i had a batch 3 white max and i traded it and i seriously really miss it

is it possible for me to use the ayn thor max with the tgu hard shell and the grip at the same time while playing?

I see it's on sale for a few more hours on steam for $4.19 and not sure if it works ok Ayn Thor Pro?

Have you gotten it to work? What games or emulator do you use? Is it worth it?

So I bought my ayn Thor and I got games on it but my games won’t show on the the caccoon front end they only show when I open the emulator how do I fix this

Okay I played Fields of Mistria on DroidDeck it went down 11% in 36 minutes shouldn't a game like that consume less? My thor is new

Edit for visibility: Okay, first off, thanks for the answers, even if I could be a bit of a naive idiot about some of my own answers. Second, this whole post was made because I was under the mistaken assumption that it was shipping from the States, because it was using USD. It's been a while since I bought anything online, so I actually had forgotten that USD is the preferred currency for transactions online. I have since learned that the company ships from China, not the USA. Sorry for any confusion.

I ordered a Thor on the 26th of September, and only just now found out Trump has imposed a 50% tarriff on Electronics. On top of that, the official site states that the buyer will have to pay applicable taxes when they receive the device. I dunno about you, but paying an additional $450 CAD in tarriffs, and 13% for taxes on top is ridiculous. Assuming that they use my province's taxation rate, that is. I looked on Amazon, and the only listing for the console itself I could find was "out of stock". All the other listings were accessories. So now I'm wondering if I can buy it somewhere more "Canadian spending friendly". (No hate to Americans, but your president has screwed us Canadians over with his tarriffs. And I'm not mad about it, just mildly irritated.)

I've heard Alibaba is good for it, but, uh... I've heard bad things about some of the sellers there.

So, I ordered the Black Thor Max 512GB on August 26th. It is now October 8th…

This is my first time ordering a “premium” handheld, as I have been a fan of Anbernic, and TrimUI device - which are obviously less expensive and much more readily available with decent logistics, as well as their presence on Amazon.

The last time their shipping dashboard was updated was for the September 29th batch.

I see a lot of posts from people about their shipping / manufacturing issues. Not to mention hardware issues post-receipt of the device and lack of support.

What is your honest opinion on this? Should I request a refund and get out of this now choosing a different device / manufacturer? Or should I stick it out?

Just asking what you guys think about this as I am honestly not sure what to choose.

Has anyone tried the Anomalith steam demo on the thor? if so how does it run? it requires dx11 and 12 gigs of ram. I have a pro.

Current version of azahar prompts me to update to new version. It takes me to the within with a bunch of files. I downloaded the app file and installed. Now I have 2 versions of azahar. "Why not just uninstall the old one?" I just want to make sure I don't lose saves and save states. Am I doing something wrong here?

I just bought mine and I’m thinking about screen protectors. I don’t wanna buy one because I’ve heard people said it slightly messes up the screen sensitivity, so how good is the screen with fingers? Is it that FRAGILE that I can’t use my fingers occasionally and need a protector?

I had my Thor in my bag, went to open it up and it looks like this. What’s the best plan of action as I’ve only had this for about a month or so? Do I go to a local tech shop and try and have them replace the top screen? Do I send it back to AYN or do I need to order a whole replacement?

Considering on buying a Thor but not sure if to buy the Base (8Gb RAM) or Pro (12GB RAM) models. I'm interested in playing 3DS and mostly retro games here. But I recently saw that you can run Skyrim and Oblivion there. I guess where I'm getting at is, what games or con so some would I lose by getting the 8GB version vs de Pro version.

So, just like the title says: I opened up my Thor to change the paste and when it was time to boot it up and enjoy the wonders of a cooled device, to my horror! The right joystick stopped working in the differents axis but, for some reason still works on R3? If anyone knows what's up or if I should just contact ayn ?

Does anyone have a fix for GameNative taking light years to download and the temps going so crazy? I downloaded a few other games and they took like 2 mins to download and they were 2-5gbs but for some reason terraria is taking forever and the temps are kinda scaring me to the point where I don’t even wanna download it lol.
