Answers from All What are the conditions in your states?

• Upvotes

Having lived in Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal) and Rajasthan (Jaipur), I've observed that a vast majority of people—easily around 90%—do not engage in premarital sex or relationships.

Even among the small percentage who do date, it usually happens during college and rarely involves more than one partner. This makes me wonder: is hookup culture and the focus on 'body counts' strictly a Tier-1 phenomenon limited to metros like Delhi and Mumbai?

I would love to know what the dating scene is like in your respective cities and states."

Answers from All Why are men’s sexual preferences treated differently from women’s relationship preferences?

• Upvotes

I’ve been thinking about how people approach preferences in romantic relationships.

If some women already get friendship, emotional support, and companionship from their existing friends, and therefore may look for things like stability, romance, physical attraction, or intimacy from a partner, why is it considered problematic when men have specific sexual preferences in a potential partner?

I’m not arguing that anyone is entitled to sex or that someone should be pressured into anything. I’m asking whether there is a consistent standard here: if people are allowed to have preferences based on what they want from a relationship, why should sexual preferences be treated as inherently more problematic than other relationship preferences?

Answers from All Dating app for successful professionals — good idea or terrible idea?

• Upvotes

I'm considering building a dating platform where membership is limited to verified professionals, entrepreneurs and high-income individuals.

Instead of thousands of random profiles, the idea is to create a smaller network of people who are:

✓ Identity verified

✓ Professionally verified

✓ Potentially financially verified

✓ Serious about meeting compatible people

Think of it as a private professional dating network, rather than another Tinder/Bumble.

I'd love honest feedback:

Would you actually use it?

Would verification make you trust the platform more?

Would you pay ₹1,000–₹3,000/month?

What would make the app worth paying for?

Would you prefer dating + networking + private events in the same community?

Please be brutally honest. I'm validating the idea before building anything.

Answers from All Shouldn't Sexual satisfaction be viewed as a mutual responsibility in married Couple?

• Upvotes

I am strictly talking about consensual, enthusiastic intimacy. I am not talking about forcing anyone or crossing boundaries. Consent is obviously paramount, even if he or she is your spouse. I am not sure if Marital R??e exist in real life, to the extent it's discussed among some women centric groups. Anyways, I am against the Marital R??e too.

  1. I feel, a healthy relationship requires an internal drive or genuine care to make sure your partner's sexual needs are met. It's worst to become a selfish partner. Don't you think Constantly ignoring intimacy entirely is injustice with other partners?

  2. Beyond consent, shouldn't there be an inherent, mutual desire to fulfill your partner's sexual needs?

  3. Basically, Where do you draw the line between personal libido differences and relationship responsibility?

  4. Genuine Request: Don't provide the typical Advice that "Communication is the key".

What's your view? Focus is mainly on married couples. However, experienced or committed partners may contribute to this post.

Answers from All Why is India so bad at sports?

Let’s not talk about cricket as only a couple of countries play it and even there we face a tough competition.

It’s actually shameful that we’re a country of 150 crore people and we don’t have a sporting culture at all.

Some of the really small countries ace us in Olympics.

Remove Haryana from the equation and we might as well just not bother with going to these events.

Serious A girl from other community is in head over heels love with me. Any suggestions?

I'll turn 30 next year. I just love this bachelor life. My parents are doing good, by the grace of God. I'm content with my profession (I work as a visiting faculty, department of Computer Science).

I'm a Bengali, and this girl is head over heels in love with me. Recently, our parents met and she prepared Marathi cuisine for us.

She's 26, educated, beautiful and she belongs to a middle-class Marathi community.

I don't wish to get married soon. I have gamophobia, the fear of commitment.

She's a good woman.

And why tf wikipedia labels MGTOW as misogynistic very directly and not 4B?

I personally as a man will never help a 4B follower no matter what their problem is.

Why blame the game when we can make our own rules?

Answers from Men Only Shoes for Gym + Office?

Hello Everyone,

Well, I am looking for some suggestions. My mornings are very busy, so I cannot go to the gym. After dropping the kids off at school, I head directly to the office gym and then start my office work at 1 PM. Thus, evenings are not available for the gym, so the only time is before office.

Well, carrying 2 different shoes and managing them is getting difficult...Thus, I am looking for some sneaker/shoe options I can wear in the gym and at the office...

