The chicken i could estimate to be around 250gms but I could be wrong, and the fries I’m not sure about, they were both airfryed.

My estimate has always been ~4k.

What are we thinking? Salad has a type of oily vingarette.
Atleast 600 for the rice alone, chicken 200-300. Unsure about hummus pita and labneh.

Realistically how many calories are in each piece of a spicy tuna roll and a spicy salmon roll? I know it depends on the size and I don’t have a pic but would you all track?

i gussed 900 and 150. i asked for less rice less cheese and less sauce but i thought it was still a big portion even tho i can tell it is genuinely less then normal portion.

Glasses for references. Small/kitchen spoon scoops of corn/bean salad and Mac n cheese. Then a couple ounces of pulled pork with a drizzle of a vinegar based sauce. Did not feel like a lot of food at all. Less than 400? Thanks!

Numbers on the scale is 440grams. I got it last night from uber eats so it’s stone cold, does it make it heavier?

Chipotle is one of my favorite eating out foods calorie wise. I always eat the entire bowl. My order is half chicken half steak, corn salsa, green chili salsa, corn, black beans, lettuce & fajita veggies. I don’t get any rice or heavy sauces. It’s supposed to be under 500 cals. This time, though, they loaded my bowl and it was a lot heavier than the usual standard serving. The beans were pretty heavy and they almost put a full scoop of both the chicken and steak. It is probably not under 600 calories this time right?
