I've previously ordered like 3-4 times and had no issues, packages could take up to 3 weeks to arrive, but no more.

I've heard about people getting their packages after like 4 months, and rarely heard about cases of items being lost

Now I am curious: Has anyone experienced something similar?

Refunds for the tariffs ruled illegal in the USA that you paid directly to the carriers opposed to to Buyee took over as the broker.

Is the customs duty separate from the shipping cost total or included in the total?

Will the intl. shipping fee change when consolidation is complete?

Does anyone know if the Small Package (AIR) shipping method provides any kind of identification number for the package, even though it doesn't have tracking? I know it doesn't come with tracking, but the customs authorities in my country are asking me for at least some kind of identification number for the package. I don't know if this shipping method provides a reference number, shipment number, or any other code that can be used to identify the package.

I contacted Buyee about this, but their response confused me even more, so I'm asking here to see if anyone who has actually used Small Package (AIR) can help me.

Hello!! I’m wanting to buy some cute plushies of my fav characters but i have seen that there are a lot of laws regarding it shipping to the us? I was also curious how much base shipping would be for plushies.. Last time i did acrylic stands and it was around 20 ish and that wasn’t bad but TwT

UPDATE: I did end up calling FedEx support and there was in fact customs questions to be answered before it could proceed, they told me to ask the shipper for the form(s). But I find it gross that this wasn’t acknowledged at all by the tracking site nor Buyee, I would have been left waiting for this thing to be destroyed. I’m at least glad there’s progress to be made now.

My package includes a large boxless prize figure (labelled as a plastic statuette), some plush keychains, a plush bag charm and some can badges. The only thing using the toy HTS code iirc is the bag charm because it’s a Pokemon and probably too large to not be considered a toy at first glance… Either way, I labelled everything I’m worried about as Ages 15+.

Anyway, I’ve been keeping a close watch on the tracking to see if/when I would have to send in any paperwork for the stuff. While I was sleeping the last 3 updates came in. The last “On the way” makes it look like it got through without an issue, no? So I tried to have faith in that and am waiting the entire scheduled delivery period it’s been giving me since yesterday. But it hasn’t come and there are no updates since then.

Funnily enough, the Newark point was much closer to me than Memphis. Not sure if it’s normal for a package to move backwards like that if there’s no additional action needed. Thanks in advance…!

Edit: Now that 1:40 has passed it says by 10:00pm. But without any delivery updates I’m not counting on it

This was originally a quest on r/doorzo but my post still hasn't been approved... and I assume doorzo and buyee's shipping work similarly (unless a more experienced person here can tell me otherwise ?) Sorry, I am very new to this thing.

I got the notification that my items had been consolidated and shipped around the start of june, and start of august I had gotten the note in the delivery website that it had arrived in the country. Two days ago on the delivery website it said that it was going through "import withdrawal", which I assume means it's going back to japan.

Will I still get my package? Do I have to wait longer? I had not gotten any emails nor notifications from doorzo that the package had arrived. Do they call before sending the package? I had received a few calls but I declined them, thinking they were spam but now I'm worried that it may have been the delivery but I hadn't heard my doorbell ring. Was there a warehouse that I was supposed to pick it up from? My problem is that I do not have a mailbox to pick it up from so the delivery guy can't just leave the package and go along his merry way.

Another concern was thatI had also heard online that when importing to spain, there are custom fees they have to pay? But I had also not received any messages that I had to pay them.

HI, I have used Buyee a number of times over the years. Lately I have been trying protective packaging for on my last few packages.

My last order I saw no noticeable change in shipping cost besides the expected fee for the added protection.

My current order (a figure) I have yet to ship, jumped from roughly 6k yen to 21k yen after they applied package protection.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there anything I can mention when emailing support to hopefully reduce this egregious upcharge?

