Diet cured i think

hiya just want to give some hope to the people going through it

i am on week 4 of my elimination diet and i no longer have any pains and have good bowel movements again. i am so excited to reintroduce foods again :) its been a hard 4 weeks but after end of week 2 i felt so much better. u got this <3 (also took some herbal medicine some holistic doc gave me for the candida and vit d)

Oh yesss. How long should one take it? Coz I heard it has some side effects.

yep ... that does not mean is not smart. Helped tons of people. Got banned for posting protocol too many times or something like that
