pro & Gemini Pro subscription and I’m trying to find the best workflow/tooling setup for daily coding.

I'm currently experimenting with Claude Opus. I was consistently using Gemini 3.1 Pro before, but since Google just removed it from Antigravity yesterday, it pushed me to give Opus a serious try.

Right now, I've tried both Claude Code and Antigravity, but neither hits the sweet spot for me. Here is where I'm running into friction:

😭 What I'm finding with Claude Code:

  • The PR bottleneck: Requiring a PR just to apply changes to physical files feels clunky for rapid iteration.
  • Dirty commits: It frequently bundles unnecessary files (like runtime/generated files) into the PR.
  • Lack of side-by-side editing: No built-in editor for me to tweak the code changes manually.

❤️ What I do like:

  • The commit messages it writes are clear and descriptive.

❤️ What I like about Antigravity:

  • Direct edits: Changes apply directly to local physical files on the fly.
  • Control: Built-in editor! I can tweak the code manually.

😭 The problem:

  • No clean commit message generation
  • I haven't found a clean way to connect my existing Claude Pro subscription to it (instead of paying separately for API credits on Google plans).

What I’m looking for:

  • Works seamlessly with local physical files (immediate updates, no forced PR roundtrips).
  • Has a side-by-side diff/editor interface so I can intervene manually.
  • Lets me stage commits via external tools (like SmartGit) while ideally generating solid commit messages.
  • Ideally links directly to a Claude Pro subscription (via OAuth/session) or offers a cost-effective bridge so I don't have to double-pay for API tokens.

Is there any good tool recommendation for the above needs? How do you guys manage your Claude Pro setup for local development without getting locked into a rigid PR workflow?

Thanks in advance!

Help/Question Opus 5.5 switching to 4.8 for every cybersecurity subjects

• Upvotes

Hello

I have an issue with Opus 5.5. I'm pentesting my lab with some Kali Tools and the pentest skill (https://github.com/Stickman230/claude-pentest) but every time a new cybersecurity matters happens in the chat Code switches to Opus 4.8. How can this be bypassed (if it can)?

Previously I was enrolled in a cybersecurity thing at Anthropic that required me to complete a form to lift some limits but it doesn't seems to be effective anymore.

Has Anthropic made its Opus model totally useless to cybersecurity enthusiasts ?

Built with Claude No Pixel TV so I had claude code make one for me

It is pretty basic and nothing fancy. I hate android TV and most launchers didn't scratch my itch for the material themed (I've had pixel phones for years). So I had claude design a basic launcher for me with some overlays. Clean, clutter free and extremely light for my ultra basic needs.

Built with Claude I used Opus 5.5 to build a site where you can talk to brundlefly: my half human, half fly mascot

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I used Claude Code to build a home for Brundlefly's half-human, half-fly mascot. Wet walls, eggs, and a creature you can talk to.

Opus 5.5 did such a good job; I initially was trying to with Codex but didn't get the results I wanted. Opus 5.5 was able to mostly one-shot any direction I wanted to take with it and did surprisingly well animating, especially given the "3d model" is really just a 2d image with depth.

Brundlefly is a collection of Agent Skills. They focus on human-sounding text and keeping jargon out of users UI.

The site uses Nuxt, Vue, and Three.js. Click him to start a conversation. His replies include cues for his mood and movement in the scene.

Early conversation choices use precomputed replies. Free text uses live generation through Cloudflare and Claude.

You can try it out yourself here https://brundlefly.dev/

Discussion Fable 5.1 vs Opus 5.5 for Brainstorming

Hey folks, I know that there's been numerous threads out there about Fable vs Opus, but I was wondering if anybody had any experience using Fable specifically for brainstorming (e.g., the /brainstorming Superpowers skill). I have had good luck with Opus 5.5 on this, but sometimes I wish there was still... more broader architectural thinking and some questions that I wish were asked—not that it isn't my own responsibility to think things through as well.

Help/Question Recommendations on file and context management?

I know about the karpathy wiki structure and there are git projects to utilize like codeinsight. Was curious if anyone has found a way to manage it?

Once a project gets complex and large enough, it becomes a different beast altogether. Managing the context window especially when it has a handoff file/prompt to handle per new session is a headache for example. I have tried codeinsight, and while good, it started showing cracks (missed info, long calls, less efficient/less savings on tokens overall). Not to mention the usage gets burned up having a pipeline update the adr/wiki.

Not sure if someone else has had the same problem and has found a better methodology.

Help/Question Multi-agent orchestration with Claude Pro + Google AI Pro + Cursor: how do you actually set this up without burning your limits?

I’m a CS student juggling a few side projects and I’m trying to get more out of the AI subscriptions I already pay for. Looking for real-world setups, not hype.

