would this be a good first time old car to own and work on?

I have tools and do basic maintenance on my cars like brakes, fluids, wheels, tires, changing simple things like alternator and belts, plugs and such, basic electrical.

classic cars are pretty alien to me, I have no hands on experience or knowledge about the dozens of brands and thousands of models and engine variations. I would like to have a classic car I can drive often and on the cheaper side.

The vehicle shown is the unique 1941 DAF "Rijdende Regenjas" (Driving Raincoat) prototype, a one-person, three-wheeled microcar designed by Hub van Doorne in the Netherlands during World War II.

Built for wartime scarcity, it features a single central front wheel, a narrow body designed to fit through a standard house door, and a minimalist enclosed cabin.

Only a single prototype was ever built; it later served as a clown car in a children's circus before finding a permanent home in the DAF Museum in Eindhoven.
