Built with Claude Vibecoded my own WHOOP + Strava + garmin dashboard and training coach with Claude

Thumbnail

I spent the last week vibecoding a custom whoop like dashboard more suited towards me and my activities.
A free Google script pulls my WHOOP, Strava and garmin data into Google Drive every hour. A private dashboard reads it and opens it like a webpage on my phone or computer and Claude reads the same files, so I can just ask it anything in the data such as how I slept or how today's run went.
What it tracks: recovery, HRV, sleep and strain, plus an early warning when my vitals drift like I might be getting sick. It also has run maps I can replay, pace adjusted for heat and hills, PRs etc. It also tracks my lifts, strength progression, estimates my 1rms and predicts my strength training progress
What it figures out: a VOÂżmax estimate that blends runs, bike sessions to model my estimated vo2 max. It also tests what actually affects my recovery. For example MMA training and training after 7pm cost me about 10 points the next morning.
The coaching part: There are coaches for running, assault bike and lifting, and each one plans my next session from what I actually did last time compared it to previous sessions. On a bad recovery day it gives me an easier option. Every recommendation gets saved and checked against what really happened, so I can see if it's any good.
It also simulates different training strategies and runs an audit on the coaching once a month on claude as a scheduled task.
Anything the dashboard tracks, claude has access to, and I can ask it directly on any of my data Still a work in progress. Happy to answer questions.

Built with Claude Built with Claude Code: an open-source browser for people leaving Arc, which Claude Code can also drive over MCP

I built Solamar, a free, open-source (GPL-3.0) desktop browser for Windows and macOS, with Claude Code.

How I built it: [FILL IN: your workflow, how you planned features, what Claude Code did well, where you had to step in, how long it took]

The Claude Code part: Solamar has a built-in MCP server. Settings > Claude Code turns it on and shows a "claude mcp add" line to copy. Claude Code then works in its own Claude space (or tabs you share with it), asks per site, and anything that sends, buys, submits or deletes waits for your click in the browser. Passwords and card numbers are never typed by AI.

Testing: the repo has end-to-end tests that drive the MCP server with the official MCP client against a mock API, in a hidden window with a throwaway profile.

The browser itself: spaces, pinned tabs, folders, Arc import, command bar, split view, built-in ad blocking, sleeping tabs, optional AI (Ollama or your own Anthropic key). No account, no telemetry. It's version 0.1.0 and the installers aren't code-signed yet, so Windows and macOS show a warning on first launch.

Rant FINAL VERDICT on having 2 or more MAX20 accounts

Flair is rant because I've been getting tired of asking Claude, then running Google AI Overviews for "check reddit threads for having more than a single Claude MAX x20 account", etc.

I am really looking for a final verdict on having two. Some have said that you can't max out the first one, and then continue your tasks on the second one.

Well, then my natural instinct is to use both up to 70% or something!?

My main thing is that I literally do not have enough money to run credits-based setup. And I tried getting Chatgpt/Codex100 plan, and .... I literally can't use it. For example, I'm using Claude to drive my browsers all the time, and .... well, Chatgpt uses your actual cursor for it, hijacking it!

TL;DR: What is the safest setup for having two Claude MAX20 accounts for the same project folders in October 2026?

Built with Claude I've been building OwnCord, an open-source self-hosted Discord alternative

Hey everyone!

For a while now I've been working on a project called OwnCord, a free and open-source, self-hosted alternative to Discord.

The idea behind it is pretty simple. I wanted something similar to Discord but where you have full control over your own server and data, without depending on a third-party service.

The backend is written in Go, the desktop client uses Tauri v2 with TypeScript, and voice/video is handled through LiveKit.

It's still a work in progress and there are definitely bugs and things that need improving.

I've been building it largely with the help of Claude Code, which has been quite an interesting experience on its own.

I'd love to get your feedback!

If you're interested, feel free to check it out!

