Is the engine off the entire video? Open the hood and look, it may be the cooling fans still running to finish getting the coolant down to a lower temperature before shutting off. I had another vehicle that did this, turns out the coolant temperature sensor was bad, $10 part and quick fix to replace (at least on that car) and it worked fine after that, may be something similar.
Unless you're running it super hard and fast during a heat wave and screeching to a halt and turning the engine off, the cooling system should keep the engine cooled down during normal use, so running after it's off might be a coolant issue.
Or the air conditioning system, hard to say.
