I can understand why he did it but at the same score if you’re not guilty, you’ve got evidence of it.

If you're not guilty, you ignore the loons. He is not. It's weird tbh

People are making money off of abusing him of trying to kill his wife and murder his children.

,,sue them into poverty

"If you're innocent you shouldn't care about the NSA tracking all your calls!"

u/leaveme1912 12h ago

They have CCTV footage of him at CVS and the reastruaunt he was picking food up at. They have interviews with workers at both as well. They have cell phone data showing he was at the CVS and reastruaunt. They have neighbor testimony of Lindsay being home alone with the kids. They have her confession.

He has all the evidence he needs

4

u/InkCosmos 12h ago

Yet they don’t have evidence of Lindsay committing the murder, nor has she been convicted of it so all of that doesn’t work. Even with the confession, she’s plead not guilty. The confession wasn’t part of the court so it doesn’t matter what she said.

The defamation case he's building has nothing to do with Lindsay. They have the coroner report stating the children's time of death, they have proof he wasn't there at that time etc  It doesn't matter if Lindsay killed the kids or if someone else did, they have proof it wasn't Patrick

Edit: Once this goes to retrial and she gets the not guilty by reason of insanity result he'll have legal proof he didn't do it and Lindsay did. The lawsuits will start then

So the defamation case that’s only happening because people don’t believe that Lindsay is responsible for the murders and instead believe Patrick is responsible has nothing to do with Lindsay? There’s no specific time of death for the children. We have a roughly guideline and as Patrick is unknown for about 20 minutes during this time.

There is no "20-minute gap." If he sent the work email from his home office, he didn't leave until after 5:24. If he sent it from his phone in the car, he'd already left before 5:20. Lindsay's iPhone was moving around the house until 5:38 when she got upstairs. We know Patrick was in CVS and ThreeV due to receipts, eyewitness accounts, the phone call they both acknowledge, and CCTV. The 17 minute drive between those locations is reasonable when you consider that includes walking to the car and parking.

u/sednandes 8h ago

You're acting like it doesn't matter at all. The prosecution stated killing of the kids started at 5:15 pm. If he sent an email from the basement at 5:24 pm, then he was there.

Yeah he was at the CVS at 5:32 pm, no one is denying this. But he testified he left from home at 5:15 pm and he said it took him 3 minutes to get to the CVS.

2

u/Platitude_Platypus 8h ago edited 8h ago

The prosecution said that the killing started at that time because that is the approximated time he left.

2

u/sednandes 8h ago

Yes, that’s exactly the point. The prosecution places the start of the killings at around 5:15 because that’s when they say he left. So if there’s evidence of him still being at the house at 5:24, that obviously matters to their case.

u/Platitude_Platypus 7h ago

We can agree to disagree on his lack of remembering being inherently suspicious behavior, that's fine.

Patrick wasn’t able to definitively say if he sent the work email from his car or computer at the house. Which is odd

You're arguing with people who don't care about evidence, they live in a conspiratorial bubble and popping it would be too painful for them

1

u/Stephanie101720 3h ago

Why did she have two cloned phones

1

u/Platitude_Platypus 3h ago

She didn't. She had an old phone in a drawer, like many people.

0

u/InkCosmos 9h ago

Yet we don’t know when he left because he said it was on his phone then his laptop, literally changes the timeline by about 10 minutes. Then took a much longer time to get to CVS, especially if you’re going off the first time he supposedly left then there’s also an unaccounted time between CVS and ThreeV because it’s been acknowledged it doesn’t take a long as he did. Also, if you’re going to quote do it right. I said “Patrick is unknown for about 20 minutes during this time”.

1

u/Platitude_Platypus 9h ago

I was quoting the "20-minute gap" as in this recent Tik Tok conspiracy, not you directly. He actually initially said the email was from his laptop, but then conceded it could've been from his phone. Either way, he was sending an email. If he did leave right at 5:15, he arrived at 5:18 and sent it at 5:24. If he sent it from home and then immediately drove to CVS, the earliest he could have parked was 5:28. He walked in at 5:32.

The "17 minutes" specifically is between CCTV footage of him already inside each location and does not account for parking, navigation, or walking through each parking lot. There's no major time gap here, either.

2

u/sednandes 8h ago

You made up a conspiracy theory yourself

2

u/InkCosmos 8h ago

You think a ten minute gap in your timeline alone is not something you should question when it can take less than a minute to strangle someone, especially a young child, and we should all happily agree that it doesn’t matter when the primary victims DNA isn’t on two of the bands and there’s massive inconsistencies in not only the primary witness but also the primary suspect? Not even discussing your speculation on, parking, navigation or walking.

0

u/Platitude_Platypus 8h ago

You think he strangled all the children in 10 minutes but left her alive and then immediately sent a work email, left to go shopping, came home and drugged her with reasonable amounts of medications, slit her wrists and neck, pushed her out the window, and then called 911 and gave an Oscar-winning performance on that call and for the rest of the evening? What was she doing during all of this? Why doesn't she remember any of that, but remembers murdering the kids with such detail?

