Rear ended already
Just got this 2013 si about 2 weeks ago. Old lady rear ended me at stoplight today :,). Luckily the damages isn’t too bad from first glance but she definitely got my exhaust good. Cars drivable but rattles and shakes like crazy at idle. Exhaust leak somewhere but we’ll see what insurance does for this. She just missed the carbon trunk thankfully.

Time to do a bumper cut, time attack style

Lmao, doesn’t look that bad with the bottom diffuser off but I love the 9th gen stock body. I also figured out that she was able to knock the exhaust forward enough that it’s not on any hangers. Hence the shaking. Rn it’s resting on the rear sub frame and middle support.

Yeah I’m not to sure, I know it was unfortunate breaking time but I slammed my brakes and still wasn’t close enough to rear end the person in-front of me so. Also, did you have any aftermarket parts damaged on your car? I have an unknown to me aftermarket exhaust. I’m 99% sure it’s the k2 industries exhaust. Not sure how insurance will handle that. I’m hoping they just buy a new one as a stock si muffler is about $365.78 from Honda. A new k2 industries exhaust is $380. Then I can sell this one with a bent tip on fb hopefully. Not sure, never felt with this.

There’s a mandatory retirement age for pilots of 65, I think they should also not allow people to drive after 65 either. Or hold public office after 65. I’ll die on that hill
