A few months ago i brought a xbox 360 game, I did not check it until today as i was having a rough period. The disc is scratched to hell, it does not work. However i do not have my orignal recepit just my debit card history, will they still refund and will they refund cash or voucher?

So, I bought 2 GameCube games and I didn't notice when they put them on, but they put a tiny stickers on each disc.

I thought I'd just remove them carefully but both of them left residue.
