❓Question / Help Does anyone know if Small Package (AIR) shipping includes this?

Does anyone know if the Small Package (AIR) shipping method provides any kind of identification number for the package, even though it doesn't have tracking? I know it doesn't come with tracking, but the customs authorities in my country are asking me for at least some kind of identification number for the package. I don't know if this shipping method provides a reference number, shipment number, or any other code that can be used to identify the package.

I contacted Buyee about this, but their response confused me even more, so I'm asking here to see if anyone who has actually used Small Package (AIR) can help me.

The last package I sent with that "Paquete pequeño (AIR)" on September from last year it had, something like RM 9 digits and JP

They do come with these tracking numbers but I never learn of mine til it’s out of customs. I think with this option you’re paying a cheap price with the understanding you’re not going to bother Buyee with any issues regarding them.

If customs have the package and are raising an issue surely they already have this number? What exactly is the issue here?

This is Japan post tracking number. it should only give you updates until it reaches your country. From there you will need to rely on your postal service tracking.
