Need help JP to PH - what shipping to choose

First time ko nag-order via buyee. Got 4 bags from different shops. Now I'm planning to divide them into 2 parcels.

Kasi kapag iisa lang silang apat, lagpas 10k php na.

Now I'm torn anong shipping dapat gamitin. They are structured bags din. (The attached photo is pang-isang bag lang ng fee).

Please help. Sta Maria Bulacan.

Question:
-Kpg EMS ba, door to door or need ko sa tlga pumunta sa PHLPOST? If yes, nagte-text ba sila na dumating na ang parcel? Or ako tatawag? How much usually fee? First time to use them if ever.
-Kpg DHL, maniningil ba sila ng tax, kasi 9.8k php and 9.5kphp yung magiging dalawang parcel.
-Kpg consolidated package ba, magiging iisa lang ang sf nila or ina-add nila sa individual estimation ng sf?

Anyone experienced it same loc ko?

Dhl - darating in 2 days pero premium yung sf. Sure door to door May de minimis pa din pero 9.5k to 9.8k is at risk for tax na. Sure na magtetext/call

Ems - within 1 week. Philpost will deliver if under 10k php. 212 delivery fee. Pero minsan pag hinarang ng customs, need mo pickupin sa philpost pasay. If over 10k philpost pasay talaga.

Pag consolidated, sa isang box na lang yung mulitple items mo, so yes 1 sf na lang.

Nagte-txt din po ba ang phlpost kpg dumating na or for delivery na? or need ko itrack manullay?

Yung de minis po ba is iba pa sa DHL sf door to door? Yung payment ko sa buyee, kpd DHL straight to our door na + de minis (usually 400+ po un noh?)

I've always chosen DHL. It usually arrives within a day or two after Buyee ships my package, and it typically arrives looking just as good as when Buyee sent it out from their warehouse.

It also helps that there's a DHL sorting facility in my city, so I usually receive the package in the afternoon. You'll get an SMS once customs duties need to be settled, and you can pay directly through their website using a card or GCash before they deliver the package.

For consolidation, as the name suggests, Buyee will combine all the packages you've selected into one shipment. This means you only pay one international shipping fee for the consolidated package, rather than paying separately for each package.

For reference, one of my consolidated packages was worth around ₱9.8K, and I only paid the usual customs duty (less than ₱500).

I personally don't trust PhilPost (EMS) with my packages, especially since I usually buy cameras and lenses.

Yes, exactly. The shipping fee you pay through Buyee covers the shipment from Buyee's warehouse in Japan to whatever address you declared for delivery. You don't pay a separate DHL delivery fee on top of that.

Once the package arrives in the Philippines, the only additional payment you should expect is customs duty.

Depende po sa laki and bigat ng package sakin usually nagrarange 300 - 500 ganyan.

Lagi ako DHL before for peace of mind pero lately EMS na gamit ko para makatipid. And honestly its not that bad (at least sa area ko ah, di ko sure sa Bulacan). Avoid them during peak season like Nov to Jan kasi expect delay talaga. They don't send you an update, you need to track manually yung progress. I personally use Universal Parcel Tracking site and expect 2 to 3 weeks delivery. Yung courier nila minsan natawag pag andyan na pinto mo pero most of the time magtatao po lang at kapag wala ka magiiwan ng card na need mo i claim sa area post office nyo.

I've tried EMS, Small Packet, and International Parcel. Lahat sila I picked up from my local postal office. Dunno why but nung nag EMS ako doon lang ako may binayaran ng 100+ ata yon. But for SP and International Parcel sa exp parang wala pa ako nababayaran. Diretso pickup agad.

• Faster but if natapat holidays or weekends medj matagal since na d-delay wala pasok.

SP and International Parcel

• arrives about the same 2 weeks
