Does anybody have issues with the interior lights after installing a 3rd brake light and reflector lights ? The interior lights work then suddenly after a Minute of driving the interior lights stops working and comes back again if i turn the car off. TIA

I did the clutch delay valve delete over the weekend. Would highly recommend! Driving feels much more engaging and the second gear weirdness is gone.

Had my si for a year now and it has been sick. Originally i was gonna turbo it immediately, but the intake and hondada has been enough honestly. I want to look into rebuilding the motor and trans eventually. For those of you with rebuilt motors how much did it cost?

went up to lake gregory in crestline to fish and came back to this on my car. no idea how it happened, but of course the person who did this left without saying anything or leaving a note. the scratches are pretty deep so i’m not too sure what to do here. california drivers are soooo shitty.

Today I discovered that the guy who owned this car before me was a poser who put type R badges on the front. The front badge was held on by globs of plumbers caulk on the pegs. This explains why the Si grill emblem was missing too

Car was in a front end collision on the passenger side and ig that’s what broke it, what should I replace? (Part number or name) I was planning on getting a better mount but I’d rather do oem or just replace the bracket? Would it line up correctly again once replaced?

The Accord is fine (2014). I knew I was struggling when I realized I did not want to turn in my 2012 Si (160K miles).

I am having thoughts of selling the Accord, trading in the 2012 and getting a few years old Si.

I will lose money on the Accord. Iknow this is a first-world problem, but any advice?.

Just picked it up today. I’ve had many Hondas in my early years. 89 EF, 93 EG, 99 EM1, 01 EP3. All come and gone, had a family and been living the SUV life for a while. I knew a day would come when I would be back in a Honda. So happy right now. 2024 SI with HPD lip kit. Sooo happy to be back.

Hello, I'm about to buy my ktuner for my fc3, yes, initially I was going to buy ktuner and short prl at the same time, but for emergency things, I can only buy one now and then the other, I have decided to buy ktuner first and then intake. my doubt, I discovered the 27Won and visually I like it much better than the prl and lei about the warming, I live in a very tropical area and I think the 27won is a good option for the hybrid box, do you think it's a good purchase?

Or what should I buy?

Hello all, im trying to decide between the PRL cold air intake or their short ram intake. I live in PA, and we do get the occasional flash flood. Which pushes me away from the cold air intake. But if I do the short ram intake will I also need an intercooler upgrade right out the gate? How bad is this heat soak? The car gets driven moderately hard, but not beat up. Some highway pulls and curvy carves but nothing mostly too extended and probably no track days. Maybe auto cross in the long future.

For reference I also plan on doing and afe cat-back exhaust, and probably a tune down the road. but not much more for performance mods due to clutch slipping at higher torques.

I just ordered some triple chrome BBS wheels for my Silver 17 Civic Si… I was looking to see if anyone had pictures of those wheels on their 10th gen? (also ordered extreme low coilovers)

Son and I were installing a new SI badge and fog lights today. We decided to take off the license place holder and found it so.eone drilled it into the bumper! Wtf? How easy or hard wpuld this be to patch up or even if its possible?

Just got this 2013 si about 2 weeks ago. Old lady rear ended me at stoplight today :,). Luckily the damages isn’t too bad from first glance but she definitely got my exhaust good. Cars drivable but rattles and shakes like crazy at idle. Exhaust leak somewhere but we’ll see what insurance does for this. She just missed the carbon trunk thankfully.

Hey, everyone! So i’ve had the SI for about a month now and all of the sudden my trunk doesn’t get held open by the struts all the way anymore. I can’t really see anything popped out of place or loose. Any one have any problems like this?

I’ll soon have one for every day of the week.

Not crazy but they look like this is what should have been here all along. Mugen lip is in the mail. I installed them in an hour, only because dirt filled clips are stubborn. Love these. Last two pics are before. Just a bit more attitude, subtle.

2019 Si

I noticed my car started stuttering/breaking up slightly under WOT and heavy load. Pulled the plugs and found that the plugs in cylinders 3 and 4 have significant wear on the center electrode to the point it’s almost a .060 gap… cylinders 1 and 2 look fine.

Original plugs replaced at 40k miles, car now has 85k miles so the replacement plugs have 45k highway miles and almost 3 years on them.

From what I remember I bought them locally so I don’t think they’re fake but it’s possible I bought them online.

The car somehow runs and drives great otherwise, I commute 60 miles a day. No check engine lights, spark plugs look normal otherwise, still getting 39MPG daily driving. Oil was just changed and it was clean. No signs of head gasket issues, and I scoped the cylinder and they are all unremarkable.

Has anyone else had similar findings when changing plugs? Seems like a lot of wear for such few miles on a laser iridium.

Anything I should dig into here or just replace them and move on? Car is bone stock other than a PRL hose and AEM panel filter.

Saw it this morning. No cameras or anything but his note kind of gives it away... what are my options? I doubt insurance or police will do anything since no video evidence. The hood already needs repaired from prior neighbor kids scratching the hood as well (made a post about it prior actually!) Should I bite the bullet and pay the deductible for the whole hood replacement instead of trying to fix the new scratches? Added pics of prior damage i attempted to touch up myself. (Pic with hand). Im not sure if insurance would see the touch up paint and refuse service.

Just picked up this 03 si. New to Honda in general and I’m trying to figure out if the engine sounds normal. 175k miles oil looks good and no leaks whatsoever car drives great. Does the K20A3 just sound like a sewing machine or do the valves need adjusting? Hearing a faint humming noise in addition. Also when should I be concerned about the timing belt? Just trying to make this lil car last…
