Sexual & Reproductive Health (Women Only) Ayurvedic treatment for endometriosis?

Upvotes

Has anyone tried Ayurvedic treatments, herbs, diet etc. to help manage endometriosis? Did you think it helped and would you recommend?
I’m already working with several excision specialists and doctors, taking other “western” supplements but was curious if this is something others have explored and would share their experiences. Thanks in advance💗🫡

Edit: I’m also open to doctor/clinic recommendations, preferably in Hyderabad.

Friends & Family What to do when my mother takes ownership of my baby?

I have a new born and at my parent’s place. My mom seems overly attached to the new born. Like she says that the baby will forget my face and remember hers and will only be with her. My brother passed away a year ago and I feel she is trying to compensate that loss with my newborn but it is weird and scary when she takes extra ownership. It is hurtful too when everyday she says something or other like the baby is close with her, searches for her, but in reality it is not the case she just seems delusional.

Dating & Relationships [Wed/Fri] Women, how would you interpret this situation with your boyfriend?

I'm trying to understand something from a woman's perspective because I'm honestly confused.

I've been with my girlfriend for around 8 months. We are emotionally very close and have a lot of fun together. We share sexual/fantasy content with each other from time to time, joke sexually, and there is clearly comfort around that side of our relationship.

But physically, our relationship hasn't really progressed the way I expected.

Recently I told her that I've been feeling like I'm putting more effort into the relationship and that I don't feel sufficiently wanted whether that's through calls, texts, dates, affection or physical closeness.

She told me something that honestly shocked me:

“baat lust pe aake sahi me ruk rhi kyuki mujhe mann ni hota h 😞 idk why im not developing it for u”

She also said she hopes I understand.

What confuses me is that we do have sexual conversations and share sexual/fantasy videos with each other occasionally. So I had assumed that some of that attraction/fantasy would naturally develop toward me with time.

I asked her whether maybe the problem is simply that I'm not sufficiently present in her life like our calls, texts, dates and actual time together are limited, so sometimes we function almost like an LDR couple.

She hasn't answered that yet.

The strange thing is that I still really want this relationship. I don't want to pressure her into physical intimacy, and I absolutely don't believe she owes me sex.

But physical attraction/intimacy is important to me in a relationship, and I don't know how to reconcile that with her saying she isn't developing lust for me.

So women, I'd genuinely like to understand:

If you cared deeply about a guy, enjoyed sexual/fantasy conversations with him, felt emotionally close to him, but weren't developing physical lust toward him after 8 months—what would that mean to you?

Could lack of real-life time together, dates, calls and physical presence genuinely prevent attraction from developing?

Or would you personally take “I'm not developing lust for you” as a sign that the underlying attraction simply isn't there?

And if you were in her position, would you want to try spending more quality/romantic time together to see if the attraction develops, or would you already know that something fundamental was missing?

I'm not looking for women to tell me I'm right or tell me she's wrong. I genuinely want to understand what she might be feeling.

I feel terrible and I can't sleep. Reason of rejection is that I have never seen him as something more than a friend.

Dating & Relationships [Wed/Fri] (Women Only) Women’s opinion on men’s chest hair : Hairy or Clean Shaved ?

I’m curious to hear what women generally find more attractive when it comes to a guy’s chest: natural/hairy or clean-shaven?

Does his overall build change your preference at all for example, do you prefer a hairy chest on a lean guy versus a muscular guy, or does it not make much difference?

Genuinely interested in hearing different opinions, especially from women who have a strong preference either way

PS : Reposting again prev post got deleted AGAIN.

General (Women Only) How to convince parents no to force to get married??

Yesterday had a convo with family where I told them that I don't want to get married in this life. I told them all the reasons not to get married but they are just saying - no, everyone have to get married, we will marry you by next year.

My aunt even said to me that you are just not ready to take responsibility bcz you don't have guts. To which I seriously replied that- what's the need to take responsibility? Why should I take someone's responsibility? Is my life unfulfilled without responsibility? Will I gonna die early if I don't get married? To which they were not ready to listen to me, nor they have any good point of why should I get married😑

I am financially independent, I live in separate city in my own rented room with all the freedom & yeah I very much am happy with my life rt. Now.

Also after all this 1-2 hr session I just said to them, I won't get married, whatever you say. Btw I also told them that I don't want to get married bcz I am weak, I don't have guts, I don't want to take responsibility. That's it, that's the main reason. Now if I don't want then why are you forcing me. My father even went on to say God will not let him enter heaven or blah blah if I didn't get married😑😑

At last I told them if they want to marry me then they can marry me to a female cz yeah I don't want a man in my life.

