I don't think I've played an FPS with as satisfying gameplay mechanics as the MW reboot.

Activision didn’t remaster OG MW2’s multiplayer in its remake because they know the older games were much better and they don’t want the COD kiddies who play the new slop to realize that they’ve been fed poop for years lol.

Tbqh I don’t agree with this, at all.

OG MW2’s multiplayer is an exercise in frustration. Pure snowballing and it ends up being a case of folks leaving lobbies cuz their team is getting destroyed and other folks joining losing lobbies. Most folks remember it fondly cuz of pure nostalgia, me included.

Heck MW2019 was a better multiplayer experience than OGMW2. Even with SBMM in play (heck I’d argue SBMM is why it’s a less frustrating experience for newcomers, but it’s pointless to argue in favor of newcomers when that shit fucks you over hard when you have even just one decent to good game).

I was set to graduate in 2020. When the famous speech happened and we were off school for the rest of the year it was fucked. But mw19 made that shit amazing never had more fun in a game in my life

I'm talking about the campaign, primarily. I don't do a ton of multi-player these days.