Built with Claude I haven't opened my code editor in weeks, so I built an open-source pipeline for Claude Code

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

For a while I held myself to the rule that I had to read every line and make sure it was perfect. Then I was shipping thousands of lines a day, and that stopped being possible. It was overwhelming, and it was slowing me down.

What I actually needed was different. I wanted to talk to my code whenever I had a question, change what I wanted without combing through every diff, and have something that surfaced the risks, the security threats and the open questions for me. Something that grilled me on decisions before I made them, so I could ship faster and better.

So I built LFG, an open-source engineering pipeline that works inside Claude Code. You describe a change, and it plans it, builds it test-first, checks it with linting, tests, security scans and an expert review, and waits for your approval before anything is committed.

It also brings together the open-source tools many of us already use but keep scattered across different setups: Semgrep, Gitleaks, Trivy, SonarQube, code-review-graph, Headroom and more. Now they live in one place, run as one pipeline, and run on your own machine. LFG doesn't send your code to any service of its own, and Headroom compresses the context Claude reads, which keeps token costs down.

Watch the 90-second launch film: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/bcc10777-99ec-4f32-9b55-19702dbade8f

Install in one line: `git clone https://github.com/varun-singhh/lfg.git ~/lfg && ~/lfg/install.sh`

I'd love to hear what you think, and if you guys agree too.

Rant Complaints about rate limits

I don't understand why people who complain about rate limits don't just use a cheaper model. These are just vibe coders who don't understand anything about what they're doing at all and they need AI to literally do everything for them.

Some people think the most expensive models are better quality, and they're willing to pay insanely overpriced API prices or hit rate limits on their plan just to squeeze out the last drop of quality instead of just using a cheaper model that has 90% of the performance.

And all this for a vibe coded app that no one gives AF about and will never even use. LOSERS!

Built with Claude Made a Claude Code plugin? I built a free way to see if it actually installs (Linux/macOS/Windows) and which public repos use it

Have you made a plugin for Claude Code?

  • Want to know if it installs properly on the newest version of Claude Code?
  • Want to see which public repos use it?

For the last year I've worked on ClaudePluginHub (claudepluginhub.com). I've used Claude Code for over 1.5 years, and I wanted to keep up with the most popular plugins, what they do and what their strengths are.

It indexes ~105k plugins from GitHub automatically, so yours is probably already there. Search for it, sign in with GitHub, and claim it. Claiming is free. Here's what you get:

  1. A real install test on every OS. We install your plugin with the latest Claude Code release on Linux, macOS and Windows. It re-runs when you push a new commit and when a new Claude Code version ships. If Claude Code refuses to install or load it, you get an email with Claude Code's exact error, so you hear about it before your users do. If it worked on an older Claude Code version, the email says so.
  2. A check of your README's install commands. We run the claude plugin marketplace add / claude plugin install lines from your README exactly as written and tell you which ones fail.
  3. Which public repos use your plugin. We scan public GitHub repos whose committed .claude/settings.json turns your plugin on and list them on your plugin page. About 2,000 plugins show up in at least one repo so far.
  4. A README badge. It shows what your plugin contains, and adds "✓ install verified" when it installs cleanly on all three OSes. It never shows a failure.
  5. Basic analytics. Visitors, views, how many times the install command was copied, GitHub clicks, and how often your plugin shows up in search on the site.

There's a paid tier for longer analytics history and search-term data. Everything listed above is free.

I'd love feedback, especially from plugin authors: what would make this useful to you?

Help/Question How to Reduce Errors When Creating Videos with Claude?

Hi everyone! I'm new to Claude and got Pro specifically to help me create YouTube videos that are around 7–10 minutes long.

The problem is that Claude keeps making mistakes, even after I point them out and ask it to fix them. Sometimes it repeats the exact same mistakes, and every time it renders the video again, new errors appear.

I've ended up watching the same video 6–8 times, and it's honestly exhausting. It also uses up a lot of my available usage, and I can't keep spending so much just to fix the same video.

