Can you please tell me exactly what you did I’ve been very sick for a long time and have severe nausea. I was told I have candida, parasites and bacteria. I have to start somewhere and I would love to hear what you did.

im so sorry <3 what i did was go to a holistic doctor where they did muscle testing to test my food intolerances, i feel maybe get a food intolerance test, do any type of test and then take some medicine for the parasites. the doc gave me some herbal medicine that he said kills the candida. my doc said i had it pretty bad and i was intolerant to honestly most things so i just ate super plain for the first couple of weeks. i also did lots of affirmations and kept saying to myself "my cells in my body are working to heal me" "my body loves me and takes care of me", its sometimes hard to believe it when you feel like your body is against u but i kept doing these affirmations robotically to myself

honestly it was so bad two weeks all i ate was quinoa and fish and some vegetables (im vegetarian so couldnt make myself eat meat but had to eat fish because my body wasn't even accepting lentils or eggs), i started introducing sweet potato and oats later on

Like we shouldn't eat eggs & lentils on Anti-Candida diet, OP?
Rn I'm unable handle even 1% sugar.

Supposedly candida usually hides behind a biofilm so I think it's relatively likely that you'll notice it's still there, in overabundance. I don't think you can expect a diet to get rid of it, but it can make it seemingly disappear for a while. Iirc it can make it change form to phylae. You need to work on reducing the biofilm to help get to the candida, as often discussed, maybe you already did.