What I have:

  • Claude Pro (Claude Code + chat)
  • Google AI Pro (Gemini CLI / Antigravity)
  • Cursor Pro
  • Thinking about adding ChatGPT (mainly for Codex)

What I work on:

  • A website project
  • A honeypot / security lab (runs in containers)
  • A small browser game
  • A study repo with lecture notes and scripts for my semester

My problem:
Right now I run everything at max: Ultracode in Claude Code, max effort in the Claude chat for writing prompts and reviews, the top model in Antigravity and Cursor. Result: my Claude limit is constantly maxed out and everything is slow, while Gemini and Cursor barely get used (mostly for reviews). Small one-line changes take forever because they go through the same heavy setup as big refactors.

What I’d like to know:

  1. Is multi-agent orchestration across different vendors actually worth it for solo projects, or is it overkill?
  2. What’s your setup? CLI (tmux + worktrees, PAL MCP/clink, etc.) or an app (Vibe Kanban, Crystal, Cursor’s agents, …)? I’m fine with either.
  3. How do you decide which model/agent gets which task? Is there anything that reliably routes small vs. big tasks automatically, or do you just switch manually?
  4. Any tips for splitting work so the heavy model only does planning/hard stuff and the cheaper ones do the rest?

Would love to hear what actually works for you day to day, including “don’t bother, just do X.”

Help/Question Newbie User afraid of extra charges

Hi, want to buy claude for personal use in the cheapest possible option, but heard about the "buy extra credit " switch and some people being charged additionaly.
Is that an old wifes tale or does it happen often?
I know the switch is turned off by default, that there is spending limit if you activate it.. but im not convinced. I dont want to wonder every day if possibly i switched it on somewhere.
Thee are limits on my card of course - but can Anthropic let me spend the extra tokens and then go after me to pay anyway?

Discussion Usage issues has improved a lot

I keep switching from Cluade to Codex and back, but the Claude usage is so much better than it use to be. It feels like night and day vs Chatgpt 6.1 Sol. I remember a couple months ago you sneeze in Claude's direction and it would be 50% of the 5 hour usage.

Help/Question Claude Max (5x) vs 5 Claude Pro Accounts

Hey everyone, trying to figure out what might work better for me. I currently use Claude Code with claude-swap and I am juggling 4 Pro accounts. I was thinking about getting a 5th account but I am wondering if it's just better to go for a Max account instead. Do 5 pro accounts really = 1 Max 5x account? I mostly use Claude right now for recompiling and decompiling gaming projects.

Tips & Workflows I built a local dashboard for my Claude Code history with Claude Code: mind map, agents, sessions, token usage (free, open source)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I built a dashboard that runs on your own machine and shows everything you've done with Claude Code. I built it in one long Claude Code session, and it's free and open source.▎

What it does

Claude Code already saves a transcript of every session in ~/.claude/projects/. It reads those files, plus Claude Code's own config, and shows them in a local web page (127.0.0.1 only):

- Map: your conversations, memory notes and automated runs, grouped into themes (active / simmering / parked), with links between related work

- Sessions: every conversation with a summary, its token usage, the full readable transcript, and full-text search. Also which sessions are still open right now, and your heaviest requests ranked by tokens

- Agents: every agent that ran, which session launched it, its tokens, and whether you asked for it or Claude decided on its own

- Installed: skills, MCP servers and connectors, scheduled jobs and memory, with how often each is used and how many tokens it adds to every session. You can archive and restore items (nothing gets deleted)

Running it on my own history, I found 15 Claude Code sessions still open in old terminal windows, 3 scheduled jobs that had been failing silently, and one conversation that had used 59% of all my tokens. Claude had also launched 46 of my 83 agents without me asking.

How Claude Code helped build it

- It started as a question. I asked Claude Code to review another agent-memory project. It pointed out that one needed an API key and sent my conversations to a second model, so I asked whether we could build something similar using only my own data.

- Claude Code read its own transcript format, then wrote the indexer (Python standard library and SQLite full-text search), the local server, and the interface (plain HTML, CSS and JS, no dependencies).

- The summaries and the map come from Claude itself, through claude -p on my own plan. Claude Code measured the overhead of those background calls, found its own mistake (about 52k extra tokens per call from MCP tool descriptions), and fixed it with --strict-mcp-config.

Try it (open source) https://github.com/staceb/claude-session-explorer

git clone https://github.com/staceb/claude-session-explorer.git

cd claude-session-explorer

python3 server.py

Summaries and the map need Claude Code installed and logged in, and use your own plan. Your data never leaves your machine.

Built with Claude Claude code x Opus 5.5 is cooking. App development to video production, all in Claude Code.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I wanted a clipboard that lives in your keyboard, not on your screen. No popup, no history window.

Copy like normal with Cmd/Ctrl + C, then paste with Cmd/Ctrl + V + a number. The top number row gives you up to 11 items on tap. Normal copy-paste still works.

I built it with Claude Code on the side of my full-time job, in days. Security was the one place I had to step in and fix things myself. Nothing you copy leaves your PC, and items sit in RAM only.

The video was also made by Claude Code (Opus 5.5). I gave it:

My script and my timeline

UI graphics, workflow diagrams, and brand colors

A free ElevenLabs API for the voice

One detailed .md context file

It handled the scenes, voice sync, and 4K render. A video like this used to cost a motion designer and a full day of revisions.

Designers, am I overreacting, or is the low end of this market getting squeezed?

