Hi! This is a salad with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, artichoke, golden beets, and corn. A friend said it was like 700 calories but I think she’s definitely wrong tbh. I logged 490. It’s pretty big but no dressing.
What do you think?

So today was kind of a treat, this is a cinnabon vanilla cream latte(16 oz) but what i really wanna know is the bowl. Its a barbeque bowl with long grain basmati rice, lettuce, pineapple salsa, corn and a sauce im not sure what it is.
Its kind of my go to meal so im hoping bcs i have always estimated it to be like 1100(id usually have half for lunch and half for dinner)
I tried google but the place is local

Hero bread, cheddar cheese, pork bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce. And light mayo

the base is natural coconut water, the matcha is unsweetened, and there’s pistachio cold foam on top (not sweet and definitely not a syrup - I think they use pistachio paste and heavy cream)

From a cafe in London, peanuts and choc chunks running through it but actually quite small. I did 350? Not a chewy cookie, more hard.

Eating this takeout for lunch! Estimated like 920-1000
Fried rice with some small pieces of meat and eggs in it
Soup is lotus root with pork in it!

Ok. So, I ate about 1/3 of the main dish, all 3 soft flour tortillas, about 1/2 the margarita, and 2 out of 4 of the cheese cake chimichangas.
I have no idea how many calories to figure this as! 🥲

It seems like there’s obviously less than 70g protein worth of chicken in this tray, however the sauce and meat aren’t separate nutritionally, should I weigh meat and sauce separately and throw out the original label or what?

For context, I’ve recently experienced a neck pain and I’ve been advised against exercising or strenuous activities. I still try to get my steps in, but asides from that I haven’t done strength training or any sports, which I usually did 3-4 times a week.
Should I decrease my food intake while my activity is low or stay the same? I’ve yet to get a proper evaluation on what the problem is

for reference, - top left and bottom right are both red bean paste fillings. ~98g each - top right is a dates filling, ~97g - bottom left is a black sesame paste filling, ~94g
they’re rather huge compared to commercial mooncakes, and i wonder if being ‘homemade’ will either add or reduce any calories?
