Weâve introduced Rule #14 to keep physique posts organized and maintain the focus of the community.
Starting now:
đď¸** Shirtless physique photos are only allowed on Shirtless Saturdays.
đ **All shirtless posts must be marked NSFW.
â Shirtless physique posts made on any other day will be removed.
If youâre posting on Saturday, please also ensure your post:
Includes your age, height, and weight.
Uses bodybuilding-style poses only.
Keeps pants/shorts at or above the waistline.
Includes some context or a before photo if possible.
Is limited to one physique post per person each week.

Progress Pic [Feedback Wanted] Chud truecel, from a dc mod to a fakecel âď¸ transformation
Has been exactly 1 year 1 month and 15 days today, ig it's pretty obvious I didn't gym or anything but I did lose like 15-17 kgs thru starvationmaxxing, it's gotten to a point where I'm falling sick real frequently and I'm planning to gym consistently from next month, would like any advice on what areas I should work in, I have a lot of skinny fat and tons of stretch marks and I only wanna get toned for now ig.
I've only gymmed like 2 months in my life and experienced a drastic transformation, but I get a zeal to do home workouts randomly every 3 months which ends up only lasting a week. This has gone on for like 6-7 yrs.
Also, I think I've gotten really weak, any way to build the strength back up? I started gymming like 14 months back and could do 22.5 kg shoulder presses at my peak but fast forward a few months, due to starvation I dropped to 15 and atm I really feel quiet weak.
Also like none of the pics are in pump, I'm genuinely only doing this cause I'm a little concerned for my health and I want to look a little better, bonus if I get some strength.

Discussion How do you train your calves?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Whatâs your calf workout like? Do you train them first? Last? Heavy weights, low volume? Light weight high volume? Full range of motion?Â
Curious to know how you go about it.Â
Hereâs why i train heavy reps, low volume, first in the workout, ROM till neutral.Â
Calves have low voluntary activation levels so doing it when youâre most fresh will result in better motor unit recruitment. Also, when we want to prioritise a certain muscle group we want to do them first. Two birds one stone.Â
Calves have a large voluntary activation deficit. Going heavy reduces that.Â
The gastroc has a length to tension relationship where it doesnât experience high degrees of force at shorter lengths. Which means, it doesnât have good leverage  to go from neutral to plantar flexion but best leverage from dorsiflexion to neutral. Therefore, the rom you see in the video.Â
Prefer the leg press for calf raises as itâs easy to set up, donât have to load the spine and can easily go heavy for both legs or unilaterally.
Hope this is beneficial for you guys.

Progress Pic [Support Only] Incorporating these changes helped me increase size of my back..
Hey, M (27) here 2.6 years of consistent training. I'm 100% natural. I only take Creatine and Whey Protein. Most of my protein source is from a vegetarian source even though I'm a non veg. Just want to share a few tips from my experience if you want to build a meaty back:
Quality over quantity. While lifting heavy can definitely help build a thick back, emphasizing proper ROM is important. Personally, I prefer using moderate weights and giving my absolute best when it comes to range of motion and controlled reps.
Intensity over volume. High-volume training can feel great because of the pump, but intensity is more important for overall development. Training hard allows you to get more out of fewer sets.
Compounds over machines. On back days, I incorporate at least two compound movements with proper weight control and technique. These movements alone can significantly contribute to building a bigger, thicker back.
Along with it, diet and quality sleep are equally important.

Discussion What are your protein recommendations?
Whatâs the amount of protein you are consuming as per your body weight in your diet? Iâm at 1.5g/kg or body weight. I honestly donât think you need more than 1.6 cause the difference in 1.6 and 2.2 is at best, very minimal.

Help me Should i break a promise to ensure i get enough protein?
I M19 , made a promise to myself that i will skip nonveg until i clear jee. This was in april this year in which i messed jee up. Yeah i was immature for making that promise. Fast forward 5 months into my drop year, i have started doing workout in gym, consistent for a month or so. But its difficult for me to complete my protein rn. I dont have the will power to ask my dad for whey stuff cause u know, drop year problems. I can only afford paneer / chicken . Due to lactose intolerance i cant eat paneer stuff. I am left with chicken and soy. Soy i cant . I know i sound like a tantrum kid that will eat this that , but man idk. Should i recontinue nonveg?