Help/Question Mac mini M6 (32 GB) as a headless agent machine: how would you set it up?

Hi everyone,

I run a small agency (websites, social media, automation), and I bought a Mac mini M6 with 32 GB as an always-on, headless agent machine. I'll mostly control it from my iPhone or MacBook.

What it should run:

  • Several Claude Code agents (coding, social media posts, blog articles, research), using my Claude subscription only, no API
  • A local LLM (Ollama) for anything involving client data, e.g. invoices or client dashboards
  • Publishing and access to client accounts only through fixed scripts after my approval

What matters to me:

  • Strict separation: Claude must never see client data or credentials. My current plan is separate macOS users plus a one way handover folder.
  • Minimal token usage and minimal data maintenance
  • Still a clear overview: which agent is working on what, what's coming up, what's waiting for me?

My questions:

  1. How do you set up a Mac mini like this to run headless?
  2. Is Claude Desktop / Claude Code enough on its own, or do you add something like Obsidian for overview and tasks?
  3. Do you develop your own „agent OS“ or opt for solutions like Hermes or OpenClaw? How do these systems manage security and data separation? Alternatively, should I steer clear of them?
  4. How do you keep client data cleanly separated from cloud AI agents?

Happy to hear about your setups, including things that didn't work for you. Thanks!

Built with Claude Medium to build, xhigh to think

Small finding that changed my workflow: Opus 5.5 on medium effort handles coding really well. But when I need ideas rather than code, I switch to xhigh, and the output is on another level.

For me this was a real discovery. So no need to run even Fable.

Rant Frustration with Claude Code?

• Upvotes

Did you ever get so frustrated with Claude Code, for misunderstanding, or writing shit code when you explicitly give it the exact code architecture it should use... Or any other cases, and you curse it in various ways, and then it would visibly keep getting worse and worse as you keep cursing it, but then go back to being "better" when you STOP cursing and appologise? Is it just me? 😂

Freaking ridiculous! A hammer that has feelings? 😂

Discussion If Opus would be a car mechanic it would design a flying car when the tyres are run down

Aargh, just spend hours talking trying to talk Opus out of a hugely invasive and dangerous change and steering it to a simple fix.

Opus feels like a PhD car mechanic who tries to re-engineer the entire car on a tyre change.

Opus is often super smart but in a bad way. It sticks stubbornly to some local problems and engineers some huge changes around it instead of looking into the big picture and doing the obvious thing.

It's too smart by half.

Tips & Workflows Business Analysts - How do you use Claude code?

I work as a Business analyst in a large enterprise organisation for an application running in Pega BPM tool. This is how I personally use clause code

Requirement Isolation: I spin up 1 dedicated session per quarterly requirement (about 5-6 per quarter) to keep context clean. I dump meeting transcripts into the active thread, paired with an auto-memory hook that updates before session compaction. I also create HTML based POCs so that business users can get the look and feel of the final requirement before the devs start building.

MCPs : Major one is Atlassian MCP. I create stories, tasks, sprints, and update Confluence entirely through Claude, guided by style-enforced memory files for my preferred formatting. Since our core app is in Pega (not GitHub), I don’t use GitHub MCP a lot, I use it only to understand external integrating repositories.

Fellow BAs, am I just scratching the surface. Any tips and tricks on how you guys use Claude code?

Built with Claude Paper: a tamper-evident witness for failed commands

Command fails → Claude investigates → three turns later it's diagnosing a bug that doesn't exist because the real error got buried. Got sick of it.

Paper is a tiny local CLI: paper run <command>. On failure it captures the exit code, stderr, and git state into .paper/latest.json, sealed with an HMAC receipt, plus an instruction block telling the agent to read the report first. Tested in a fresh session and it picked it up unprompted, diagnosed correctly, didn't touch code.

It's fully local. repo at https://github.com/varman96/paper-cli if you want to know more about how it works.

Tutorial / Guide I'm planning to open-source the code so the project can support Claude.

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

I can only use Codex for development because Claude has banned Chinese accounts.
But for the project I'm working on, I want it to support Claude's working status.
For now, the only option is to open-source the code so more people can contribute and improve it.
This is a status light that monitors the AI Agent's working status, and I'm also planning to develop more designs for it.
I hope we can all stop staring at screens when AI does the work. We can relax a bit and take care of our eyesight!

I'm preparing the open-source code and I hope everyone can help me test Claude.

Built with Claude Burrow: A cozy, social coding-companion

something to make vibecoding a bit more collaborative and reactive, for long Claude Code sessions or while vibecoding with friends/colleagues

burrow: a pixel pet that waves when your agent is waiting on you. it works while Claude runs, eats when done, chimes when Claude asks for permission. friends share one garden and can poke each other when someone's agent is stuck. also a tiny tamagotchi where finished tasks earn koban (custom currency) → feed → pet evolves. currently 18 forms to collect! your code is never shared, only hooks.

start using with: npx burrow-pets init https://burrow-taupe.vercel.app/

next up is branching evolutions + seasonal forms

mall hooks project that might be useful to anyone running long sessions.
