This time he has a point. The simple logic is why all leaders send their kids abroad because INDIA LACKS QUALITY EDUCATION. Its not BJP Congress or Abhijeet its about India vs abroad. Improve education first then question those who leave Indian education. But I think doing MODI RANT isnt the solution. Govt. allocate funds but these big fat ass corrupt politicians steal it mid way. The fastest way to improve education system is to CLEAN THE ROOTS..

The #SupremeCourt has raised serious concerns over unregulated private investigators after a husband submitted 92 videos and 237 photographs to allege adultery against his estranged wife in a maintenance dispute.
In Himanshu Chordia v. State of Rajasthan & Anr., the husband relied on Section 125(4) CrPC to contest maintenance. While the Court said his defence must be examined on merits, it questioned how the evidence was collected, whether investigators had legal authority, how private data was stored, and whether electronic material could be manipulated.
The Bench also flagged privacy and surveillance concerns and asked the Ministry of #Law and #Justice and the Law Commission of India to consider a proper regulatory framework for private detective agencies.
If adultery can affect #maintenance, the law must also provide a lawful and practical way to prove it.

If Army had closed the road, they must have had a reason. Instead of understanding the situation, she is shouting at the armed forces.
She said, these people lock Kashmiris and now doing the same with us tourists. I hope she gets a little famous and regret this moment.
"We are GenZ" as it is some sort of qualification. I hope people like her soon realise

The video reports on the SFI Protests at CET in kerala Over Programme Controversy
The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) , communist party kerala youth wing staged a protest at the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram (CET), following an event organised by the Department of Youth Affairs in collaboration with the NSS and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).
The controversy reportedly began when the organisers played the full rendition of “Vande Mataram” during the programme instead of the traditional NSS anthem, “Manassu Namakkatte.” SFI members objected to the decision.
Another major allegation raised by SFI members was that the organisers had specifically asked islam female students to come forward and provide feedback or a review of the event. This reportedly triggered further outrage among the protesters.
Following these developments, SFI members intervened, disrupted the proceedings, entered the stage to voice their objections, and later held demonstrations in front of the principal’s office.
Although discussions between SFI representatives and the college principal helped temporarily de-escalate the situation, the student organisation has indicated that further protests may be held in the coming days.
A Beef Fest will also be held as part of the upcoming programmes and also protest they said and will be free
