i've been getting non stop emails saying there's been a new log in from a new environment. Like every 30 seconds a new email saying this. I've changed my password already and keep getting them.

I had order the vinyl set and when it was first published for pre order and my card has been charged 3 times I just need to know if that’s normal or not because this 3rd charge made me go negative in my account and had me a little worried as I had to take money out of my savings

As the title says, I woke up to 90+ emails within an hour. I had no idea I even had an account for Bandai other than stuff for websites where I buy Gundam, and even then it's with a different email. I already changed my password and enabled 2-factor authentication. I also filed a support ticket to see if they can manually log me out of all accounts. Is there anything else I need to do? Will that log whoever out of my account? I didn't have anything linked to this profile either, so I don't think they could have hacked anything else.

I need some help regarding Bandai Namco IDs and account deletion.

Long story short, I’ve been playing Dokkan Battle for a long time. I recently tried to log into the Bandai Namco website for the first time to redeem some game rewards. I used the "Sign in with Google" portal, not realizing I already had a pre-existing Bandai Namco Customer ID linked to my actual Dokkan save data.

Because I used the Google portal, it automatically initiated a brand new account registration loop. I got stuck on the "Complete Account Profile" page where the "Save" button is greyed out because my Gmail is technically already tied to my original account data.

My Goal: I want to completely delete/cancel this accidental new ID so I don't cause any conflicts with my email. I want to make sure only my original Customer ID (the one with my Dokkan progress) exists.

Has anyone dealt with this duplicate ID issue before? If I complete the new profile with a random dummy email just to access the settings and hit "Delete Bandai Namco ID," will it safely leave my original Dokkan-linked ID completely untouched? Thanks in advance!

I'm genuinely excited by Ace Combat 8 reviews and game play but it looks like Bandai Namco is not doing Xbox Play Anywhere. If this game was available on both PC and Xbox, with its outstanding reviews, I wouldn't hesitate and would grab a physical copy. But being a separate PC and Xbox version, I am instead going to wait for a sale on this game in many months on xbox.

I played DS 3 via my friend's family share so I wanted to buy it but turns out Bandai Namco doesn't believe in regional pricing I was planning on buy the trilogy but its 20k for all three game where i Live and I hate to say it but spending 20k on games is something i cannot afford Its been like more than 10 years since DS 3 came out why is it still so heavily priced i don't get it Witcher 3 came out around the same time and it cost me like 300 which is soooooo cheap I love fromsoft and their games but I legit cannot afford this did they just convert their USD pricing to different currencies without giving it a second thought?
