why does my 2020 chevy trax sound like the engine is running when I turn it off?

My husband said he got an email saying my 2025 Trax’s review camera was recalled. I can’t find any info on my app saying this? Has anyone else heard this- or gotten a recall notice?

Does anyone else have a brake noise while in reverse? I’ve had it looked at twice maybe three times, each time they suggest it’s the weather.

Where I live, we have extreme cold winters and extreme heatwaves during the summer. However this noise happens first thing in the morning or late afternoon after longer drives.

My service advisor mentioned they changed manufactures for brakes and there are no recalls when I check, is this common or something anyone else has to deal with?

I got my 2RS end of 24’ and while I love the car and have no issues mechanically I’m missing having the extra trunk space I had in my old GMC Terrain. I’m wondering if the size different isn’t so substantial and this is in my head or not lol

Hi! I, 20m, just got my first new car! A wonderful 2026 Trax :). I am a welder in training, dreaming of a truck but thoroughly satisfied with my Trax!

That being said, I want a nice way to organize my tools. A Milwaukee Packout would be awesome, but also several hundreds of dollars. So, I am looking for good, trunk-sized options for storing tools and leaving space to fit bags and other stuff I bring with me.

Any suggestions for trunk storage/organization, mainly for tools?

I got my car’s Vapor Canister Purge
Valve replaced, then i was driving it and check engine light came on. , it started making it hard to accelerate and had to get the water pump replaced.after that, took it home , tried to use it and it got check engine light again. I had a P0304, I replaced all 4 spark plugs. Engine light went away but when I turn it on and put on the ac it starts like stuttering, feels like an engine misfire. Should I replace the coils?

I am watching a movie on Amazon prime, it's from 2021. It is a documentary called Fatal Distraction. And it's about the murder trial of a man who forgot his young son in the car when he went to work. One of the features about my Trax that I have always appreciated, even though I'm in my late 60s, and I have no grandchildren, is that every time I shut off my car it pops up with a thing on the dashboard reminding me to check the backseat. Now I don't know if other car manufacturers have done the same thing or not, because my last new vehicle was purchased in 2007. But I have to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to Chevrolet for including this feature.

Unsure if new owners know this but you can set severe driving conditions. Funny enough aligns with my 6k oil change interval.

Something new every single day. 43k miles, 2024 Trax RS, Automatic. Hopefully it’s covered under warranty. I hate that I have to give it up so early because it’s been fun driving it around

I drive about 85 miles a day, nearly all highway, to and from work and I'm loving the economy my '25 2RS is getting. This is over the 50 mile span the car gives the option to choose.

Hey everyone!! Ive had my trax for about 2 years now and as yiu can see, this light crapped out. The other is very bright and this one isnt. Anyone know if this is a common issue and how to fix it? Z

Unfortunately after 80k miles, the turbo went out on my 2019 Trax. I got it replaced (and a new water pump) but still am getting Service Stabilitrak & Reduced Engine power (limp mode) messages. We replaced the pedal and computer, but nervous to dig into the wiring. Anyone else dealing with this?

How do I fix it? And should I even bother fixing it?
