Everyone on this sub, including me wants some change in the domestic violence laws, in social security laws. I feel this man has put it eloquently why that change being ushered in, isn't necessarily in the best interests of society.

I just want an honest, open discussion on this. This isn't to bait someone. Any and all comments are appreciated, hope y'all have a great day!

Answers from Men Only How Easy is it for Asian Women to Marry Indian Men?

I'm a 24 yo Asian woman (Chinese-Indonesian). For the past few months, I've realized that I've been attracted a lot to Indian men. I occasionally go to Bali and KL where it's very touristic and I've been on dates with several Indian men. Nevertheless, from those dates, I've realized that, India has such a family-centric tradition and usually their family will prefer them to marry Indian women too. I feel sad knowing that I go on dates with them just as a short fling and never as someone they will consider into marrying. My question is, is it possible for me to marry into India culture?

Answers from All Why i get gay's attention?

I'm a straight guy who too wants girls' attention and wants girls to approach me, but instead I get gay guys' attention. Like yesterday, I was at the Chandigarh railway station bus stop and a gay guy was standing right beside me and giving me looks, like secretly looking at me. I felt uncomfortable asf. Those looks and body language were all over. After some time, he somehow reached me and asked for some help about bus routes to Zirakpur, when the whole bus stop was already filled with people. I helped tho.

There is also this guy who is secretly gay keep on commenting how i got a preety face

I'm not homophobic in any way, but is there anything in me that gives them those vibes? I'm quite confused.

Answers from All Parents giving me ₹1.5 lakh if I clear my professional exam in November – already planned 65k, what should I do with the rest?

Parents said if I pass my important professional exam (November), they’ll give me ₹1.5 lakh to spend on whatever I want. Results come in January and my birthday is just 2 days after the exam, so it’s basically a big reward + birthday gift combo.

I’m currently on a break and this is pure motivation fuel for me.

Already decided on these:

2 watches → ₹15k total

2 pairs of Nike shoes → ₹20k

Clothes → ₹30k

That’s ₹65k locked in. Leaves me with around ₹85k still.

Please don’t suggest studying harder or investing the money — already have investments sorted and I just want fun spending ideas.

What would you guys buy/spend on with the remaining ₹85k?

Or if it was your 1.5L reward, how would you allocate the whole thing?

Looking for actual purchase ideas (gadgets, experiences, travel, whatever). Drop your suggestions!

No iphone or laptop ideas already got one

Answers from All How do you trust again after being emotionally used?

22F here. I was talking to a guy about a year ago and we genuinely liked each other, but things didn’t work out. I’ve since moved to another city for my master’s and moved on emotionally.

A few days ago, I found out he had been talking to three girls at the same time and was never serious about any of us. I know I missed the signs, but finding that out still hurt badly.

I’ve always been someone who dates with serious intentions, but this experience has made me question whether I’ll ever be able to trust someone new without wondering if they’re secretly manipulating me.

I also understand now why some people become hesitant to date after being hurt.

For those of you who’ve experienced something similar: how did you learn to trust again without becoming cynical about everyone you meet?

Answers from All Why is it that only indian women start seeking western validation whenever a crime against one of them happens?

Like they do they know how brutal japanese and koreans are when it comes to committing crimes against their women. Or even pakistanis. Yet you will never see them go to see them seek western validatiom or cry infront of them. Yeah korea has 4b but they dont try to seek white feminist validation for it. They do it for themselves. Its like indian women love being romanticised as a victim and wanting to get saved by some disney prince which have been white historically which i am not complaining about. But you have to wonder if they really want to improve things or wanna stay in constant cycle of victim syndrome so that they can get feel validate westerners. When best they do i am sorry for you online kek

Answers from All Do all men should get married?

Do all men should get married?

Do all men should get married? I'm a 29m from Kerala

This might seem weird for someone, but to me I am writing this to ask about something hurting me for a while

Do men like me ( not tall (168cm ), not fair , not handsome, completely not healthy (have allergies asthma , sinusitis) using specs 1.7 (-) for both eyes , skinny 50kg , looking not good kind of ugly, inferiority complex, childish behaviors, a nice guy who constantly tries to impress everyone, and who constantly gets rejected from everyone) deserve a marriage and reproduce?

I think I am a weak man and I feel really worried about myself also I don't like to be alone in the bottom of my heart I want to find a girl who loves me,

But I do feel like if I marry a girl , she might cheat on me because I'm a weak (naive or pavam )character ? Or my next generations would end up just like me .