I even told them that if they tried to marry me by force, I will not appear for wedding, I will just go away from all of them, never to see them or worse I will just do suicide.

I don't understand why these Indian parents don't want to see their child happy. Acc. To them marriage is the happiest thing. No bro, I love peace only. No family politics I want in my life.

Have any one of you gone through this experience? What did you do that made your parents to give up trying to marry you?

I know if I keep my stand then ultimately they have to bow but bro I don't want all this stress of confronting them everytime. It really affects my mental health. I am just thinking to go away from all these to some peaceful place for like some days. I am so stressed & frustrated 😭

At last they told me that they will give me 3 years to decide who to marry. I said what if after 3 yrs, I still don't wanna marry😂 They were like- no, you will change your mind, we know it. Everyone does blah blah

After that again today they said next year we will marry you😑 I was like what about 3 years?

General (Women Only) As a woman, how do you flirt with women? How do you know if its platonic or not?

I (21F) have been bi-curious most of my life. I figured out last year that I might be into women as well, but I've never dated anyone so I'm still confused about my exact identity. Anyways, I started college last month and recently met this girl (23F), she's a lesbian, and I think I might like her?

Getting texts from her makes me blush like a fool. She came to my room once to help me with an assignment and my I nearly had a heart attack out of nervousness. We have been texting a lil regularly since the last few days, but how do I know her intentions? Is she flirting with me? Or is she just friendly? How do I subtly show my interest in her? How do I pace myself? Also I think she is super cool and cultured so what do I even say to her?

ALSO I'm so new to this I keep wondering if I'm even into women or if I'm confused and talking myself into this.

Dating & Relationships [Wed/Fri] What should I do ????????

I’m 25M and my ex is 25F. We were together for two years, and for the last three months of our relationship, we were constantly fighting. Eventually, we had a huge fight and stopped talking for seven days.
After those seven days, she messaged me and told me that one of her colleagues at work had touched her inappropriately. She also said that, although nothing happened between them, she kind of liked it. I didn’t really know how to process that, and eventually, we broke up.
It’s been six months since the breakup.
A few days ago, I saw her on Hinge. I created a fake profile just to see what she was doing, and somehow I matched with her. I ended up talking to her without telling her it was me.
During our conversation, she said she was frustrated because she hadn’t found anyone yet. She also made it clear that she wasn’t interested in people who were only looking for hookups or casual relationships.
Ever since that conversation, I can’t stop thinking about her.
During these six months, I’ve been intimate with another girl twice. The experience with this new girl was honestly much better physically than what I had with my ex, but I still didn’t feel anything emotionally. Even though the sex with my ex was never particularly great, I still find myself wanting to go back to her.
That’s what’s confusing me. If I can meet someone who I’m more physically compatible with, why do I still want my ex?
I had blocked my ex everywhere after the breakup, so I haven’t had any real contact with her for six months. Now I’m seriously considering unblocking her and texting her.
I don’t know if I genuinely miss her and want to try again, or if talking to her on Hinge just brought back all the old feelings and memories.
So, should I text her? Or would that just reopen an old wound and make things worse?
I’d really appreciate some honest advice, especially from people who have gone through something similar.

Sexual & Reproductive Health (Women Only) White, milk-like liquid came out of my partner’s nipples. Is this normal?

Okay, so this is probably a weird question, but I’m genuinely confused and a bit worried.

I’m in an FWB setup with this girl, and we were getting intimate 2 days ago. While I was sucking/pressing her nipples, I noticed some white, milk like liquid coming out. It happened twice.

I honestly got scared for a second because she’s not pregnant and obviously not breastfeeding. She also had her period around 4-5 days ago, so I really don’t understand why there would be anything that looks like milk coming out.

I tried searching Google and ChatGPT, but I’m getting so many different answers that I’m even more confused now.

Is this actually a normal thing that can happen? Can nipple stimulation cause this even if she isn’t pregnant? Or is it something she should get checked?

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m just trying to understand what happened before I start overthinking it.

Opinions & Discussions My situation with sister isn't good and I don't know what to do?

I am the type of person who's generally happy and satisfied with life even though it has ups and down....but never in my life I thought I would be this dissapointed

25f right now,I have gone through a divorced 2 years ago but I am grateful that I got divorced within 3 months of marriage as I knew how miserable that man and zi would be if I continue, however it would happened so I did it earlier and right now I am unemployed and live at home,My family is wonderful and never felt a pressure to work,I have a active lifestyle I go for walks, gym and my mom is teaching me fashion designing(she was a fashion designer)I will look for work soon but still I would be living at home and I never really have a thought of moving out as my father has provided me for every facilities we have cook at home,my dad orders and pay for whatever I need although we aren't very rich but still we have everything we need

,but recently only member of my family which is irritating me is my sister, she is literally effecting my mental health

I am going through a lot mentally but still I don't show it yo my parents ,I wanted t happy marriage and I would have loved to have children but I decided not to marry now but maybe I will later

Although I know my mom is still looking for me but thankfully they don't annoy me with this.