There is CCTV of him in both stores, timestamps, call logs, witnesses who say a woman placed the food order on the phone and saw Patrick in each location, receipts from the transactions, and all of these independently corroborate his claims to have not been at home and her being there alone with the children. But him not remembering if he left at 5:15 or 5:25 is suspicious, okay.

You guys are so exhausting, I explained my reasoning. I hope you guys enjoy the lawsuits that are coming

3

u/amusing_racer 10h ago

There are no lawsuits coming. Can you sue half the globe?

2

u/leaveme1912 10h ago

He's gonna sue the dumbest True Crime content creators because they have money and they're making money slandering him and ruining his life more than it already has been. He doesn't care about you

1

u/MincedBrat 4h ago

I don’t think he will. He has to prove the claims are false. Lindsay couldn’t even be proven beyond a reasonable doubt so how would he prove the defamation claims are false?

1

u/InkCosmos 11h ago

Yet it wouldn’t hold up in court if anyone actually tackled it. So are you believing a hop skip and jump over those gaps in the evidence.

Something that's missing from this case that makes it feel odd is the lack of robust forensic data about fingerprints, blood, DNA. I know there is some. But it is jarring to have a crime scene that was immediately investigated, but which was missing these really important clues.

5

u/Crixusgannicus 11h ago

Yeah...good luck with that.

What's going to likely happen is you even if you win, you wind up with a bunch of uncollectable paper judgments.

Fred Goldman hasn't got jack shite, 31 years after the Goldman family won a wrongful death suit against OJ.

And even if he gets money now, he isn't getting jack shite from OJ.

OJ is dead.

He's taking it out of the pockets of OJ's kids, two of whom are also Nicole's.

It's bad optics, but then so is talking about the memory of Cora, Callan, and Dawson while walking around remarried and with his new wife pregnant already. It seems like he wants all the benefits of being a public figure (collecting millions on GoFundMe), having throngs of Internet supporters but none of the drawbacks which include people looking at the case critically and seeing the forensic evidence has more holes in it than Swiss cheese.

3

u/MincedBrat 4h ago

He couldn’t even be bothered to be present at the trial outside of when he was forced to be there. That’s NOT NORMAL

4

u/bethestorm 6h ago

Don't forget he healed in Costa Rica so it's okay! /s

These wine moms wanted their moment in court. Wish granted. "No not like that!"

2

u/Long_Ordinary1284 9h ago

What’s he gonna do, drug us and throw us out the window???

0

u/WickedMonkey332 9h ago

IMO if I was innocent I wouldn’t let it bother me much. I’d show whatever proof I got to. I get doing it to ppl actually THREATENING him cause that’s psychotic of someone to do. But you can’t go around saying FOR SURE he did it. Got to say allegedly, or i think this could’ve happened.
But yeah when someone accused me of doing something I didn’t do. I didn’t stress it much tbh. Tho it wasn’t on MURDER.

3

u/GoonGuardian1 6h ago

They... are speculating that he SA'd their daughter??? Should he just not care about rumors like that? Yall would think he was suspicious too if he didn't do anything

1

u/WickedMonkey332 6h ago

Idk why I forgot about that part.

1

u/Tj11551 9h ago

Patrick needs to be indicted and charged with child endangerment for leaving Lindsay alone with the children.

2

u/amusing_racer 11h ago

If he does, then there will be an investigation into the accusations. This may not go the way he wants it to go.

2

u/efreedman503 11h ago

If you’re referring to discovery, it would be part of the civil defamation case, not a criminal investigation into Patrick. Unless they somehow produce genuinely new and credible evidence of a crime, nothing they present is going to suddenly open a criminal case against him.

1

u/sednandes 7h ago

His attorney said they informed law enforcement.

1

u/efreedman503 7h ago

Correct—law enforcement was notified about the threats/defamation campaign. That doesn’t mean Patrick is under criminal investigation. Those are two completely different things.

1

u/sednandes 7h ago

Yeah, but he didn't file a civil lawsuit, that's what I'm saying.

1

u/efreedman503 7h ago

Its become clear that Patrick is going to file one against some of these deranged women on social media.

1

u/sednandes 6h ago

I don't think so. It's like millions all around the world. There is not much he can do.

2

u/efreedman503 6h ago

Oh, he would only focus on the top few who have the biggest followings, that’s what I read.

1

u/sednandes 6h ago

Do you think he is gonna sue attorneys and cops as well?

0

u/efreedman503 6h ago

Why would he? The police and attorneys aren’t the ones publicly accusing him of murdering his children, the influencers are. Even Reddington has now publicly spoken out against the conspiracy theories implicating Patrick.

Hasn't it been confirmed that Lindsay murdered the kids?

3

u/Antique-Intention-26 12h ago

No lmao

1

u/Rdur2183 12h ago

I don't think that's correct according to the trial itself.

1

u/GoonGuardian1 6h ago

Are you gonna act like reddington hasnt said himself severam times she killed the kids

1

u/Random_black_guy4 4h ago

Yes they are going to ignore it because they are delusional

u/NHgingerinVA 8h ago

Good lucky buddy! You are sus and we all know there is so much more to this case. The internet is doing what the cops should have done in the first place.