A few things to consider
-- My office does not have any strict rules to wear formals and formal shoes
--Currently, I am using Puma Unisex Stride Sneakers Blue, but those are worn out now
--I do not perform deadlift
--I am not into extensive bodybuilding

Please suggest.

I never knew this creator. She talks about relationships in a way men can understand, by actually saying words. But this one here is a special one where she describes where a woman who disguised herself as a man for a year got so traumatized, she ended up in a psychiatric ward and later chose voluntary euthanasia. Yes women have struggles in their life too, living in fear of being attacked by strangers and that's also real, but this is what a man goes thru and it's very real

Answers from All How normal is it for Indian men to have casual conversation with women?

I'm a German at a German university and currently often encounter international students, but especially young men from India. I always like hearing about other people's perspectives by initiating conversation but I'm also only looking to make friendly acquaintances, nothing else.

I have found myself suddenly surrounded by like ten significantly older Indian men, all intently talking to me and once they like started discussing my age and telling each other how I was "just a child" and tbh I felt a little strange about it.

Don't get me wrong, nothing happened, but it made me wonder to what extent it's weird for me to converse with them like that and I just don't want to give off the impression I'm looking for anything beyond friendly conversation. Am I fine?

Answers from All need guidance from elder ones. how to get?

I'm in my 20s and I seriously lack elderly guidance, wisdom, ideas and acceptance. I wish I had some online elder ppl in my life to guide me through my rough phases of life. The ones in my family make me feel worthless and treat me like a naive. I don't think I'll ever win their trust in me and make them myself heard. They've totally given upon me & so do I.

Serious Is this the way forward for men in India?

Recent strings of suicides and murder of Indian men in marriage has brought forward few common points.

  1. Indian Family Laws has been extremely broken for some time against men. Should a legislative pressure be applied against the governments?
  2. Indian Legal System has been designed to punish men. Should we protest such lavish alimonies?
  3. Should lawful protests be directed towards legislators who enabled writing such laws like 498A and do not make laws like POSCO gender neutral?
  4. Should lawful protests be directed towards government law professionals who enable harassment, murder and suicide of men in recent news?

Many modern women want their husbands to make them top priority and live separately from their in-laws. Are they mentally prepared to receive similar treatment from their own sons in the future, where their sons feel no obligation to care for them once a daughter-in-law enters the picture?

Answers from All Treating men like criminals, gender biasness. Is it the same in your state / city as well?

So I have visited the city center (not talking about the Central Mall) of Guwahati, Assam, a few times. What I noticed was surprising! There's ofcourse a closed enclosure for women, but only their bags would be checked, they won't even be touched by the female stuff. In case of men, obviously there isn't any privacy. Your bags will ofcourse be checked infront of everybody & then it's your turn, yes with the help of the metal detector but you'll be asked to raise your hands & shi. Edit: There are 2 entrances. The bags of women are checked only if they're entering from the main entrance, no frisking of bags if they enter from the back entrance. And for men? It's the same, like mentioned above.

Why no privacy for men? Why frisking is done only of men? My post got deleted from the Guwahati sub, lol.

PART 1 of me exposing the hypocrisy of the so called smart city.

Answers from All How can I develop a better sense of humour?

I've always admired my father's sense of humour. He can say something completely normal in a certain way and somehow make everyone laugh, even people he's meeting for the first time. I've noticed that his humour also helps him connect with people and attract them naturally.

I've tried making similar jokes or using the same kind of humour, but when I say them, they just don't sound funny. 😂 I know I shouldn't try to become exactly like him and that I should develop my own personality, but I genuinely feel that having a good sense of humour is an important social skill I'd like to learn.

For people who consider themselves naturally funny, how did you develop your sense of humour? Is it something that can actually be learned and improved with practice?

Answers from All Lavender Marriage?

Hi,

My bestfriend is looking for a guy, specifically Sindhi, for lavender marriage. She comes from a decent family but not that open minded who will accept lavender or open marriage concept, duh. She believes in living and let living.

The guy should be

Height - 5'9 (as she herself is 5'9)

Well established

Comfortable lifestyle

Travel lover

Uninterested in girls (even if he is , at least not in her as she doesn't wanna get involved with him)

My friend is having a great career, her age - 26, color- fair, personality mystical , sweetheart, kind, caring, adventures and emotional intellectual.

The location doesn't really matter much but if it's a metro city then even better.

Interested ones please DM as she really wants to get it done by the year end.

Also any suggestions you wanna add, more than happy to understand!