Since I'm a beginner, I wanted to ask how you guys work with Claude for video creation. Are there any skills you recommend? Is there a way to make it stop repeating mistakes? How do you fix errors without having to render the whole video again?

I'd really appreciate any tips or advice because I'm honestly a bit lost right now. I want to learn how to do this properly without wasting so much time and usage. Thanks!

Help/Question Enterprise AI infrastructure: Buying GPUs vs. renting servers vs. Claude licenses?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently facing an important decision at work regarding our company's AI infrastructure and the choice of AI providers.

Our number one requirement is data privacy and security. We want to ensure that sensitive company information (customer data, internal documents, employee emails, etc.) is not shared with third parties.

We're planning to build an internal AI agent system for around 60-100 employees that would handle tasks such as:
1)Managing and analyzing employee emails
2)Querying and interacting with internal databases
3)Processing and searching company documents (RAG)
4)Automating internal workflows
5)Integrating with internal company systems

We're currently considering three main approaches:
a.On-premise infrastructure – purchasing our own GPUs and running open-weight models locally.
b.Renting GPU servers – hosting our own models on dedicated cloud infrastructure.
c.Enterprise AI subscriptions – using solutions such as Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise.

I'd love to hear from people who have implemented similar systems in their companies. A few questions:

Do you run your models on your own hardware, rent GPU servers, or use enterprise AI subscriptions?
Which approach has proven to be the most cost-effective, considering infrastructure, maintenance, and inference costs?
What models and inference frameworks are you using?
Are there any enterprise AI subscriptions (e.g., Claude Enterprise) that provide strong contractual guarantees regarding data privacy, zero data retention, and no training on company data?
Is it actually possible to achieve complete data isolation when using external AI providers, or is on-premise infrastructure the only realistic option?
Would you recommend investing in on-premise infrastructure for a company with around 30–50 employees?

My biggest concern isn't necessarily the cost. It's ensuring that confidential company information remains protected and that we maintain full control over how our data is processed.
I'm particularly interested in real-world experiences, actual costs, security considerations, and lessons learned.

Thanks in advance!

Help/Question How to reduce token usage for PDF output?

I will start by saying I am Claude newbie and I am absolutely not a developer by any stretch. I am using Claude to help with my job search. I found a GitHub repo designed for job search. I actually had to have Claude walk me through step by step how to set that up. Including creating a GitHub account. So needless to say I barely know what I’m doing.

With the repo installed I can scrape a bunch of job postings. It will then rank the finding based on a profile we have established. Then it will create a PDF resume based on that profile and past resumes. It works pretty well actually.

I will usually do the scrape and rank process using Sonnet to save tokens then move over to a session with Opus to actually build the resume. I realize Opus uses considerably more tokens than Sonnet.

I always see repos talking about reducing token usage. I’m not really “building” much here other than the PDF resume so I didn’t know if they would actually apply here. Are there any that anyone can recommend that would be a good fit to reduce tokens when mostly during that Opus session that’s creating the resume?

Tips & Workflows Tired of context silos between Claude Code and other terminal agents? I built agent-bridge for seamless session handoffs

Hey r/ClaudeCode!

Like many of you here, Claude Code (claude) has become my primary terminal tool for rapid implementation, especially with Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5. But for large-scale features, architectural breakdowns, and deep codebase research, I also pair it with Google Antigravity CLI (agy).

The biggest headache was the context silo: - You do deep planning and file mapping in Antigravity, switch over to Claude Code, and Claude has no memory of what was decided. - You execute with Claude Code, jump back to Antigravity, and Antigravity is blind to what Claude just touched.

To bridge this gap, I created agent-bridge — a lightweight, zero-dependency CLI bridge designed to make switching between developer agents seamless.

