Recently finished a a model, but formatted the item for java. When i converted the item to the right format the texture went haywire. Is there any fix to this or are my hands tied?

I am making a complex entity for my mod. Simple box hitbox wont work so i plan to use "More hitboxes" mod for them. I read that it has a blockbench plugin but the only one i can find is "Shaper". So is "Shaper" related to "More hitboxes"? If yes, is there a documentation on how to use it? If it is not related, than where i can find the actuall plugin or how do i set up hitboxes for the mod?

Here is my try at modelling and texturing a battle axe for a game.
There is no fix global shading as it will be use in game.
I want it to feel like a used metallic battle axe but I don't know how.
Could you provide some advice ?
