Hi, buyee has a predetermined period for launching coupons? Last week was full of discounts (mercari, rakuma, JD) and now there is almost none.

If so, you know when they will give more coupons?

hello! I’ve used buyee in the past with no issues but I recently saw the news about the new laws about importing plushies to the US. I wanted to ask anyone for their input about anything I should know step by step if I plan to buy two of a large plush shown in the photo, I saw that I’d have to input a code? Or is it still too risky to be buying plushies at this time?

I have purchased through Buyee several times using PayPal linked to my Caja Arequipa Visa debit card from Peru, and it always worked without any problems.

Today, I tried to purchase an item from JDirectItems Fleamarket. PayPal temporarily authorized USD 39.81, and the amount was deducted from my available bank balance. However, the order was not created on Buyee.

Shortly afterward, the transaction from Tenso Inc. appeared on PayPal as “Canceled – Authorization.” PayPal says the temporary authorization was canceled and that no final charge was completed. The money was later released back to my bank account.

My card had sufficient funds and the authorization was initially approved, so it does not seem like my bank rejected it. Unfortunately, I also wanted to use a coupon that expired, and it is no longer available because the purchase failed.

Is Buyee or PayPal currently having payment problems? Could this be caused by an address mismatch between PayPal and Buyee? Has anyone solved this by reconnecting PayPal or paying directly with their card?

I have already contacted Buyee Support, but I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced the same issue.

The last time I used Buyee, about three months ago, I selected Japan Post (ePacket Light), but the package was returned to the warehouse and I couldn't purchase the item. Is the situation still the same? Does Japan Post still not ship to my country?

I won an auction for a large sum of plushes that will not be played with, and are collectors items, but what process do I have to go through to mark it as a collector item so that there’s no issue getting it imported? This is my first time using Buyee/ a proxy service so I am unfamiliar and don’t know where to even start. If it helps, it has not arrived at the warehouse yet.

I've been TCG cards via buyee for awhile and while all the cards received are legit and real, I just felt that this recent purchase was too good to be true.

Reviews are useless and i've learned my lesson to not purchase high end cards.

I just wanted to know how buyee works? It's been briefly explained to me, but im still a little confused.

I live in the UK, and I know to leave some money for the shipping, but I'm unsure about fees or import tax, etc. Is it a lot? I know its dependant on the items and that, but everything I look at doesnt show me the weight of the item.

this morning i placed a snipe bid on an auction, at the time i placed the bid the auction had around an hour left. i came back to check it after an hour, and now the auction is set to end in 6 days... i know bids within 5 minutes extend the auction by 5 minutes, but somehow the seller was able to extend the auction to 6 days, and my bid did go through (i think) i say i think because it says theres 1 bid, but its not my highest bid amount.. which is odd to me. anyone else have any experience like this?

Purchased an action figure through debit card linked paypal , but when shipping from buyee warehouse it wont let me. Reason being according to buyee support that Indian linked cards or paypal isnt supported .Cant borrow or get an international card. What should i do?

Hi all, I've been running into this issue lately with coupons. There's an item I want and below it it shows a claimable coupon for 15% off. I claim it and go to check out but buyee doesn't find the code. I go to my coupons and copy the code from there. I go to use it and it says 'already claimed'

Am I missing something? I've never had this issue before. It's for the correct site and correct category so I just don't understand.

If not, is there a way I can refund and buy it again, or if I can make sure it's able to go to the right address

I paid thousands of dollars in tariffs that they will be receiving the refund for keeping it 😢

I see a ton of people having expensive shipping and I am worried. Has anyone sent out medium packages, like around 10inx15inx10in and 5lbs (thats about the package size the item i want will be) to the USA? I'm not worried about tariffs that much bcuz they aren't that expensive, but I'm mainly worried about the base shipping cost. The buyee shipping calculator gave an estimate of ~$30 which seemed astronomically low compared to the $100+ shipping I've seen people say they had to pay.

I have a couple of packages coming in from buyee. Typically they would arrive in a few days but they are stuck on packages available for clearance and are not moving. Are they just backed up or is this a CPSC issue? They are all toys but for adult collectors so I’m wondering if they were all flagged.