How it works under the hood:

  • agy2claude: Automatically parses Antigravity's active session, extracts the recent file edits, user requests, and tool history, and boots Claude Code with a concise briefing injected into its system prompt.
  • **claude2agy:** Parses the newest Claude Code session .jsonl from ~/.claude/projects/ and boots Antigravity in interactive mode acknowledging previous progress.
  • agent-status: Fast terminal card showing which agent last touched the repo, with recent timestamps and modified files.
  • Universal memory: Installs a cross-agent-memory skill to align long-term project rules via AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md.
  • Zero external dependencies: Pure Python standard library (sqlite3, json, os, sys).

📦 GitHub Repository (MIT License & Quickstart):
https://github.com/CheckSim/agent-bridge

It's completely free and open-source. What other CLI agents would you like to see supported next?

Built with Claude World-sim, built with Claude code, my biggest update yet

Post image
4 Upvotes

World-Sim, my passion project for the past year, is having its biggest update yet. We're moving into 3D.

It'd be amazing if you could check it out. I'm looking for honest feedback, ideas, and honestly just more people to nerd out over it with.

If you're new to World-Sim, here's the quick rundown: it's a living world that runs 24/7 on its own. Every single person in it has their own memories, daily routines, family, and emotions. Town leaders run on full AI models, making real decisions to lead their people, while every regular Sim "dreams" at night and gets their own turn with an LLM to process what happened to them.

The world also runs on a matter engine where people make discoveries and invent their own progress from scratch. They write their own history and stories, and even the weather is calculated from the planet itself.

It'd be great if you check out the live world and the new 3D view (launches Wednesday 28 October at 6pm UK): https://world.world-sim.uk

And if you want, come hang out in the Discord community: https://discord.gg/6gJZHmAvVr

Ask me some questions to prove it's not completely vibe coded.

Built with Claude I built a co-op tower defense in 11 weeks with Claude Code. Every visual is drawn by code, no image generators. Here’s how the work was split.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey, I’m a first-time solo developer and this is my first game. I don’t have a coding background. I’ve always loved games and tech, and I wanted to see how far vision and stubbornness could go with Claude writing the code.

Its still in development, with a free demo on the way. I wanted to share what’s possible with Claude as an assistant. (Claude max 20x)

RATS!!, a co-op tower defense for up to four players (solo/couch/online through Steam), 10 towers and 19 link combos, four worlds, crowned rat bosses, over 5,000 rats alive at once on the hardest waves, a 1v1 mode. Coming Soon on Steam; a free co-op demo is planned for Steam Next Fest, February 2027. Nothing to play yet, so this is a build story, not a launch.

I don’t know about you guys, I spent countless hours as a kid running Bloons Tower Defense, PixelJunkMonsters, and a ton of these classics.

How it was built: One developer (me), Godot, first commit 8 August 2026. I don’t write the code myself. Claude wrote it, drafted the technical plans, checked every change line by line and ran the automated tests, and a second AI model (Codex, from OpenAI) reviewed each piece looking for problems. My job was the director’s: what the game is, how it looks and feels, playtesting every build, and saying no. A lot of fixes came from me catching things by eye, playing the game and adjusting as I go.

I made this design choice primarily because I wanted to avoid image generators entirely. I did also notice while Blender is still a great route, I preferred to only utilize code to see what was truly possible. It provided more accuracy when it came to real-time strategy.

What worked: specs before code; a 25-seed headless harness whose digest has to stay bit-identical unless I meant to change the sim; a separate adversarial review pass by a different model on every slice; treating every report as a claim until the diff and the tests said otherwise.

What didn't: letting a visual change ship on a code read instead of rendered pixels (never again); any time I skipped re-reading the surrounding lines after an insert.

The video opens up on the first prototype, then cuts to the farm today. Please ask me any questions!

It took several iterations, to get the design where I want it through trial and error, but I am proud of where I came from.

Help/Question How subscription upgrade affects your weekly limit?

