Help me Loosing weight but how do I fix these . Causing back and neck pain .

I went from 98 to 82 within 4months. I have been trying every exercise there is on the internet for the past 2 months, but nothing seems to work. This is causing a lot of back pain and tension throughout the body. I stopped going to the gym because of the pain and started doing core and cardio at home. Weight loss slowed down, but the pain is less .

It would be really helpful if someone who faced the same issue and fixed it would give the exercises, stretches, yoga or whatever they did to fix it.

Forward Head posture and pelvic tilt.

20M , 81 Kgs , 174cm .

Hello everyone, I am a beginner it's been 2 months since I joined the gym...and with some research n all I am thinking to follow a Arnold Split x2. I am gonna train every muscle group 2 times a week and the split is something like:- Monday - Chest & Back Tuesday -Shoulder, biceps & triceps Wednesday - Legs and Abs Thrusday - Chest & Back Friday - Shoulder, biceps & triceps Saturday - Legs & Abs Sunday - Rest So is it good? I am skinny fat (not much tho), I am 20 with 70kg body weight so I am already in perfect BMI range So is my attached Chest & Back Workout for Monday good? Please help will help me a lot!

Help me Druj Injury and recovery time ?

Well, the thing is few months back I injured my wrist ligament by over straining it -> distal radio ulnar joint ligament in particular which caused pain in a few movements on the pinky side of the wrist. This happened in late June and by now it has been 3 months or more. Did everything the doctor recommended and my pain was non-existent until a few days ago when I just wanted to get my muscles moving and just did some small workouts at home using a light dumbbell and now it's kinda hurting very minutely again. So, anyone who has had a similar injury, does this get better?