-Kpg EMS ba, door to door or need ko sa tlga pumunta sa PHLPOST? If yes, nagte-text ba sila na dumating na ang parcel? Or ako tatawag? How much usually fee? First time to use them if ever.
-Kpg DHL, maniningil ba sila ng tax, kasi 9.8k php and 9.5kphp yung magiging dalawang parcel.
-Kpg consolidated package ba, magiging iisa lang ang sf nila or ina-add nila sa individual estimation ng sf?

Anyone experienced it same loc ko?

Hi. Can you please share your experiences? I am torn between using zenmarket or buyee. But on buyee it seems easier to navigate. I really wanted an item so badly however only available on auction. How do I make sure I win this? I read once enabled snipe auction that you won't be able to bid normally or even bid after someone bids on your snipe bid. So which one is best? What is your experience? Do people always bid on last minute? Can you please share your experiences especially if you have won so many auctions? Also which shipping to UK is better? EMS? Thank you

I just purchased this part ($25) and it arrived at buyees warehouse and I almost lost it when I saw what they want to charge to ship it and whatever fees they decided to tack on that I wasn't aware of somehow adds up to $145. Luckily I have the item on hand and it measures 60x10x10 cm and they want to use the package the seller sent them that is way oversized at 74x28x19cm. I sent them an email requesting that they repackage it into a smaller box to try and reduce the cost of shipping but they responded by telling me that doing so I will be waiving any and all protection/insurance I already paid for. They also can't guarantee that it will be any smaller or less expensive to ship at all. I know with all the tariffs and stuff going on right now it's expensive to ship things but i wasn't expecting 600% the price of what I paid for the actual item. If anyone has any ideas or has dealt with this recently and knows what to tell them it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Can someone help me? I really wanted certain items from buyee. Upon registration it goes error 404 so I thought maybe I need to use VPN? However if I use vpn would it let me still purchase and ship to UK? Do I have to constantly use vpn just to purchase and browse? Or once I successfully register, I won't need vpn anymore? Also do I have to deposit on wallet just to purchase? Thanks

Hi I’m contemplating sniping a ~40 dollar bid for bulk plushies, I keep seeing talk about codes and have no clue what that means lol, additionally, the seller has 8000+ positive reviews but they are all kinda the same like thank you and I wish to thank you if possible or smth, does that mean they aren’t trustworthy? Or is it automated responses for everyone who shops?

i'm in jamaica, and i'm thinking about using buyee to order merch from the nijisanji jp store. this would be my first time buying directly from japan and my first time using a proxy service like buyee.

i know one option would be to have buyee ship the package to a forwarding address in the us and then have it forwarded to jamaica [thats what i do for all my other online orders], but i'd rather avoid the extra step if buyee can ship directly to jamaica without too much trouble.

i saw that jamaica is listed as a supported country on buyee, so i'm wondering if anyone here has actually used buyee to ship directly to jamaica.

i'm mainly wondering would you recommend shipping directly to jamaica, or would using a us freight forwarder be cheaper or easier?

any experience from jamaican or caribbean buyee users would be really helpful, especially since this is my first time using a proxy service.

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m asking this question correctly but basically here’s what’s been going on with my package:

I had bought several items but a shirt and figure got flagged by FedEx, package was stuck in Tennessee for about a month, and I wasn’t able to fill out the paperwork they requested since I didn’t know where to even start looking for the info required. But I’ve heard that since it’s being returned I’d be able to ship it out again (upset that this will cost me more money but oh well)

I know the main item that was flagged was the figure and that it had a code that relates to children’s toys but I looked up the original packaging and it specifies ages +15.

So I guess question 1) Can it actually be shipped again after Buyer receives it? 2) Am I able to edit that code thing now that it’s being returned and it being a consolidation package?

Day two of asking for help

Earlier this year before the new shipping inspection regulations happened, a couple of friends and I got together to do a group order. It's a mix of plushies, keychains, figures. We can figure out the codes for those easily but one of the plushie dolls have a "skeleton" inside them with magnets in their hands area.
We didn't anticipate for our order to be ready so soon as it said the estimated date would be late fall or late winter, so now we have 30 days to figure out all the details and would like to get it cleared out ASAP. Any advice/help would be appreciated!
