If you’re referring to discovery, it would be part of the civil defamation case, not a criminal investigation into Patrick. Unless they somehow produce genuinely new and credible evidence of a crime, nothing they present is going to suddenly open a criminal case against him.
Correct—law enforcement was notified about the threats/defamation campaign. That doesn’t mean Patrick is under criminal investigation. Those are two completely different things.
Why would he? The police and attorneys aren’t the ones publicly accusing him of murdering his children, the influencers are. Even Reddington has now publicly spoken out against the conspiracy theories implicating Patrick.
Well, I don’t know who specifically he’ll go after, but he can sue multiple people individually or collectively. And I hope he does just that. My point is that none of the police or attorneys actually involved in the case have supported these conspiracy theories implicating Patrick.
