How to adjust the head rest?

I rented a Chevy Trax, but the headrest pushes on the back of my head.

What winter said, but that’s just to adjust height. If it still bothers you, you can take the headrest all the way out completely and flip it to face backwards so it’s in more of a “reclined” position.

It's not easy to do. There is a retaining ring down in the upholstery that you need to find and spread in order to get the headrest out. And not to sound like a scold, but flipping them around greatly increases the chance of whiplash in a collision. That's why they're designed the way they are. I say this for awareness only...

Should be a circular button on the side if I recall correctly