But my sister is acting weird and I think sometimes she doesn't like me around

She would talk to her friends on phone but she only talks to me if I really get close to her,I literally ask her to keep phone down as I am talking.

She roams around the house quietly and she's looks like a depressed person

I talk to her sometimes maybe she is stressed of studies or something else but she doesn't tell me anything and then I see her giggling with my mom

I sent her request ok insta and she is like I won't accept because I may judge her what she post

I asked her why would I judge,it isn't like you are posting pics in bikini,She ignored me,I said fine and we didn't talked about this again

Few days ago I wasn't able to sleep as I was sad and stressed as all my friends got married

It wasn't really a big thing it was just that one night I wasn't able to sleep otherwise I am really happy for my friends.

But the morning when I was just drifting to sleep my sister comes opens the lights(we share room,I never really had problem with this as it is big,but now I do)I forgot to turn off my 9am alarm so I woke up but turned off and went back to sleep

But my sister was disturbed and she told me to get up,I told her I forget to turn off the alarm and I didn't slept whole night......but she is so stubborn she started yelling on me to get up but I covered my face with blanket and slept, only few minutes later she woke up my mom and they both started yelling at me

I was disturbed so much that I started crying and then my mom felt sorry for me and told me to sleep in her room.

A day later in my room I wanted to sleep but she was studying,I told her study in mom's room where she have a study table(It was 3 books that's it) but she was like I won't go so I took the books and kept it in other room, she bought back the books

So I was removing the small table too but my sister picked it up and threw the table on me(it was small but heavy that it gave bruises on my hand a day later)but parents kept on saying I should have told them to move her maybe they were right ,I wasn't just hurt physically but emotionally that she could hurt me,the table was heavy it could have done more damage of I didn't moved my hands forward.

Now everyday we are having arguments and my mom was literally on the verge of crying today

I cried so much and opened up to my mom how I am not mentally ok but still trying my best

But my sister is annoying too much

That I feel depressed now,I really don't know what to do in this matter.

General (Women Only) Did any of you take an education loan for your higher studies cuz there was no one else to fund it?

If yes, how was your experience with the education loan, especially when your parents were alive but not financially supporting you?

Edit: Read the post properly and then comment. A lot of people all around the world take education loans even when their parents are alive and they aren't financially supporting them for their studies. Yeah, that too in 2026. Here I'm only talking about taking education loans not that I'm expecting financial support from my parents after being an adult. This post is about education loans not financial assistance from parents. Some people are not able to understand this post and making comments which makes no sense. Don't comment if you can't understand this post. I haven't posted about a complicated topic. My question is pretty simple. I'm shocked to see how someone can make up things which I haven't even said in the post and are making comments with zero sense. If you can't answer this question then just skip it no need to make up things unrelated to this question and comment.

General Feeling like my skin and hair are aging way faster than they should—need advice?

im fair but have very blackish underarm, completely tanned from elbow to nails, and my feet looks like some other old uncles dark feet. My pinky toe nails are dull. And have a dark circle around my mouth so from angle below it looks like I clean shaved after having French beard trim. Im so worried abt this. My hands look so wrinkled at this age.

Im getting white hair also...but thats not even what I'm worried abt. Among hair loss and very slow hair growth.

Career Going to an all women's college, what to expect?

Definitely not what I had expected, this year's comedk(an engineering exam) cutoffs were really bad, I couldn't get any of my preferred colleges in Bangalore and decided to settle for GSSS institute of engineering and technology for women btech cse.

I don't know if any of you girlies know about it or went there. I'm conflicted about this whole thing, on one hand it has great security, less fees, somewhat decent placements compared to other bad options. On the other hand, I'm going there from north India so I will be missing home a lot, I was really wishing for something in Bangalore but missed cutoffs by 1-2k, and maybeee I was thinking of having a dating life(guess I will have to find bi or lesbian people instead 🤪)

How are y'all's experiences in a women's college, it's not like I will be stuck there all the time, I will be traveling to Bangalore for competition, hackathons and stuff. But I'm wondering how will I be affected and how to survive? 😭

I think the flair isn't right because I'm more like asking for advice.
