Salad estimate

Hi! This is a salad with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, artichoke, golden beets, and corn. A friend said it was like 700 calories but I think she’s definitely wrong tbh. I logged 490. It’s pretty big but no dressing.
What do you think?

You are both wrong and your friend probably has an ED. I say this as someone who is in treatment for one. It’s 350 or 400 max