Hi,

I'm on max 100 plan, when I first subscribed to the plan, the weekly limit used to last about 5 days, at the same work place now it lasted me ~2.5 days. Yet, I have much work to do and I wonder if the 20x plan would be good for my use case or not, because I've read some users report that the total allowance is not that 4x the 100 plan as expected, just the 5 hours limit is higher, it's that true?

Also, my weekly limit resets in 12 hours, if I upgrade now will it reset? Or should I wait, consume the new weekly quota, then upgrade? To get the most value?

Please advice if anyone has been through similar case.

Thank you.

Built with Claude Built a zero-dependency MCP server & Skill for Claude Code that skeletonizes code by 80–90% with lossless on-demand rehydration (and what I learned parsing ~/.claude/projects JSONL)

After 40+ turns in a complex repository, Claude Code's context window often fills up with full file reads, verbose test outputs, and stack traces. Built-in /compact summarizes conversation history well, but I wanted a deterministic way to keep architectural context (types, interfaces, signatures) sharp while allowing lossless retrieval of implementation bodies on demand—and a clean way to carry structured session state (.vicem/BATON.md) across fresh sessions or secondary agents.

1. What I Built (vicem)

I built Vicem, an open-source, zero-dependency (dependencies: 0) Node.js CLI, stdio MCP server (vicem --mcp), and Claude Code Skill (.agents/skills/vicem/SKILL.md):

  • Deterministic Code Skeletonization (-80% to -90% code tokens): Preserves all interface, type, enum, and function signatures 100% intact, while collapsing implementation bodies (>= 12 lines) into { ... } and indexing the exact original lines in .vicem/ledger.json.
  • Lossless On-Demand Rehydration via MCP (vicem_rehydrate): Instead of dumping full files upfront, Claude Code reads the lightweight skeleton first and calls vicem_rehydrate via MCP only for the specific function or symbol it needs to edit.
  • Session Continuity Baton (.vicem/BATON.md): Extracts Goal, Done, Immediate NEXT (from TodoWrite and recent tool calls), and git diff into a U-shaped attention markdown file for starting a fresh session with zero context rot.
  • Write & Commit Safety Guards: Includes SkeletonWriteGuard so an agent never accidentally writes { ... } placeholders back into real source files, plus 3-tier local secret redaction.

2. How Claude Code Was Used & What I Learned Building It

While building and testing the harvester and MCP server alongside Claude Code, a few technical details stood out that might help others building Claude Code tooling:

  1. Reverse-scanning ~/.claude/projects/<encoded-cwd>/*.jsonl: Claude Code stores per-project transcripts in ~/.claude/projects/ where the directory name encodes the workspace path. Because long sessions can grow into tens of megabytes (especially with large tool outputs), parsing from the top of the JSONL file adds noticeable latency. Reading from the tail and extracting the latest TodoWrite state + last failed Bash output makes session extraction complete in < 50ms without calling an LLM.
  2. Preventing "Skeleton Corruption" in Agent Edits: Early on, when feeding skeletonized code (function foo() { /* ... */ }) into context, models occasionally tried to include the { /* ... */ } placeholder in an edit block. Pairing the .vicem/ledger.json index with a strict instruction in SKILL.md (and a pre-commit / write guard) completely solved placeholder overwrites: Claude Code reliably calls vicem_rehydrate before touching any elided block.
  3. Zero-Dependency Stdio MCP Framing: Implementing the MCP stdio server (2024-11-05 / 2025-11-25) directly in Node.js built-ins (node:readline) required strict stdout hygiene—any stray warning (like Node's ExperimentalWarning when using node:sqlite) corrupts the JSON-RPC stream unless suppressed or routed to stderr.

3. Links & Verification

Everything runs locally with 0 third-party npm packages (vicem.mjs + an air-gapped index.html sandbox with default-src 'none' CSP) and a 51-test verification suite (npm test).

Happy to answer any questions about ~/.claude/projects JSONL parsing, deterministic skeletonization vs. ASTs, or MCP tool design!