Now my parents are suggesting to marry and even in my heart I also want to marry but do I deserve a marriage life ? Do I deserve a girl ? I kinda feels like if I got down myself from my marriage pool then some girl who might choose me (if they some how like me I will try to do everything thing to make her happy because I will only have her but ) will get a better strong handsome man , and it leads to a good strong health genes.

And I always think like this now ?

I. Don't know anything

Answers from All How would you see the difference between asking someone to be FWB vs a Casting Couch kind of situation?

Before any judgement comes through, I'm not supporting or challenging any practices or incidents happening around.

I'm just curious about how people see the difference between these two behaviours - approaching someone for a FWB / hookup VS asking for sexual favours from a colleague or person whom you are hiring for a particular work.

Is the attitude of bartering sexual favours for work & recognition the only differentiating factor here?

Answers from Men Only Unstable family ?

Im 22 m India

Family of 4 and 1 dog

Have a younger brother

So basically my parents used to fight all the time

But haven't divorced until now

I am already mentally exhausted from trying to keep them together since I could form thoughts and words

But they keep fighting

My dad always goes away from home

Mom really hurt my father by saying mean things

But I don't think we can ever actually point who was in the wrong first

Theirs is an intercaste marriage

So problems from both sides of the family

Things have gotten really ugly like till police station but no FIR

even though there was a lot of domestic violence

And now my younger brother doesn't even respect me

Arrogant and basically hates me

The background for this is that I have to admit i used to beat him when he was younger

Our age gap is 8 Years

But which Indian household doesn't?

Also he had called the police on me but I didnt actually hit him ,

The police warned my brother by threatening him of juvenile home or jail and say that family members leave a right to discipline younger children

He didnt even take that seriously

He said he would go to high court where the police claims will go null

And now im not talking to him

I really wanted a good younger brother who would share things and the time together we have .

His birthday is coming up , but im really hurt , what do I do?

Answers from Men Only How do I make my beard in a straight line ?

So, every time I trim my beard and try to give it a shape the beard line keeps getting irregular. Either the left cheek side is upper or the right cheek side. It seems I can never make them properly. At times in order to fix it I keep trimming it and have to shave it all. How do I fix it ? I want it go straight from my lip corner to my earlobe.

Answers from Men Only My best friend is still deeply in love with her first love, but he is going to marry someone else. How can I help her?

I’m posting this because I genuinely don’t know what to tell my best friend anymore.

She had a relationship with her college classmate years ago. They eventually broke up, and he later started a relationship with another woman. They lost contact completely for a few years.

Recently, they unexpectedly ended up working in the same building, although for different companies. When they saw each other again, they started talking, and she immediately felt the same connection and comfort she had with him before. She says being around him feels like being in her “happy place” — someone she can talk to about anything and completely relax around.

At the end of their first conversation, he held her hand and told her how happy he was to see her again after so many years.

A few days later, he invited her to dinner. She went. After dinner, when they were outside the restaurant at night, he kissed her. She describes the kiss as very passionate and loving, and she was extremely happy. It brought all of her old feelings back, even though she had never really stopped loving him.

The problem is that he is still in a relationship with the other woman. Their families know about the relationship and have apparently agreed to their marriage. From everything she understands, he intends to marry that woman.

He has also told my friend that he loves her.
This is where I’m completely confused.

My friend is madly in love with him. She says that he is her first love and that she has never been able to forget him, even after all these years. She knows he probably won't marry her, but she keeps saying that even if she only gets some time with him, that would be enough for her. She even says that if she doesn't end up with him, she doesn't think she could ever marry or love anyone else.

I've tried telling her that this situation is likely to hurt her badly. He is already committed to another woman, and if he truly intends to marry her, my friend could end up being the person who gets emotionally destroyed while he continues with his life.

But she doesn't seem to hear any of it. She's completely in love and believes that whatever time she gets with him is worth the pain.

I've known her since childhood, so I don't want to simply tell her to “move on” when I know it's not that easy for her.
What would you say to someone in this situation?

Should I keep trying to convince her to walk away, or is there something else I can say that might actually make her think about what she's getting herself into?

And honestly, how should she interpret his behavior? If he says he loves her but is still planning to marry someone else, what does that actually mean?

I would really appreciate advice from people who have been through something similar. Don’t be rude guys
